Stephanie is wonderful! She is able to pinpoint the source of pain and work out the deep knots. Shes friendly and funny and makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. Everyone is friendly and its easy to make an appointment.

Dejah is amazing! I recently had the best massage that I’ve ever had from this location. Dejah was attentive and very knowledgeable in regards to cancer patients.

Phenomenal, from booking to signing up for membership and discounts to my massage therapist Dejah..I never had a massage before where I’m being coached on muscle relaxation through releasing the tension and control of the muscles and allowing my body to relax and heal through the massages. I recommend Massage Haven to anyone interested in truly relaxing massage therapy and recovery from your daily routine and stresses.

Ashley did an amazing job. She was very personable while maintaining a professional manner about herself. I booked a coupes massage for my wife’s birthday.I even called to make sure that we would be together and was told that we would be together! When they called us back from the waiting room we were confused as they were asking who wanted the therapeutic massage and who wanted the relaxation massage.Then as we walked back to the room we were separated to different rooms I informed them that it was supposed to be couples massage! We were told that they don’t have couples massage at that location! So it wasn’t what we were anticipating especially for my wife as this was a surprise by me.In the beginning of my massage I informed the therapist that I had some stitches on my back, then a few more min later she noticed I had a tattoo on my arm. After I told her it was only a week old she told me that I was a walking billboard for not getting a massage. She was sort of rude about it.I am not one to comment/review businesses but this irritated me!I wouldn’t recommend going to this place nor will I go there again!

Unfortunately, I was super happy to start here as an aesthetician, and was told while I’m building my books that I would be helping out as a receptionist. It turned to conversations being for the next month that I was employed that I would be doing a full receptionist position not once did we discuss finding a day for service training like I was promised when interviewed. So unfortunately I had quit with no notice which is bad on my part but not only was I promised something that wasn’t delivered I still never got paid for the two days I was in training for “front desk” seems like a great staff but the front is ran by high schoolers who are all leaving so I was told that’s why he needs the help up front so bad.. You can just hire more front desk receptionists at that point instead of trying to save money and use someone. The two days of pay is about the principal not even the dollar amount, I’m not sure how someone is even comfortable thinking just because somebody quit. You don’t have to pay them legally.

My boyfriend and I called on Wednesday morning 8/31/22 if they had an open schedule for a couples massage. They said they could take us in at 3pm but in separate rooms, which was alright. I had no expectations since the last time I had a full body massage at Chandler was awful! Trivia was my therapist and she was phenomenal! She was very attentive to what I wanted.My boyfriends therapist was amazing too! Place is clean and relaxing! Price was great. Will definitely be coming back here! Highly recommend you check it out! This place is family owned. The owner is a massage therapist himself and his wife is a nail tech who also owns the Nail salon next door.

I am giving Massage Haven five stars based on two extraordinary ladies on their staff: Bella and Stephany! Bella was part of the front desk staff and always welcomed me with a genuine smile and many times went beyond her duty when any issue with scheduling or other problems arose.Though I have gotten facials at Massage Haven, I regularly go to get massages from Stephany. I have been getting massages for at least 15 years in different places, from spas to resorts to massage therapy clinics, and I have to say that Stephany is at the top of my list of absolutely talented and gifted therapists. She is excellent at what she does and genuinely caring, friendly, professional, and committed to her clients wellbeing. I would never go anywhere for my routine massages if Stephany were not my therapist! She is the best!

I have been going to Massage Haven in Peoria for years. Very comfortable environment. They had a problem keeping therapists recently but the problem seems to be getting better.

Very pleasant experience... I asked for firm pressure and thats what I got.. The therapist was great, beautiful atmosphere and kind staff! Better prices than I expected, way better than the chain competitors.

We LOVE massage haven. They are almost always available for same day massages. My wife and I use Jacki for deep tissue, and my wife likes Triva for her regular, relaxing massage. I have only once had a bad experience here and wasn’t charged, so they made it right. Every mothers and Father’s Day (and I think a couple other times) they have a deal where you buy 10 massages up-front and it works out to be about $40 per massage which is a great deal! We stock up during those times.

