They sell broken / unusable products and will not do anything about it. Never going back, bad business

Super cute shop! But they sold me a broken piece 😞 and it’s Hard to believe the cashier who sold it to me didn’t feel the sharp edge when she was wrapping it up. When you pick it up it almost cuts you. And in TWO spots. It couldn’t have happened on the way home because when I unrolled it nothing fell out. Disappointing.

Do not shop here. Cindy and customer service sucks.CantUnderstandNormalThinking. Shop at the other 5 shops in Belleview. Product defective and not used, but refused to refund or even exchange. Absolutely unacceptable.

Dont buy there! 3 of the 4for vapes purchased were defective. Would not replace within hr of purchase. Go to PUFF CITY a mile away. Honorable owner and cheaper. Always a good product and experience.

Do not shop here!!! Both the vapes I bought were defective and I tried them in store in front of clerk after purchase but they still would not exchange them.

They had some amazing employees working there but then they got rid of them and replaced them with People that have little to no knowledge of the vape industry at all And their customer service skills are very poor

Huge selection of any and everything you could need. I go for the puff bars and salt nic items. They have the best selection of flavors in town! Very nice clean environment.

Everytime I go into this place, they are out of what I need and the old woman is just cranky and grouchy. I have chosen to just drive the extra 20 minutes down towards the Villages to their other location.

Cool atmosphere, friendly employees, and quick service! Nothing more I could ask for!

Their disposable vapes are always junk and don’t last as long as they should. Mostly their cali products.
