This place is awesome and so welcoming. Taylor and another girl with blonde straight hair recommended me these honey sticks that are amazing! Taylor was very nice to talk with and honestly felt like I’ve been here so many times with our interaction! Definitely recommend this place and Taylor!

This is the only vape shop I will go to. I live around 40 miles away and I have been to several others but THIS shop is by far the best in all of the surrounding areas possibly all of KC. They are usually pretty helpful and have a big stock. But some of the employees dont vape, and I find that odd especially if you have questions or maybe need advice or suggestions. But other that the selection is awesome cant beet their prices on juices all juices and types (free and salts) or nic free are 2 for $25 mix and match. No were else can you find those prices. Even online shops are usually more expensive plus you have extra higher taxes added. But on my last visit it was my birthday on June 12. I went there and there was a thin young blond girl working, she was super helpful, knowledgeable, attentive, and nice. I asked her for some suggestions because I get anxious when deciding plus the selection was massive. My only suggestions and this goes for most all vape stores also is That all the juices are usually on the wall behind the counter and it makes it impossible to shipand read/look at the selections unless you know exactly what youre looking for. And also having someone working there that doesnt vape can be irritating because they cant realistically answer any questions or give any legitimate suggestions or advice. But the young blond ladie working was so so nice and helpful. Made me feel comfortable. She deserves a raise or a promotion!!!

Horrible customer service. Little blonde girl didn’t even look up from her phone when I walked in and when I asked if there was another color of a product she said “there’s a bunch of stuff in the back but I’m not digging it out” verbatim.

Absolutely horrible customer service from the little blonde in this store. Buy 2-$50 on the geek bars a lot in here and have been having some issues with the vape not charging and there still like 50% of juice left all I get told is sorry you’ll have to just buy another one our managers won’t be in for a week, would not recommend this store or the one on Mer-Len bad vapes.

Great customer service. Has the top brand of vaps. A very good variety. And good flavors too. I would recommend to anyone who does vaps. Has a lot of kool stuff too. Must see

Huge selection in general and probably the biggest selection of HHC products Ive seen anywhere.Definitely my new go-to vape shop.

The customer service and products for this new vape shop is top notch. We went there to check it out and had a very pleasant experience.

Very clean and nice. Guy who answered the phone and answered my questions/cashier who rang me up was very affable.

Only place out of 10 that I called that had what I was looking for. Dont know why everyone else was out of grape ice Esco Bars but these guys had them. Thank you.
