Krissys All About You Salon & Spa

This is my first time going to a salon in Ocala. Amber made my first experience amazing. I received a pedicure and every single second was amazing. She’s very professional and knowledgeable about pedicures. My feet look amazing! Amber will for sure be my go to person for nails and pedicures moving forward.

Ive been coming to Krissys All About You Salon for years. My stylist Katie Janel is the best in the city and I dare say, the state. I will not anyone but Katie touch my hair. I cant tell you how many people compliment me on my hair. Yes, I know its vain, but its important in my industry to look my best. Thank you Katie and Krissys All About You for having such an incredible and knowledgeable staff.

I get my nails done there by Amber Rose and never have any problems with them. I just went three or four weeks with absolutely no lifting or chipping.

I take my 88 year old mom here to get her pedicures done. They were recommended by her doctor. Its so much better than the cookie cutter pedicures that you get at a strip mall site.

I would honestly give a negative star for Kayla. She clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing with hair and needs to go back to school. Unless you want her to take your money and ruin your hair, do not schedule with her.

Krissy is an amazing place to go for getting your hair done, and Sabina is an amazing nail technician.

Mrs Krissy is the best! She knows how I like my cuts and does an amazing job! My son and I have had her cutting our hair for years! Amazing atmosphere & prices! Her team is great also!

Awesome - her new salon is as beautiful as she is! My haircut came out perfectly! New standard - you must wear a mask for everyones good health. I highly recommend Krissy. She is great with my autistic adult niece!

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a good stylist. My search is over! I had my haircut by Katie Janel and I LOVE it. Not everyone can cut short hair right... in fact its hard to find a good stylist who can. Katie Janel was on-point! I will be definitely using her as my stylist from here on.

Katie Janel has been doing ny hair for the last 6 or 7 years now. Of course, shes an expert with ladies hair, but I happen to be a MAN nearly 80 years old and balding. She knows how to make the most of what I have left and NOT leaving me looking like an old duff. No one else has ever been able to do that for me before. I prize both her and her talents beyond words.

Kelli is a joy to go to!I work a labor intensive job, and when Im so sore I dont think I can walk, she knows what kinda pressure I need so Im right as rain when I leave and good for like 3 weeks!The atmosphere is amazing, it feels like Im visiting someones home, not a place of business, I swear one day ill show up and someone will be cooking something...then ill move in!Thanks , guys!Yall are great!Still the place to be!

Everything about this place is professional and makes you feel like family. I have even brought my babies in with me and they are very accommodating, which is a SUPER blessing!!I also love how my hair turns out every time i leave that place!Name is Jada Wallace

Krissy did exactly what I wanted for layers in my long hair. Went to several places in Ocala. She is the best and I’m so grateful I found her!

I had an appointment with Katie, who is BY FAR the most unprofessional stylist I have ever encountered. I came in with an inspirational photo for what I wanted. Which was a woman with blonde hair that had honey blonde roots. Katie was eager to get started. Im guessing so she could get it over with, considering she made multiple phone calls during the appointment for somebody to bring her food. She applied product to my roots faster than I have ever had my roots done. I caught a side glimpse of my hair and saw very dark coloring. I pointed it out and she responded by saying not to worry about it because the dye was just oxidizing. She rinsed out the coloring and even as she was drying I pointed out how dark it was a 2nd time. She responded by telling me not to worry about it & that after washing twice the color would lighten to the color in the picture. At this point I was mortified and kept telling myself, that its just hair and it will be OK. Thats what I get for choosing not to be confrontational. I have never been in this position before. I left and once I got out into the light I was able to see not only were my roots incredibly dark, but the application was very sloppy. I went home and washed my hair with a clarifying shampoo in hopes it would pull out the dark dye. I sent her a text, politely telling her that it was too dark and that when she had a moment I would like it if she would come up with a game plan to get the darkness out. She responded by scolding me about washing my hair. She suggested that I come back in a week or so to allow her to apply highlights to break up the darkness. No acknowledging that it was not even remotely close to the color I requested or just how sloppy sloppy the application was. The following morning I sent an email to Krissy the owner, simply to show her pictures and to make her aware of what was going on. I noticed the owner has a little sign at the register pretty much stating that its not her responsibility what other stylists do in the shop. This is understandable to an extent. But when you have somebody providing terrible work at a salon with your name on it, you think you would at least acknowledge the situation. Its now been 5 days and I had yet to hear from either one of them. I have been to 2 salons to get a 2nd & 3rd opinion. Both stylist I spoke with were shocked by what they saw. I reached out to Katie today hoping that we could find a resolution and yet again, her response was unprofessional & condescending. She rambled on about me being happy on video in the shop, when really I was mortified & trying to keep calm. She claimed I texted her & told her I was happy with my hair. NOT ONCE did I text her & tell her that I was happy with my hair. In fact, it was the exact opposite. If I was happy with my hair, there would be nothing to talk about. I have been getting my hair done for 17 years professionally & never have I experienced anything like this before. I advise all blondes to seek service elsewhere. I even gave her the benefit of the doubt in case she was just having a bad day the day she did my hair. But when I spoke to her today her attitude spoke volumes of unprofessionalism

I was looking for a good salon to take my 5 yr. old daughter as a surprise. I am stunned at the response from Candy kiss and her experience. Needless to say, I wont be coming here and its sad because as a professional you need to learn how to respect your clients!

Katie is gifted. She is one of two people in my life that has the ability to cut my hair and it actually do what it is supposed to do. Im so happy that I found Katie, she is the only person that I use. I give all of my friends her number. Thank you Katie!!

The salon is beautiful and clean. Krissy was so nice and listened to what I wanted. My hair is perfect! Ive finally found a stylist that I will keep going back to.

I give 3 stars on word of mouth most very good Im looking for someone new the woman I have seen for 8+ years is just to far now (wildwood) my sisters is retiring so were both looking first time in our life at the same time. Very nice establishment..staff friendly. I follow a hair stylist where ever she goes. Her name is Katie Janal .. Shes very personable, helps with any questions and a great hairstylist.

Im happy to a great friend who works here, she is wonderful. Love the hair cut. Easy to find location, good amount of parking.
