Seven Strands Hair Salon & Spa

All of the ladies are very kind & fun & positive. I started going to Lacey early spring and she does a good job!!! I get a cut or trim and hair coloring. One day ill have her do highlights too. I havent needed them redone since my previous salon did them. The reason i go to Seven Strands is because I enjoy being in the salon and the core Christian values & scriptures they base their salon on. Also, its an economical place to go in this tough economy!!! Thank You to Lacey and the gang at Seven Strands! I love it there! 💜👏🩴☕️☀️

I got braids by Kiara and they are so nice and detailed! She was sweet, kind, and took her time with each braid and part. This is the only place I’ll get my braids done from now on!

Overall a great experience! Everyone there is super friendly and Lacey did a wonderful job and gave me exactly what I asked for. Will definitely be coming back!

Im currently two weeks out with my cornrows done by Kiara. She did an amazing job! My wife loved the detail in each strand. Will definitely come back!

Iris is THE BEST! I have a ton of hair and she gave me a healthy trim and shortened up my outgrown layers. 10/10 would recommend!

Lacey was amazing! Its been a long time since I got an incredible scalp massage. She was so kind and welcoming and without saying a word God had her wash, dry and style my hair perfectly without use of any hot irons. My thin hair stayed bouncy, soft and full for days!

I cannot rave enough about Ms. Iris and her outstanding knowledge, professionalism and skill. I live in Springfield and am more than happy to drive to her in Peoria for mine and my childrens hair care needs. She gave my daughter a silky smooth silk press and is always so kind. Run, dont walk to her salon for services.

I cant speak to their other services, but these ladies provide a wash and a nice haircut for a very reasonable price, and have been able to work me in with relatively short notice. The first time, I called to make the appointment after calling all over town trying to find someone with an opening, and they had an opening first thing the next morning, which I took. The second time, they were closed when I called, but I was able to schedule an appointment online for an open time slot, which also happened to be the following morning. It was an easy process completing the online form (it did require a credit/debit card to hold the time slot), and they send text confirmations and reminders, which is nice.

I’m sure many can agree to this statement, once you’ve found a good thing you inevitably stick with it and fully trust it. Seven Strands is one of those things for me. Mrs. Iris Leverett, salon owner, is a natural transformer. She is a hairstylist and business woman who is passionate about her art. Mrs. Leverett and her staff are diversely talented with all different hair textures, types, styles, cuts, braids, sew ins, coloring, and more! They spend time with their clients and will make time to make adjustments. This team provides professionalism, cleanliness, great advice, and exceptionally affordable pricing.

Iris provides amazing service in a timely manner as well as helping to educate on ways to care for hair! Highly recommend!

Molly did such a great job for my spur of the moment blue and purple hair! She quoted my price before starting and explained the whole process (as Im new to hair coloring.) She was very friendly the entire time! I was hoping I could post a picture!
