As always, I strive to be fully transparent, and I have been a ongoing customer for a few years now, and would like to provide some constructive criticism as to the areas I feel could be improved at this location .I gave it four stars because I always encounter professional courteousassociates always willing to assist me within the limits of their capabilities and knowledge. I only wish they were more knowledgeable, honest and informative … despite most always have my juice … when it comes to mods, tanks and coils .. that’s another story… unfortunately I don’t feel like they’re very knowledgeable in those areas … and the lack of knowledge is actually resulted in me feeling a lot of regret over my high dollar purchases because there’s been a few instances where I bought new devices to only later learn that they discontinued carrying a part that went with that set such as a coil or tank…. But more than likely, probably never even carried the coil that went with the tank… so I’ve never really gotten a sense that they value my purchase on those high dollar items as much as I feel that they should , especially when both times I was very clear that I was looking for a device that I was going to be able to invest in and be able to obtain supplies for only to be let down twice … this is especially frustrating because I’ve been returning Customer for the last few years.My suggestion to resolve these concerns : it would be great to see a more solid selection that’s been tested, tried and true by all the personally by the associates so that they are able to attest to the devices function and reliability… as a customer to be able to make those purchases confidently.Additionally, generally the best practice I’ve seen at most vape shoes is the standard to only carry devices the mods, tanks and coils etc they have thoroughly tested wriggly for QUALITY, and that they can stand behind to ensure that the customer will never have to worry about not being able to obtain any replacement parts or accessories for the device . So far I’ve gotten the impression that most of whatever devices are there are purchased on a whim to see how they do and if they don’t do well, then you guys move onto something else and that type of practice just makes me not want to purchase any more devices from there because at the end of the day, all that does is hurt the customers pocket, and our confidence in the store.But a big pro that I appreciate is that the store always without Phil has the juices I need in stock consistently without fail and that is some thing I greatly appreciate and that is what keeps me returning time and time again.I really hope this feedback is taken and consideration to make some changes in the future .Thanks 🙏🏼

I have been going here for about 3-4 years now and I always have a good experience. Friendly staff are always there to help with any questions. I love the point rewards system they have! Definitely recommend visiting Planet of the Vapes.

Has pretty much everything you need for your vape. Has a huge choice of juices and staff is knowledgeable about products.

My husband has a vape and I sometimes pick up vape juice or coils for him. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. This place also has a rewards system so that’s something that is beneficial as a regular customer.One star off because one time I went in to replace a lost vape. I bought my husband a new one and didn’t know that I had to buy a battery for it separately until I got home which was annoying because I had to go back.

In my honest opinion its the BEST vape shop around! Associates are great and the selection of e-liquid to choose from is the best Ive been to in a wide radius. Definitely worth a visit. It doesnt look like much from the outside but once you walk up the stairs you will be pleasantly surprised.

I usually buy coils here when I am in town. I was just charged about $17.00 for three Vaporesso GT Mesh coils. I thought this was considerably more than they had been in the past. I questioned the clerk who told me that they charged per coil for the 3-packs. I checked online and the same coils sell for $7.95 for a 3-pack. Ill have to find a new supplier who charges normal prices.

This is my go to store for all my vaping needs from juice to coils. Love this place ❤❤❤❤

Best prices on juice & hardware! The staff are super friendly an knowledgeable! I came in the other day about questions as a new vaper, Brayden was so helpful, definitely got a better understanding!

Great experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by staff. I was interested in a new mod as well as juice. I think his name is Tyler. He was very informative. Wide variety of knowledge. He even set my new mod up. I will definitely be back for all my vape needs. I look forward to trying new juices.

I really do love this shop! I have been vapeing for 14 years give or take, My atomizer would not read, I did drop it HARD and thought maybe I broke a contact pin on my mod or it shifted and would now not make contact with my coil! Instead of selling me a new mod for 70$ (which 99% of stores would do) they cleaned out the gunk built up (which I suspected was the reason but l couldnt take the chance of not vapeing thru a 12 hour work day!) No time for DIY fix! They helped me and just showed me were I needed to clean it and all that and it was really appreciated! Also I LOVE that they are open late! Vape emergencies are a real thing, and cannot tell you how many times that extra hour has saved me from a miserable morning! Thank you again POV best vape shop in MD as far as I am concerned.

