This was my first time visiting for a $79 therapeutic massage. I scheduled with Vilma after seeing positive reviews on here, but about an hour before my appointment, I was switched to someone else. At the end of my appointment, I couldn’t wait to get out of there that, I didn’t even express my concerns and disappointment with the massage. The massage was painful, and the techniques and communication were poor. She was a nice lady but that’s not conducive to a good massage. There seemed to be a major challenge with muscle anatomy, kinesiology, and appropriate pressure application—which is concerning as it makes me question the therapists’ qualifications and license. Compared to past experiences, this was the worst massage I’ve ever had. I left much more tense than I came and in moderate pain that I needed to ice when I got home. I didn’t have that post-massage relaxed feeling. I will not be returning.Update (approx. 5:30pm): I called and shared my experience and requested to be refunded in lieu of a complimentary massage or gift card that was offered. I am awaiting an update from the lady I spoke with who will check on this option with her manager. (Added a star for this communication effort with the business).Update (7:35pm): I received a call back as promised and the person I spoke with told me that I had been refunded and will see it in a few days. Another star added for that as I appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation.

Silvia did my massage and I was very specific with what I wanted/didnt want. She was very understanding (some people get annoyed when you give specifics and do what they want anyway) of what I needed and it was amazing!! My facial was also very relaxing, everything was just what I needed to relieve my stress and calm my nerves.

A truly excellent experience! I found Harmony Spa by way of a flier and decided to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service and value in the pricing. Julia is a skilled therapist, and from my experience strives to maintain a quality staff. The level of professionalism is high, as is the cleanliness of the spa. I have come to look forward to my weekly sessions.

Ive been here twice and they do a good job. Nice deep massage. Sometimes they are a bit unorganized with who is massaging who. I had 3 different ladies switch on me the 1st time but the massage was good. I brought my friend the second time and we got beat up good lol. Make sure you tell your therapist where it hurts and they will really focus on it. Ample parking and nice menu and services to choose from. I will be back again!

Came here on 11/3/23 with my wife for a couples massage. At first I was skeptical as any man would be, but let me tell you, it is so worth it. The atmosphere puts you at ease, the staff was welcoming and helpful. And I feel 10 years younger once the session was done. We will definitely be coming back!

Vilma was amazing! It was my first time getting a therapeutic massage. My focus areas were my neck and shoulders. At the end of my massage, I felt so much better. I will definitely be returning. She even advised me as to what I could do at home to help me.

I took my wife here for her birthday, and I can say money well spent. The place looks like a 2 story office building that was remodel to be a spa. When you open the door you immediately start walking upstairs to the counter where they greet you and confirm appointment. The ladies were very polite and attentive to my wifes needs. During the month of May they are running a special for massage and facial luxury package for $149 (90min) usually its over $200. This is very much worth the money compared to other places. My wife said the massage was excellent and the facial is amazing. Would definitely come back! And theyre open on Sundays! Winner! Winner! Chicken Dinner! *Update**- This is for the men. I dont know if my wife was playing a joke on me or payback for something I did at home, but whatever you do DO NOT GET THE FACIAL!!!!! I admit that women are stronger than men and beauty is painful! I have a different respect for my wife OMG.... My face hurt! She thinks this is hilarious! 🤕🤬

I was thoroughly satisfied with the amount of care and level of service that was provided for my therapeutic massage and cleansing facial. The ladies were very professional and thorough. I felt like a queen and a new woman, after my appointment. I will definitely rebook those same services soon and delve into the many other services they provide! Keep up the great work!

Was actually surprised by this place. Thought it was gonna be another hole in the wall place but it is actually a great place. Nice setup, nice staff, nice ambient. Insulation sucks; you can hear everything going on in the building but other than that, really recommend it.Update: Went back after not having gone there in a while, and was kinda disappointed. The lady Velma was very good, but she seemed like she simply didnt want to be there. Tbf, I did go kinda late, and she probably just wanted to to home, but that shouldnt be a reason. Paid for an hour, only got about 45 mins (I checked the time when it ended and it was just about 45 mins), didnt even wipe the oils off, just kinda did a quick little brush off my body and that was it. I still had a lot of oil on me when it was done. I guess Ill have to go earlier next time and see how it goes then. Not mad, just kinda disappointed. Not looking for a refund or anything, just they might wanna up their quality on that.

Nobody was at the front desk an hour after they were scheduled to open. I waited about 5-10 minutes for someone to show up while I looked for alternative businesses.

My husband and I came in today for a couples massage and couldn’t be more happier. The room was very intimate and had a rose on each table. The massage therapist were very professional and sweet. Will definitely be back and probably try their facial treatments.

