Went here with my son just wanting to shop. The first 3 minutes we were notified they would ask us to leave after 10 minutes if we had not purchased anything. We should have walked out then. We ended up spending $29. We were rushed and watched it was so rude and creepy. I am kicking myself for spending a cent in that location. We want to shop more. You guys suck that were working Monday nigh July 17 2024. So rude and uncomfortable! I wish we could take our sale back.

Ok after hours of doordashing I stopped off at the vape city on Spencer highway 3 store #112 and was helped by Rachel she was fantastic there was an issue with my cash app card she was very patient and Incredibly helpful she made me feel welcome PROMOTE THIS YOUNG LADY ASAP!!

Vape City, come on.I come in to buy a flavor for King Palm I havent seen in over a year. I buy it and...Why does it have MOLD!?!Like is this the same product from over a year ago?

I went to one on Fairmont and the lady did not know how to redeem my $100 store credit through the five star program. So I left and went to the location on Spencer. When I got there all my points were gone. The worker went above and beyond to verify that I had over 500 points when I was at the previous location. I was able to redeem my points because of his help. Thank you so much.

This place is ridiculous came in bought a piece the lady guy working there was pushing on me l, finally do and she cracks it in the back while she is wrapping it. Smfh when I let them know they leave me hanging high and dry not even allowing me to return or even exchange the item after. I would have been fine jus exchanging it, after I just gave them my business if this is how yall conduct business. I will not only be taking business elsewhere I will be reporting this to the proper agencies because this is not right.

Just wanted a nicotine vape. 1 person was working and was doing a return. Then finally i was going to buy something and the register did not work. I also asked him about some black and mild that were on the first shelf yet he could not find. Seemed like it was the guys first day. I did not even get to buy anything after spending 20+ minutes inside there.....

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I walk in and the girl named Dulce asks me if there’s anything she can help with…I asked if they carried a device, to which she said they didn’t. She then walks away from me and gets on her phone and spends the next ten minutes on her phone talking with a friend at the back of the store. I stood there all that time and finally a girl who had very little experience asked if she could help me. She did her best but just didn’t know much about the products they carried. I finally found a device that I was interested in and asked the new girl what type of tank it came with. She said she would have to ask Dulce because she didn’t know…she finally asks her and the Dulce says she has no idea and continues talking on her phone. I finally asked the girl to hand me the box so that I could read the specs. Just ridiculous start to finish. Do not go here.

Mr.Joe was extremely helpful very professional and what I liked about him was there was no lies in his eyes I didnt feel like I got ripped off like others in the past. A few times I’ve had to come in on my way to work for some e liquid’s for my vape. Usually between 5 AM and 6. Twice I was served by Travar. (Sorry if I got your name wrong)This guy is awesome and gives amazing service. This is something special. Overnight shifts are difficult and I’m grateful for his happy kind and energy. Thank you sir. This is for sure no doubt my #1 favorite smoke shop in Pasadena! Staff is always friendly and kind. They go above and beyond every time I’ve been here I highly recommend this place !

The price was through the roof!Cloud juice was like 34 bucks, its 20 every where else. The mod i got was 110 and its 60 bucks at other places. Shop around, definitely not the cheapest around!!
