I have been going to Julie for custom facials since the beginning of this year and each treatment has significantly improved my skins appearance and health. She definitely knows what she’s doing and on top of that has the best energy. I’ve had many facials and can say hers have been by far the best experience and results. Highly recommend!

I met Julie from Bravo.. and thankfully we kept in touch because theres no one else I can trust on my brows and face! She has been working with me for the longest time!! I could tell that she has years of experience and was passionate about what she does.The facial was equally as impressive. As this was my first facial, I dont have much to compare to, but my face is much more clear and smoother since my appointment.I wholeheartedly recommend Thereses services to anyone!

We followed her from her days at Amadeus to Bravo Salon and now here Pasadena Beauty Spa.She does make up for all our events and when wedont have special functions to attend then we get our facials and waxing needs done. We love this ambiance here because it is very serene, clean, and has FREE parking. I have been coming to Jessica for years for brow waxing/tweezing, and she always does a great job. I also recently discovered that she gives nice facials as well. The spa is clean, cute and comfortable.

I had my first facial at this spa and I’ll be going back! I have very sensitive skin so I was a bit nervous but the products used did not irritate my skin…No negative reaction to anything used which is incredible! Highly recommend

I feel cheated... a week after putting on my lashes they have all fallen out, I feel that they should be honest from the beginning and tell me that the girl who puts them on is practicing and thats why they were cheaper and they didnt lie saying it was a promotion When I found out there was and the girl herself told me, the truth is nothing personal with her, she was very nice as a person, but I would have liked to have decided if I wanted to do them with an expert or not, since today at an exact week I no longer have half of my eyelashes... it seems very dishonest to me.

Julie helped to clean up and shape my eye brows, and started me using face products for sensitive skin. Theres an improvement from before my visit.