My mom & I went to Harmony Wellness & Spa for the first time June 10, 2023 for a therapeutic massage. It was a wonderful experience, I booked with Ana & Angela because my mom is Spanish speaking only & I was told they spoke Spanish. They were great & made us feel very relaxed, we both loved our massages. Fast forward to August, I booked a massage for my mom for August 14 with Ana since we knew she was great. It wasnt Ana who gave my mom her massage. She said it was another lady & she was extremely rough, my mom had to tell her something eventually. She said it wasnt a massage, more like a sobada. She said the lady didnt massage her shoulders, neck, arms or hands like our first massage with Ana & Angela. She said she couldnt wait for it to be over, it was painful & not relaxing at all. Friday she said she was still in pain from Mondays sobada. Horrible experience for my mom & would not recommend anymore :(

I came in with my husband for a deep tissue massage and a mini facial. I was not disappointed. They insisted on my husband getting a deep tissue massage too, which he did. Alejandra was a sweetheart with the hands of angels. She was super gentle with me and apologized at any flinching I did out of habit. I feel like a brand new person. I almost fell asleep with the deep tissue massage. This was my first time coming here. I look forward to coming back. I am recommending this place to everyone. Thank you all for the loveliest of experiences.

The experience was awesome! Workers are very nice answered all questions well and the service itself in my case was great. Super relaxing and definitely will come back for another massage.

This was my first time ever getting a massage professionally done and I MUST SAY! It was amazing!! I just left and feel like a relaxing high from how relaxed I am! I highly recommend this place and ask for Ester and Lily to get the job done they were amazing and made me and my gf feel absolutely relaxed and comfortable, we got a couples massage and we were nervous to strip and get comfortable but those 2 women made it a great first experience!!! Chen the lady who works the front was super friendly and very welcoming!! The experience was better than what I could have ever imagined!! Thank you ladies!! BEST MASSAGE EVER!My husband and I been to a lot of couples massage places and this one is by far the best place! We will for sure be coming back.I’ve been having a pain around my shoulder blade area for a month never thought a massage would fix it. Chan did a great job all I said was my back has been hurting can’t sleep at night. So she started massaging stretch my arm back and found the spot and instantly told me this is what has been keeping you awake at night, without me telling her where on my back was the most discomfort! I feel great since no complaints.Easter and Chan were great with us. We will come again soon.

Where do I begin. When looking for a massage I seek to find the rare therapist that will do what other therapists do not do. That super deep pressure, stretching, a little bit of targeted massaging and for someone to walk all over my back and limbs. This place here did all of the above. My therapist, Kay Kay was amazing!! She was perfect in every way. She took the time to talk to me about my options and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. Her experience of over 20 yrs truly pays off. If youre looking for a place that will give you that good hurt, then this is it. Five starts for sure. I paid 99.00 for a one hour massage and this included hot stones and the use of essential oils for that deep penetration in my muscles. You can not get a massage like this at Massage Envy or Heights Massage. It will never happen. I highly recommend Kay Kay and Harmony Spa to everyone in the Deer Park, South Houston and Pasadena area! Wonderful job ladies!! You gained a custom for life.

They were incredibly friendly, I felt like I was talking with a genuine friend by the time I left. They made everything so effortless. The services provided were great, the prices are great, everything about this place is excellent. 10/10 outshined every other placed I contacted, and I contacted them all.

My amazing husband booked me a massage on yesterday, due to Valentines Day being Monday. It was sooooooo relaxing. My service from the time I arrived, during my massage session and at the end was absolutely amazing. The customer service was exceptional! I will definitely be back for a couples session. I highly recommend Harmony Spa!

This was my second time getting a massage in my life so I was a little nervous. Fortunately I chose the perfect place! Not only were the two ladies (receptionist/esthetician and masseuse) very friendly and welcoming but my massage was amazing. It’s been about 3 days now and not only have I been sleeping better but all the tension is gone and I feel so relaxed and comfortable. I’ve been suffering with minor back pain in my shoulder area for years and this is what finally got rid of it. I’ll definitely be coming back in a few weeks for another one and will be a repeat customer from now on.I highly recommend this place for their therapeutic massage with hot stones! :)

Would highly recommend Harmony Spa! I haven’t had a massage in years and I tend to get a little anxious walking into an unfamiliar environment. My anxiety was instantly eased by a smiling and kind face, and a relaxing and comfortable environment! Every single person we encountered was kind and friendly, and our massages were WONDERFUL! My therapist(I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name! Maybe Kiki?) had such a lovely touch. Gentle yet firm, and attentive to my individual needs! It was my husbands first massage, and he loved every second of it! We chatted at the front for a few minutes before paying, and left feeling relaxed and like we had made some new friends! I wish we didn’t live 5 hours away because we would be regulars if we could!