All the staff are very friendly and polite. It’s my husband’s and I second time going to Message Haven and we definitely recommend the LMT’s know what they are doing and get the spots you ask for. My husband has been going to massage therapy at other locations since he was in a car accident and say’s there’s no other place like Massage Haven they are actually good at what they do.

I wait patiently for the day that my appointment arrives. I have been coming here for more than 8+years I even got my mom hooked on this place. All of the staff is wonderful and very helpful. I came and received some therapy after my car accident which helped tremendously in my recovery. The therapist was very knowledgeable about how to tend to my injuries and making sure she wasnt going to hurt me. I love this place! Make sure you book your next appointment while your checking out, they book fast!

This place is legit! They have an ample selection of therapists and you will not go wrong with the membership. Very competitive pricing at monthly payment. I highly recommend Stephanie, a small Philippine lady that can pack the punch to those muscles in need. She is custom catering your massage as you wish. So friendly and charismatic, youll want her to be your new best friend. Stephanie is personable and professional. Ask for her on your first visit and you will know I do not exagerate. Massage-Haven, worth the trip!

Ive been regularly going here for awhile now. The staff are always nice and helpful and the massage therapists are all wonderful. I have no intention of ever going anywhere else.

I got a prenatal massage with Jonnita and she was incredible! Took the time and effort to focus on my specific focus areas. She also always makes sure I am comfortable and relaxed, which isnt an easy task when youre 9 months pregnant. The girls at the front desk are always welcoming and seem organized. Massage Haven is definitely my favorite massage place! Ive tried several others and I always end up back at Massage Haven.

The folks at Massage Haven are top notch. I dont live here but visit about 3 times a year and each time Im here Massage Haven is a must stop. Ive had great experiences with Danielle and most recently Tricia. She is the best! I always look forward to visiting Massage Haven when I come into town. In addition to top notch service, the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a relaxing massage.

Been going here for over a year. I take my grandson as incentive to get good grades. He has a favorite and she always asks how hes doing if he hasnt come in a while. So personable. I do the monthly fee for 1 massage a month very reasonable.

Great massage and atmosphere. I received a massage tonight from therapist Jonitta. She is a great asset to Massage Haven. I have a long history of back issues and she was able to relax my back muscles and help restore my posture. She also gave me helpful tips for what to do at home. She genuinely cares about her massage clients and has a great personality. Definitely going back to her.

We have been going to this place for over 10 years now. We have had some good messages and some not as good massages. We keep the member ship because its still nice to get a massage, and we are grandfathered in at a great price. Today was an awful experience! My husband had covid back in July. A bad enough case for him to be hospitalized for 6 weeks. He has been home for 7 weeks now, still on oxygen and doing albuturol breathing treatments. Due to his coughing they refused to see him even after we explained the situation and the fact he may have the cough forever due to the damage to his lungs, Emma was very unprofessional and wouldnt even give me her name being very rude saying she didnt need to give it to me. On a positive note the manager did call and was very nice and understanding.

After reading the reviews, I thought I would give this place a try and I’m so glad I did! Stacy was absolutely outstanding! I haven’t had a massage this good in a long time. I will definitely be back.

Ill start with the good. The facilities were clean and its very easy to book an appointment. Theyre very accommodating and you cant beat the prices.However, it was the worst massage Ive ever had. My massage therapist seemed to think that pain was necessary for a good massage despite repeated requests for less pressure. She also talked the entire time, mostly about how little money she makes and how hard it is to support her family at Christmas even with the government assistance she receives. Thats just not professional and not relaxing. Not that I could relax when she was causing so much pain. She would also work one side of my body using one technique and use a completely different technique on the other side leaving me feeling very unbalanced.She was very nice but I wouldnt recommend this place for a massage. Go to Athena Salon and Spa instead if its in your price range.

First of all, the front office staff make contestant mistakes, argue w you, & are absolutely RUDE. I’ve had several excellent therapists there but they change their hours or quit regularly. I finally canceled my membership after they increased the price & basically told me I got an email telling me about, which I did NOT. That was the breaking point.

