Cannabis 21 Dispensary Palm Desert

I showed up, I usually go to catalyst but wanted to give them a try, again. Although it wasnt busy, I didnt feel welcomed nor important to be attended to. I went back to catalyst and though they were busy, they were attending everyone fast. Two stars only because the place looks nice l, potential. Security was very slow, that was annoying. Might give it a try again, year or so. ✌️

The employees need to educate themselves on the product they sell before they tell a customer they don’t sell it . I told her it’s in the lobby in the case she said nope it’s not. I left walked by told the man up from I would have bought this but it does not exist, so I’m going to another place to go buy it.this is the third time I have been in and this has happened the second they had what I needed but could not sell it to me because it was not in the computer.the gentleman that was trying to sell it to me was so nice and helped I felt so bad

Anthony, Rae, and Natalie are the sweetest most helpful workers I’ve met at any dispensary. I love coming, I feel such good vibes and positive energy! Best dispensary in town!

Theyre ok. Little pushy on sales after they opened. I hit dispensaries in several states. I will shop here again. Good variety of products.

Omg this place is the Trader Joes of Cannabis! Yessenia was super helpful, very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They were open Christmas day and made the visit quiet the gift.

This is a nice big beautiful store. However, I find their inventory to be lacking when I’ve been in there several times. The service is just okay. The manager is always very helpful, but the associates don’t seem very motivated. I went in on the Friday of Stagecoach and their inventory was wiped out. They should have planned better. I do like that the prices all include the applicable taxes and fees. But does make it a bit difficult to compare prices.UPDATE: since my last review before Stagecoach 2023 I have shopped here many times. I have found the inventory is better and the customer service much better. I went from a three star to four star. The sales sales associate that always helped me seems to no longer be there when I’ve been in. Maybe that was the problem. But new faces and a little more professional and engaged.

The short guy with the dreads/braids spoke to us in a tone that was rude, unfriendly, and disrespectful. If you can, try to avoid being helped by the leprechaun.He also got our order wrong, and didn’t care to talk about the products we had questions about. I strongly recommend that management get someone with more customer service experience to assist the customers.His behaviour was uncalled for, especially since the store was empty. If he really hated his job, I’m sure the Taco Bell across the parking lot would hire him 👍

I went in for the first time a few weeks ago. Staff were super friendly & knowledgeable. Once I got home & tested the products I have to say they know a thing or two & were spot on & helped me pick something that was perfect for me. Thanks I will be back soon.

After becoming a member and coming here several times, I will never go back. I purchased a Stizzy battery and cartridge and did not start using it right away. When my old set up was done, I opened up the Stizzy and started using. Within a week, the cartridge started leaking and stopped working. I went in to get a warranty replacement but was denied. They say that I had it too long to warranty it, even though I was not using it. I spoke with two different managers that were both unwilling to help me. The second manager even admitted to me of known problems with the last batch of these cartridges.I just dont understand this wave of poor customer service these days. It would not have cost your company a penny to replace the cartridge, but your staffs poor customer service and general lack of caring came to the fore-front. And now, due to a defective $30 item, you have lost a potential long term customer and possibly anyone else that I tell about your poor customer service. Its pretty sad really!

I notice you dont respond to negative reviews. Well C21, I have some bad news. YOU HAVE BEEN SLIPPING. I too have found myself around the corner at your closest competitor more often than not. They say most customers that leave , do so with ever complaining. So, this is your heads up.Although your competitor inhabits a much smaller space, they regularly are better staffed. The wait is always shorter. There is always someone on the door and at least 4 tenders. On 4/20, they had lines out the door. C21 didnt as they opted to offer ZERO 4/20 specials.You do the math.

I stopped here on my drive from Texas to LA. I was overwhelmed but Uncle Ray Ray was so friendly, helpful, and awesome! It was my first time there but got treated like a regular. Would definitely stop by again when in the area and will be recommending to my friends driving in!

New to area, long time clinic customer in OC, $400-600 month. Thought I would try this store. Placed order online to pick up. Received confirm of order receipt and 2nd text saying order being processed. Well that was it, never heard a word again. It has been hours, no contact at all.So I am not understanding the 5 star review, except they mention discounts.The discounts dont mean a thing if they dont get back to you.This place obviously has too much business to have time for new customers, and Ray Ray must have fell down..

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here, prices are good with tax included, selection is astounding. Kalyn helped me out with a cartridge the other day and I cannot thank her enough for her helpfulness, she was so kind and knowledgeable.

I went in to grab some Dime Bag budget flower and wouldnt you know it they were sold out on all the Indica. After losing my phone and a long day testing my patience budtender Davonte didnt skip a beat. I told him Im always interested to see the best OG and he pulled out a bunch of flower that he was legit excited to show me. I love seeing different strains and can tell that certain bud tenders get annoyed if I ask to see 5-10 different strains. This wasnt the case here, I felt like an important and valued customer thanks to Davonte. Another gentleman presumably the manager also stopped by to talk shop so it was super cool. Might as well give a shout out to the lady up font as well. She was super sweet with a German/European accent and was able to sign me up for the text program without no pressure.Overall the store has a very modern look, large floorplan designed to handle customers efficiently and a classy vibe. Its definitely one of the nicer dispensary locations with a Beverly Hills feel that you dont see in Coachella Valley. 5 stars

After visiting more than a handful of spots in the valley, I’ve landed on c21 as my go to shop. This past visit I was lucky enough to have Darrel as my bud tender and it’s safe to say this man knows his product. Great deals, great product, great service here.

A bit to slow for my anxiety. Cashier was handling corporate work on the phone while tending me. Was not comfortable to be placed second to someone over the phone.

Zero stars. This is the 3rd or 4th time I get bud from this place where Buds are hard and full of seeds. This is the Top Shelf. No complaints regarding the staff, but selling rock hard buds (growers are using bud hardener that increases weight and you get less bud) full of seeds is bad for business. Went back to the store and staff tells me theres nothing they can do about it.Your money is gone once you buy. Go at your own risk.

Today was my first time at Cannabis 21+ and driving up to it my boyfriend was like “it’s like a mini Walmart for cannabis” and it truly was! They have a HUGE selection to choose from. I felt welcome when I arrived and loved the atmosphere! Shout out to Anthony for being so patient with me!

I understand the no loitering work over night live out of town showed up 15 min early and the manager and security guard stated the open at 8 am so I am welcome back at that time so told the wife we would move to the other parking area and wait manager states they own all of the parking area so leave but see you at 8 when we open now I could go to royale collective and also light house as they are both on my way home try not to be so rude when customers have other options

Employees must make commission. I picked out an 1/8th and was offered more expensive products about 10 times. Kept trying to sell me “their most popular product” which is an 1/8th for $75😂😂😂 it’s nice inside but that’s about it. Just go to Libra.