My first time here for my sister’s birthday and she was BLATANTLY disrespected by her therapist due to her size ! The therapist’s barely communicated English so it was hard to establish a conversation and finally my facial was half done as the Steam machine wasn’t applied during the facial but during the last 2 minutes and it was only 30 seconds of steam which was upsetting I wish I would’ve known about the remarks my sister therapist made before I left them BOTH A 10$ TIP !

First time getting a massage ever!Ms. KK was absolutely amazing! Very clean and professional spa. I will definitely be coming back in a couple of weeks for a Thai Combination massage as she recommended.I feel so much relaxed and relieved from the pain I was dealing with.

Velma is the best. My first time getting a massage. But long hours at Bayshore will make you NEED 1. My therapeutic massage was heaven. Definitely told every1 at the hospital to give Velma a hello. Thank you, Velma.

First time customer. I had the signature package of massage and facial. Chan was my therapist and talked with me as to my problem areas and checked with me during the massage to be sure the amount of pressure was good. First facial Ive had in years. My skin looks and feels great. Ill be back to book with Chan.

My husband and I received massages here and they were amazing! The facilities were very clean and well kept. The massage therapists worked extremely well to make sure we were relaxed and the areas we had complaints about were dealt with. We left feeling very relaxed and pleased with the services!

Update: This is a first. The management says my negative review is based on lies. Ok, I have reviewed over 100 establishments most of which are positive. WHY WOULD I REVIEW A PLACE WHICH I WAS TRYING TO ILLICIT ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES? Makes zero sense. The Management needs to take accountability for their poor service and not make false accusations about their customers.I had one of the worst 1 hr massages yesterday. The lady seemed like she didnt know what she was doing and her nails were too long, so they were constantly digging into my back. Originally had told them 90 minutes but changed to 60 minutes halfway into the massage. Bummer

Amazingly enjoyable experience! Ive been going every two weeks for the past 3 months.Chan and Esther do a very good job. I live an active lifestyle and have a good pain tolerance so I enjoy the therapeutic or athletic massage. I also sustained a small injury to my right knee a month ago. I let my therapist know this, they were very aware of my pain and avoided the area.they deserve every Star!

Highly recommend! The atmosphere is great will definitely be coming back. Lily was my masseuse, she made me feel so relaxed but took my discomfort away at the same time.

Before I suffered back pains badly especially my right shoulder due to a long time working in front of computer, firstly I had a detailed introductions on different messages and it was very professional.I got a therapeutic massage at the first time and another time with swedish massage a week after, my back pains were well -relieved after and feel no more pains! Staffs there are super nice and patient! I really appreciate that and highly recommend this place!

I have been coming to Harmony Spa for about 5years now. My recent visit is not in your system because there has been a change of management. My experience with the new managment was terrrible. I really miss the old staff, the new massage lady was trying to switch me from THAI massage to Sport Massage and trying hard to sell me on it, i felt pressured and when i asked again about the THAI massage she just left me there. Said someone else had to do it. End of the Day i had a bad experience, i was gonna keep it to myself but your response made me edit my review. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! It is no longer the best massage experience around.

This place by far is the best. When it comes to massages and facials and Brazilians this places is truly the best. Everyone is so kind and sweet and professional. They make you feel like your apart of the family.

My first time here. Very relaxing atmosphere. Tracy asked me about my trouble spots and made sure she got them. I think i fell asleep for a little bit. I left feeling very relaxed and my pains had disappeared. Would highly recommend. I will definitely be going back.

Can’t say enough about this new place I found while visiting my friend. She wanted a massage immediately and they had openings. The two ladies that did our massage together in one room were professional, kind, and knew how to give the proper pressure on deep tissue massage. We will be back next month!!

I came in because I have Nerve damage in my lower back, nonething was giving me a relief. I Google and found this place and they had great reviews so I did a walk-in. Best decision ever. I feel amazing and plan to return next week. I received a deep tissue massage with a few add-ons. I must say the add-ons are a great ideal.

