Great selection, missing Snapbar vapes but come to find out many of the smoke shops dont carry this American made product. Staff tests and experiment with new products and are very informative of whats on the shelfs. All people who have experienced any vapes, pre rolls, and loose rolling ingredients all have different views and opinions based on body size, diet, and daily activities so its best to take what you feel is best as the overall quality and product effects 🚬😤💨

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! Purchased a vape, I opened it to check it worked. As I was pulling out of the parking lot it stopped! I go back in and tell whoever was there & he insisted there was nothing he could do even though it wasnt even 5 minutes after I left. What type of customer service is that ? I paid 22$ for a vape that stopped working!

Ive had awesome experiences here in the past but recently I was told that I needed to leave for using the wrong terminology in their store. Now nowhere was it posted in the store what customers are allowed to say and what were not. They only have 1 paper made handwritten sign for Theres No B in Water Pipe nowhere in the whole place was there ANYTHING posted stating that customers were to use the word Concentrates instead of Wax, Crumble, Shatter...ect.... BUT you can say Dab Rig yeah makes me wonder what theyre really doing. And I have NEVER had that happen to me in there before and always spent a good amount of money in that location as well but it only takes 1rude employee to demand for you to leave without anything posted letting customers know that its not permitted in their location. So I went right down the road to the Smoky Monkey and I gotta tell you about it I love that store. I truly enjoyed the experience and hospitality that Smoky Monkey has to offer the customers.

Great place. Very friendly when you walk in the door. They have an extremely knowledgeable staff and their customer service is outstanding. I go to this place weekly to pick up stuff for some of my needs. Fantastic place and fantastic ownership of the company. Love going here.

Shyanne is the BEST customer service representative I have EVER met! She made my experience super easy and quick! She took time to explain the differences in certain vapes and e-liquids, which really helped me change what routine I thought was best for my smoking habits. I look forward to coming back and seeing her! She undoubtedly helped make up my mind about which smoke shop my loyalty and business belongs to here. Despite reccomending what she stated was the main store which has more product, I definitely will come back to the Belleview to be serviced by her again!
