I purchased a vape battery 3/26 @ 4:50 pm.. Morgan who was very nice helped me look for a battery that would fit.Thought we had one. She told me if it didn’t bring it back and they would give a refund.@ 11:56 am on 3-27-23. I went in do do just that.. The LITTLE GIRL said she was the Manager, no name… said the EMPLOYEE didn’t know what she was talking about!!!I of coarse got pushed!! And said some things and she’s all in my face!!!People don’t shop here!!Thank you Morgan you should be the manager!!!

Good selection and the manager was informative and polite with a great attitude.

The ladies at the counter were extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful.

The store sold me the wrong product. I brought back to exchange and they didn’t have what I needed. I asked them to either order it or get a refund and they refused. I think asked the manager to call me and she chose to not do that. I will now be filing a complaint online.

I always have a great experience when coming in, everyone is knowledgeable and friendly! Maddy helped me most recently and was extremely helpful. I will continue to come back because of her and your other staff members.

Got kicked out of the store by the angry chick who came out of the bathroom with powder on her nose ring... sry I interrupted you.. just wanted to buy a device... got mad cause their stock was on a back shelf and I started looking back there.. she said, and I quote... sir I told you everything we had was in the case..... sry but Ive been dealing with vapor maven since the start and their by far that organized... never seen an employee past 6 months.. might wanna fire the dope head and hire respectable employees vapor maven...fyi got my new divide...

This store has a good selection and prices. However it is the associates knowledge, suggestions and outstanding customer service that make this store AMAZING! I can shop anywhere but I choose this store for the experience with MADDIE AND HER TEAM!!

They want access to my phone just for me to make a purchase. This business needs to be closed down, now. So everyone knows, the owner is really in the hotel business. Hes funnelled credit and debit sales for the vape shops through his hotel business illegally. He pays less than $10 an hour for a single person to run the whole store. And now hes trying to get access to every customers phone. Get this scum out of here already.

NEVER have had any problems shopping here in the 2 years I’ve lived in the area. Staff is always super nice and answers all of my questions! I come here a few times a week and always get the best service!!

I just need to applaud this team for their amazing customer service! They have a great selection of dispoables and overall have a lot of knowledge regarding the products they sell. Ill definitely be returning! :)

Dude with long hair was so good I left a tip in the jar! Very patient, friendly and helpful. Looked for an item I asked about. Attentive , kind, great at his job. Because of this dude I will come back to this location from now on even though its further from my house. Great huge store. Biggest Vape store I have ever seen. Clean and very well organized. Huge selection of juice and lots of other stuff! Unique gift items for sure.

I went in to buy some items and the lady working behind the counter was friendly and took her time to help me find what I needed. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be returning again soon.

Friendly helpful staff, excellent selection. As a huge huge Plus they stay open later 9 PM.I only occasionally shop there in the evening the fact that I can count on them being open late makes me loyal and give them all of my business. Keep up the good work.

The two females there are very unprofessional, the skinny one was screaming at the top of her lungs in front of the store in the parking lot and the big one is very passive aggressive/rude, fortunately it’s only this vapor maven that I’ve had troubles with, the rest of the vapor mavens around town are full of cool employees that actually talk down on this store and the business etiquette/mannerisms that they hold. I tried getting a hold of HR to let them know they was trashing the business name but was given a go around. I’ll just keep my business in the surrounding vapor mavens since I’m not banned from those lol, yes I got banned for literally nothing a long with 40+ people that brought the store daily business.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff is not knowledgeable about products and when the sell you the wrong thing they won’t do anything about it even with receipt and online saying I had 14 days and it’s only been 3

I pointed at a vape in the counter and said lemon blueberry, picked a second vape and paid. When I picked up my purchase, I turned around took less than 5 steps and noticed it was peach blueberry, immediately turned around and said, oh, this is peach and asked to get lemon blueberry to which she immediately responded, I cant exchange. I had taken less than 5 steps from the counter, had not exited the building or even attempted to open the box, as I asked if she was serious, she repeated herself.

The ladies there I have had an opportunity to interact with it been very professional and knowledgeable,They friendly with a good attitude. I didn’t know about this location 135th and Metcalf Avenue, it’s close to my home But still stop The Olathe store often.This is the only place you need to go for your CBD and Vape products, and I have been all over the southside of Metro Kansas City hands down this is the best and affordable CBD shop. I won’t go anywhere else. with so many businesses closing earlier being so understaffed it’s refreshing that you can count on vapor maven to be open late seven days a week. please don’t ever change

Best place ever for all your vaping needs. Great customer service and great products. Could use some more options in the disposable vape section, but thats it!!

Do not patronize this store. Tabitha would not sell to me because I had my children with me. What was I supposed to do leave them in the car? How are you supposed to run like that were it’s only 21+. It’s unnecessary to be that rude. You are losing sells , keep up the great work you will be closed in 6 months

Went in to redeem my rewards that I had earned when I bought my mod and batteries. I recieved a text that I had earned a 60ml for either free or .99 cents. Low and behold the points program turned into a lousy $2.00 off a $20.00 60ml. I walked out, the staff seem fine, they dont make the rules. It would have to be an absolute emergency to spend money here. Bummer, its close to my work.Store was clean and kinda well stocked. They lost my business because of the points change costing me a 60ml. Aint gonna keep customers coming back w shenanigans like that.

Really organized place. The manager is very helpful. They are urgently hiring but they completely re-vamped the store. Looks great. Definitely worth working at.

We were going to buy a mod, a tank and some juice but when the new clerk scanned the mod in, it said it was approximately $64.99 but the signage at the display said $39.99. He called his manager and she said they must not have any left at $39.99, even though the sign was right in front of the box he grabbed to sell us. I have worked retail at many stores and have always overridden the price for a customer if the signage is incorrect. We left with nothing and wont be back even though it is the closest vape shop to our home.

I had a terrible experience here. The manager is extremely rude. When I bought a disposable vape it was leaking out as I opened it in the store and she told me I have to live with it and common sense would tell me if I bought a discounted item then it’s a final sale haha. Will never shop here again

Bought 4 packs of wraps. opened the first ones they were crunchy and squashed together. called to ask if I could exchange the unopened ones, they wouldn’t allow. last time I buy wraps here.

A buddy of mine got a vape for his wife that ended up being burnt straight over the counter and the manager (matty?) Lied about being the owner and refused a refund.Never seen this from any other vape shop.Would give 0 if possible.

Outstanding shop. They have wonderful selection and are knowledgeable. I get online maybe slightly cheaper, but getting to see and try different things and being able to ask questions is a real benefit. Highly recommended.

I bought 2 disposable CBD vapes which were both defective, was not reimbursed or refunded in any way. Bought a 3rd CBD vape product I was assured would work but is also defective. High disappointed and frustrated, will not be returning and I will be deferring friends, family, acquaintances from going here in the future.Edit: The phone number provided here for this location has been disconnected or changed. I would not recommend visiting this store👎

Was cussed out by a store associate just for walking into the store. I was screamed at and cussed out during the entire transaction. The associate then then followed me out of the store screaming at me and slamming the door. I have contacted management 3 times and have still not received a call back.

Great Kratom selection, and it is the most fairly priced Ive ever seen. They also have just about every vape mod and accessory you could possible want, as well as a huge ejuice selection. They also have smoking devices such as water pipes.

Horrible experience...sold me the wrong item, and would not exchange the item. Very nasty attitude and horrible customer service. I will never give them another dime of my money.

They had let there license to sell nicotine expire so i wasnt able to buy any vape juice. Other then that i love the store