Best vape store in the area. Staff is always informative, incredibly friendly and very helpful. Their store made juice is the best. Only juice that I will use! Good loyalty rewards plan and good sales. I have been coming here for years and this is still the only store I get my juice from.

Planet of the Vapes has the most knowledgeable staff. The e-juice they sell is second to none and affordable. The atmosphere is like walking into a good friends house. The devices they sell are of the utmost quality and if there is any problem the staff address it without hesitation. In a nutshell, great products, great staff and great atmosphere. If you havent had a chance stop by and take a look, you wont be disappointed.

Always extremely friendly staff. Pretty sweet environment. Great selection of all kinds of vaping equipment. Only thing they could improve on is variety of vape juice instead of the same thing as all the other cape stores in Pasadena. On the plus side they will even sell your old equipment for you.

My favorite shop to go to. They have a wide selection of juices and a great and friendly staff. Been a customer since they started and will be a life long one. Their rewards program is also a nice things. When you spe d 10 dollars or more you get a star when you get 5 stars you get 20% percent off any purchase in store.

“The best customer support I have ever had for vape liquids and more. While on a sailboat in a nearby marina, I visited the store twice. The selection of product, fair pricing, knowledge, helpfulness of the staff could only be matched by the significant adherence to covid safety precautions. Zero complaints. Can you really top that-they did! On my final day in the marina (ca-less) before setting sail, out of desperation I called and unfairly asked if anyone could find a way to deliver a few more bottles of vape liquid on very short notice, and while I knew they were currently not doing deliveries (certainly for the few bottles I requested) could I pay for a delivery. To my amazement, they figured out way to do it and would not accept a delivery fee. I hope the driver was satisfied with my tip. Did a mail order on the 13th still waiting for it to arrive. Only live in Finksburg. Not happy at all that USPS service takes this long when the distance is only an hr away. Plus the gentleman I spoke to wasn’t very caring. You do carry my favorite juice hence why I did a mail order.Spoke to Nick one of the owners after my ordeal! What a pleasure speaking to him. Willing to go above and beyond for me! Definitely will continue doing business with them!

Always greeted right away & asked if we need help almost just as fast. Has a bar style lounge that is comfortable to relax at and do whatever you need to do & also always has good music playing. Would recommend.

Was very pleased with my experience there! I’m not used to buying vapes, both employees were so helpful in me picking a vape out and picking out a good juice. They were both so nice! Couldn’t be more pleased and so happy I went there! Found a vape I love within 10 minutes of being there and found a juice I liked!

Its a good place if you know what your looking for. BUT DO NOT go to this place expecting to find your perfect product as a non vape.. I was disappointed with my selection.

Smaller place but with plenty of different vape juices to choose from and some equipment to purchase. Good hours. My only complaint is the dont have plane menthol flavor. Doesnt seem to be a place that makes their own flavors but I could be wrong, not 100% certain.

I went into this store completely clueless about vapes (I had used vuse up until this point) and the girl at the counter helped me find exactly what I wanted! She showed me how to fill the pod in my vape and knew exactly what % nicotine I would need since I had been using vuse pods. I come back here all the time to get my juice. I love planet of the vapes!

If you need it for your vape they probably have it! Great prices on pretty much everything. Their juice prices are a little higher than Im used to paying. But if you need mods, tanks, seals, coils really anything they probably have it or can get it. And their staff is like the go to people for ANY questions you have about anything to do with vape stuff. Friendly knowledgeable people who have whatever you need or are looking for!

Haha. Never realized I didnt rate this place. Ive been going to this vape shop for almost 2yrs now and I would rate this shop a 10 if it were possible. The staff is great,helpful and friendly. The location is perfect. The quality of juice is top of the line and the atmosphere is one of the best. I would highly recommended this place to anyone!