Had a couples massage today with my husband, and it was AMAZING. We have been to multiple chain massage places, and always leave slightly dissapointed. This massage was hands down the best either one of us have ever had. We will definately be going back regularly. The ladies were super nice as well which is always a plus, and they were able to accomodate our different pressure needs. We left about an hour ago and I still cant stop talking about our experience.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My boyfriend got me a gift certificate to this place. I had never had a massage until today and let me tell you, it was amazing. The establishment is clean and has ample space for waiting. The staff is courteous and friendly. Id recommend this location for any one looking for a great massage and experience.

I came here a few days ago for some attention to my neck and shoulders. The massage I received was not relaxing as I thought it would be. The stretching is something to be improved upon. When stretching my leg saying it was for my lower back, I almost rolled off the table. When I brought it to her attention she dismissed it saying it ok it ok. Quality in work seems to be lacking. It looks as though most of the reviews are bought with a mask they offer if you leave a review. I would not recommend going here and looking elsewhere if you are wanting to get a massage.Edit: To the owner. Is your response closed minded as well? I dont remember seeing you there to witness all that had transpired according to your response. If I write that I was about to roll off the table it wasnt a panic as you put, but a warning to the lady that she was stretching my leg too far. Its not fantastical or illogical about bribing others with a free mask when the sign is up front clearly visible. Your response clearly shows lack of professionalism and quality in your buisness. My review was a fair and honest one that did not paint your buisness in a good light and my follow up response will be just as honest. So to not know the full story yourself and just defend your buisness blindly without being able to take criticism is just bad buisness. I hope more people are able to read my review and are able to steer away from this place.

My partner and I went in, I had a a Deep Tissue and my partner had a Swedish Massage and we will definitely be coming back! It was a wonderful experience and everyone was very sweet. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Everyone here is so nice. The spa is very clean and relaxing. Their prices are amazing too. I come for a facial every month and they recommended me skincare that I now use every day. I bought my friend a gift card and she loves this place too.

Went in for a prenatal massage. My neck and calves were hurting really bad. They listen to where my pain was and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole massage. Which I appreciated since getting comfortable when pregnant is hard. The place is clean, ladies are professional and prices are affordable.

This has been my to go place for a massage 💆‍♀️🧖‍♀️. No contracts or memberships A-plus! Ive had all of the masseuses. They all have a different technique and all I feel beyond great! Congrats to Julia whom is almost due for birth of her baby girl!!! The establishment is serene,relaxing and clean. The girls English is not all great but we understand each other. Definitely recommend this place. Its a little gem in the middle of Pasadena.

Can you say satisfied! Kay Kay was perfect! The steps on my back I wasn’t expecting but omg that was the highlight of the whole massage. She really got in the spot that was hurting my lower back the most and even knew the bones that were aching lol. She made sure I was ok and thing were well for me throughout the massage. I definitely will be back!

Wow!! Originally I asked for a 90 min Swedish because I really wanted the 90 min and that was the price I could afford with my husband. But once we got into the room my therapist (Tracy) felt how horrible my tension was (i sit and do facials all day so my neck and back were absolutely killing me) she recommended I do 60 min therapeutic because the Swedish will not alleviate my Stress. Though I wanted 90 min, I opted for her suggestion and believe me, it was NOT a disappointment! My body needed that so so bad! Between her hands, forearm, and elbows, wow! All my tension feels soooooo much better. It was both painful but then relaxing and my therapist knew when I tensed up, or when I needed to breathe , and she gently told me to breathe through discomfort (which is naturally gonna happen with how bad of shape my muscles were in). When she rolled out the tension, the massage was so much more comfortable because my muscles were now so relaxed. My husband and I will definitely be frequent visitors! This was my 1st time coming here. I got the luxury package that included the facial. The message therapist was very good and worked out all the tension in my neck. The spa is very clean and the staff is very nice. I will definitely be coming back.

My mother said it was even better than the expensive places like message Envy. Since they sell the scene. This place is highly recommended!

Im a frequent visitor of this place. The decor is super beautiful and I highly recommend Wendy, whos an expert at Thai massage. In all honesty, I had a serious back issue that chiropractors couldnt fix, but somehow a few sessions with Wendy did it. Theyre very friendly here and they give you a free beauty mask. Best place for a massage in Pasadena.

My massager was Judy. She was very kind and very supportive of my first massage ever. She made me feel comfortable and always asked questions to make sure I felt okay. I would definitely come again.

OMG, I went there to get a massage and left a very happy man. Price is very reasonable for the amount of time they use to massage you. The staff is very professional and very curious. If I could I would give them a 100 star rating.

I came to get a massage as a present for mothers day 😩 I didnt like it at all. There was a point in which I wished to leave like running for my life, but I said to myself maybe is not that bad, maybe you like it after all, give it a chance. I was able to feel when the lady jump and got on the table, then to my back to step on me to massage with her feet.Then came the worst part i am not even writing what its on my mind right now because IM MAD seriously this is the WORST experience Ive ever had getting a therapeutic massage.

