The young man working the counter was extremely knowledgeable and great customer service. Loved the new vape flavor and my incense sticks I bought for the house. This place has everything anyone might need. I definitely recommend it for anyone who also needs CBD products

Absolutely terrible experience. Went in and purchased two vape pens two days ago. One leaked all over the place before we could use it, the other one worked fine. It happens. Go back in and the fat kid working has the nerve to say “I’ll give you 50% off your next one but you should of come back same day”. Yeah kid, not how businesses are run. Will spend my money at the 800 other smoke shops in the area. Don’t go here!

The owner. Is a really great guy, weve become friends over time. And his prices are very reasonable. Plus the fact that he is so friendly and personable, makes it a great experience.

I started coming to this shop when it was just getting started, because it’s right next door to where my mom works. Now, she, my fiancé and I are regular customers. Whether it’s wraps, juice, or coils, they got us. I love going into a place where you can cut up with the employees like friends, and that’s what this place is for us. Keep up the good work, boss man!

This has become my favorite place for E Juice and tobacco needs. The prices are reasonable and the choices are huge. I found this place by the luck of the draw and I am glad I did. The guy that works there is very knowledgeable and very polite. Its my number one choice for vape juice because of the prices, they beat online prices all day. Give them a try you wont regret it.

Been goin in consistently for months now, never been disappointed with the products. Good prices, good quality, good customer service. You walk in and they treat you like family, never any disrespect from anyone. Not a hostile environment whatsoever. Overall, best shop experience I’ve had. no doubt.

Dealt with a lot of vape stores around Ocala and always had issues with getting what I needed. Adam has never let me down, has always been on top of getting product in a timely manner and seems more up to date with current products. To top it all off he is super friendly and highly knowledgeable about the products he carries. When this store opened I quit going to any other store because he always has what I need.

The guy that works there is rude, poor customer service.. I went in once and asked where are his nicotine pens and he refused to show me.. I couldn’t see the names on the box therefore I asked him what was it he said “you can read it!” I had to express I couldn’t see because I didn’t have my glasses. Yesterday I went in and once again the lack of customer service was there from the gate.. AND he overcharged me on an item and refused to give me a receipt. I don’t understand why… I am gladly going to find out! And I will not be going back after this! HORRIBLE.

EDIT: I dont believe the owners response is honest. There are more indicators of counterfeits than just the labels. The counterfeits; dont have a seal across the entire top of the plastic, they dont have the silicone caps on top and bottom, the oil can be a darker amber instead of clear to light yellow, and the taste is not the same. If you search the internet you will find people talking about these counterfeits. Other shops nearby sell the real ones or just order them straight from the 3chi site.I informed them they were selling counterfeit 3chi carts mixed in with legitimate ones, they acknowledged it and blamed it on their source. Several weeks later, and they have stocked more of the counterfeits and less of the legitimate ones.Sorry to leave a bad review, but that is shady and not cool to knowingly sell people mysterious fake products.PSA: The counterfeits dont have the 3chi logo printed on the glass, and they dont have the c-cell logo printed on the metallic portion.

Like many other reviews, the big guy behind the counter was rude, had a bad attitude, and had little knowledge about the things sold in his store.First, I asked for Twist eLiquid Strawberry Queen (Strawberry Lemonade). This eLiquid was recently rebranded Crimson No. 1. I didnt realize until I got to the car that he actually sold me Wild Red, which is vastly different than the Strawberry Lemonade. I went back in and he tells me they dont sell the Crimson No. 1 (why didnt he tell me this from the start?). So I ask him to bring down a Watermelon Lemonade so I can check it out. He hands it to me and, low-and-behold, its Crimson Red. Im like I thought you didnt sell this?. He just acted all confused. Youd figure this might change his attitude, but nope..I then ask him if they sold shoestring cotton. He looked at me as if hed never heard of this product before and proceeded to show me bagged cotton. I was like Im good.Then I asked him if they sold nicotine tubes, and with his attitude-laden look and voice said NO!. Now, when he said this, his buddy who was hanging out in the store said something to the effect of dang youre slacking [in the products you sell]. This brings me to my next point. In other reviews similar to mine, the owner responds stating this is a new employee in training. Nah, Im not buying it one bit. I believe this IS the owner. If so, IMHO he has no business being in the vape industry and needs to educate himself and drop the attitude. On the other hand, IF this was just an employee, he should be fired immediately before he drives off more customers with his attitude and lack of knowledge. Either way, theyll never get another dime of my money.

Great shop, with great merchandise and the guys that works there are amazing.Very polite and reasonably priced.If you have an issue with any of thier products they will fix it or replace it for you.

Not a good selection of Kratom products but they do have a nice selection on vaping products and other items related to smoking tobacco and leaf, spices etc..

I liked the atmosphere but I dont think there should be so much marketing considering what they are selling. I also didnt see warnings outside but that may have just been an oversight on my part.

I wish I went to this shop for the first time tonight and I can say it has anything you want as far as smoking and gaping goes and great customer service I highly recommend them.