I used to go to the same vape shop for about 2 years, they were the only place that had the Twist brand e-juice. Not only does Planet of the Vapes have the juice brand I love, but they have it for cheaper and it comes with TWO 60ml bottles instead of one!! Also big kudos for having a delivery service during this crisis. Will be a returning customer 100%!!

This is by far the best vape shop I have visited and is now the only vape shop Ill use.The atmosphere theyve create is very welcoming and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.They have a bar set up and will help you find the perfect flavors and allow you try anything you wish. As well as a comfortable lounging area.By far the best!

Just purchased a Salt nic Vape. Brand: Lost Vape. I also got some pods and a menthol salt nic juice.Brand: Pod Juice. I’m loving the feel of the Vape, it’s very sleek! Customer service was amazing and very helpful! I highly recommend checking out Planet of the Vapes for all your Vaping necessities, they have a gigantic selection of Vape products and Vapes too.

Became a loyal customer and friends with the owners about four or five years ago when the first POTV opened, we were shopping before they officially were open for business. Very nice and helpful crew. Huge selection of vape products and amazing e-liquids. Now if only they would sell me some vg base without flavor so I could get back to mixing without waiting for the mail... ^_^ Check them out if you are into this sort of thing or want to quit smoking cigs!

This place is really chill and comfortable. The people working there are very helpful and friendly, so you wont go there and be ignored. Theyll talk to you and have conversation, not just a simple hey how are you.

All I have to say first time there and very pleased will be back for more. Great customer service I like how you can try different juices before buying... had alittle problem with my vape to start but Casey finally fixed it for me and every since then no problem. She did she if I had any issues just stop on up thanks guys again and fyi hope I got her name right thanks again

I understand covid messed up a bunch of places but Im not gonna waste my money on a juice Im not sure if I will like. I wish they still did the testing samples.

I didnt go here for anything but they are very nice people and are knowledged filled with pretty much everything you could ask for. If youre new to the vaping scene and are legal to do so, Id recommend going here. Also if youre a veteran to the vaping scene, also go here they have alot of things. Fair pricing too.

Planet of the Vapes is an okay place. The juice is expensive, but jesus they have an unlimited amount of flavors and brands to choose from. Their vaporizer selection is good, but also limited. They have many vapes, but not many of the main brand vapes. They have a used vape section, i just got a used one as a temporary replacement for my broken one, and theyre cheap. They have knock off mech mods for $5. But they do have some really good vapes and atomizers in the main display case. They also have a good selection of wire to choose from. All in all, its a good place if you have the money, because the juice is very expensive. I get my juice from Vapors Knoll, because they dont have a HUGE list of flavors, but theyre low price and high quality. So my recommendation is to utilize both shops to your benefit because they are located within 100 yards of each other. They both have their strengths and weaknesses. So it would be smart to keep both shops on your mind. Oh and one more thing, Planet of the Vapes has a very chilled out atmosphere. Vapors Knoll doesnt have that atmosphere anymore since they split the space in half to use one half as a new brewery. But one thing Vapors Knoll has that is unique from any retail place, is that the staff become your friends. They remember your name. They remember what you like. Ive been going there for over 3 years now, and they started only keeping a flavor of juice stocked because Im the only one who buys it and they didnt want to get rid of it so I can still get it. But again, use both stores for different things.

Super friendly and smart employees. Great atmosphere and best selection in the area. Open all day all week long. POTV gets all my business. Unless Im out of town or Poptart is in the house

Staff is good but I felt like it was a bit over priced considering vape shops are everywhere now and competition is tight for consumer dollars. The saving grace is the counter guy was friendly and helpful.

The shop is great. Its clean, full of product, and they have taste testing for juices. I drive a little further then I have to, just to come to this shop.

I was very displeased with there service and to be honest I went in there just to buy and ask questions about vapes and the whole time I was in there the man behind the counter was glaring at me with his arms crossed plus the girl behind the counter was extremely rude. I have been vaping for 4 years and I said hey Ill give this place a try but now Im convinced Im never going in there again.