I dont like this place beacuse the lady is very roud. As the devo. She left me enjured my neck and they stoled me 30 .$ my masage price was 80 $ and i gave 10 $ tip. But they charged me 120 $ bymy card

So far the best massage Ive had. This place is Amazing, as soon as you walk in you are greeted by a gorgeous girl at the front. They do a great job if you like a relaxed, quiet, and very comforting atmosphere. Highly recommend you swing by. I know I will soon!

I found this spa online, called & scheduled a 2 hour swedish massage. When I arrived I was told they werent accepting credit cards cash only. Therefore I had to leave & get cash. When asked how much it was going to be, I was told $170. I asked why when your site has a special advertised for $45/hr.I was then told it was not their site. There was no way that I was going to spend $170 on a massage being done in a renovated office building. In a hotel spa, YES but there heck NO.

I recieved a therapudeic massage today with hot stones and massage oil treatment and all I can say is OMG. I have recieved many massages over the years and this I would rate very good with a great value for the money and a wonderful experience with my masseuse Susan. What a wonderful way to remove stress and toxins! Highly recommend. And with an appointment - you can get even get one on a Sunday!.

My husband and I went to this place for the first time yesterday. I got the laxury and my husband just got the regular with oil and hot stone. We end up paying 304$ because the lady at the front desk was too pushy asking for tip. Which i would normally do! The thing is she was the one asking for how much we should tip so we end putting 40$ of tip!! Tip should be given! In the beginning i was asking details and her response was omg its only 10$ difference!!! I was like okay??? Besides i dont remember how many times they kept getting back and forth in the room and the reason we were there was to relax!!! Horrible experience and wont even come back!!!

This is my fourth visit. This time I waited too long to return because every other place near me, that was convenient, had no availability. And the last two times Harmony Spa did a switcheroo on me with the masseuse and i did not feel satisfied with the two masseuses as I had the first time with Julia.I work in front of a computer for over 40 hrs a week so my neck and shoulders were knotted up and stiff. I tell Julia what I do and how I feel and she knows which style of massage I need. I just left Harmony Spa and feel one hundred times better than before. It is noticeable in my posture. I truly recommend this place.

Paid for deep tissue. Got light Swedish if that. The technique was poor. They left the door open which is weird. My therapist was older but she tried her best. Very disappointed in the massage.

Perfect deep tissue massage, the therapist is good spoken and had good conversation. Very good aroma.The therapist gave free Hot Stones as complement which was so relaxing.

Amazing. I had my 1st Thai massage at Harmony. I have had 3 in the past month. I like that they combine deep tissue with stretching and aligning my muscles. I already have more flexibility and mobility. The tension ache in my neck is just gone for the 1st time in years.

Chan did a wonderful job on my Deep Tissue and Georgia has done all my Lymphatic Drainage massages and they both exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Harmony Spa for your Drainage massage or just a massage to wind down from a week at work!

The ladies are very friendly and welcoming and have always answered all questions that I may have. On top of this the place is very clean and smells lovely. This is my go to spot. Love it!

Just had the best massage from Sara!!! Only draw back was so much noise could be heard from the front waiting area. Need some WD40 for their office chair. But extremely friendly staff. GREAT price, great massage

Bought a combo and made an appointment for a birthday surprise for my wife, which included a facial. The person who does the facials had a family health issue and couldnt make it to work that day. My wife only found out about that when she got there. I was quite upset but the owner apologized profusely and also gave my wife a gift certificate to make up for the inconvenience. When she got the massage and facial the next day, she said they were better than most places she had been to.

Went to this Massage place close by my job, because I urgently needed relief for my neck pain, able to get a quick lunch appointment the massage itself was ok, but the massage oil leaves you feeling sticky and smells like cooking oil. Probably wont go back.

The last few times the massager kept leaving the room and coming back, leaving the door open, was even texting during the massage. Even though I enjoyed it when it wasnt stop and start I dont think well be back.

Had an appontment at 330pm with me and my GF, I scheduled over the phone, once we arrive they say we have no appointment for you. Next available is 405pm...i explained we did 330 because of us having to be somewhere at 5pm which wouldnt work, she said so sorry.

Could not explain the difference in the massages that they offer and then once we got past that point they told me the charge would be $69 when it came time to pay she charged me $82 with no explanation and on top of that she repeatedly kept asking for a tip, I would not recommend this place