My experience was ok. I booked a combo 2 massage package that they were not able to accommodate because I am pregnant, although I informed the receptionist when I booked the appointment that I am. That’s fine I understand. My problem is they made me feel bad and mentioned a few times that they tried calling me to let me know in advance, but they never left a message and made it seem like my phone doesn’t work! The receptionist seemed short with me and didn’t even know the business phone number comes through differently than what is different on their business cards. As far as the massage- it was ok, but I needed a lot more pillows and just didn’t feel comfortable in the way I was laying down and wasn’t asked if I was comfortable. I wouldn’t come back for a prenatal massage here, but will maybe try this place again in the future.

Yesterday I received the best massage of my life!!! I have had 100s before. I love this place and have been going there since they opened. Danielle was my therapist and she intuitively knew what I needed. I have sustained back and neck injuries and I am a triathlete so I punish my body and to have someone know where to go hard and when to lighten up without a word leaves me speechless. I have had 20+ massages there and only once did I receive one that I was not too pleased. They were new and Danielle says I am like massaging a brick wall! Occasionally the front desk has issues but they always try to remedy the situation. I drive from Laveen all the way up there because I know I will leave in perfect harmony!

Great staff and a great atmosphere. Received two fantastic massages (one for me and one for my wife) on our honeymoon. Gave us a first-time discount too! Only $40 each for a one hour therapeutic massage. Would recommend to anyone!

Massage Haven is fantastic! Membership is worth it because the discounts are too good to pass up. Ive been to so many other places and none have compared to Massage Haven. You can also have family membership, which I have two family members with me. We all use different masseuses, because its a personal preference to technique. So if youre not sure you like one, try another! Or try getting a facial - I get those too! Love love love this place! Its been the peaceful haven in my otherwise hectic and stressful world.

Yesterday, I had my third massage with Connie and they are, without a doubt, the best massages Ive ever had. She uses the perfect amount of firm pressure and is totally tuned into and focused on what shes doing. I highly recommend her , shes the best.

Been going here since they opened up and have never had issues. We have the membership and love that they roll over and never expire. We are busy so cant always go but when we do we have alot of credits to use up. Friendly staff, beautifully designed and massages are great. You can book online which is super convenient for people who are busy at work and can easily book during a meeting.

This is the first and last time I will step foot in this establishment again. I wanted to get my boyfriend something special for Father’s Day and made an appointment to get a package massage deal listed on the website. It was supposed to include 1 hr massage, hot oil,aroma therapy, eye treatment, foot soak, mini hot stones and foot scrub. (75 min treatment.) side note I copied that DIRECTLY from the website. The gentleman at the front desk seemed perplexed that I had an appointment for a package as there was no mention of it in the appointment when booked. He assured me that they would make sure he was given the package and I prepaid as my boyfriend walked in for his massage. I ran a few errands( I had 75 minutes to kill) and got back before the hour mark. While waiting the front office staff got into not one but TWO arguments with customers. My boyfriend walked out at the hour mark and I ran out of there. When asking how all the treatments were, he didn’t receive HALF OF THEM! I paid $100 for half a job. Seriously disappointed, I came here based on the reviews so I felt the need to warn anyone else considering giving this place your money.

I became a member of Massage Haven 3 years ago, after my daughter gave me a gift card for Mothers Day. I felt so good afterwards, I decided to join. My monthly massage is something I really look forward to and it has really helped with my back and leg pain. And all of their front desk staff and therapists are wonderful.

My sister planned a day of pampering....first stop massage. My sister scheduled two massages. on for her one for me at the same time. We drove over 15 miles to get there to just be told they only scheduled one massage. Were unapologetic and wanted to have us come back at 2:00 pm. I already mentioned how we had a full day so of course that was not an option. Only justification they gave us for the error was we have a couple new receptionist who may of just not put you on the schedule. So their error ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing, fun sister day. There nonchalant attitude was just too much!

Danielle is an amazing massage therapist! She definitely wants to make sure youre needs are meant. I recently moved to Arizona and I wont go anywhere else. This is my haven for massages. Great atmosphere and great receptionists.

My masseuse was Noemmy (sp?) and she did a great job; however, as Im about to fall asleep - I was so, so relaxed - commercials interrupt the music playing throughout the spa. Such a bummer the owner wont pay for a no-commercial music subscription. It was jarring and totally broke the mood.

I highly recommend Massage Haven! Clean spa, friendly staff, great prices, and I always get the best massage. I recently started going to Emma and she is awesome. I love deep-tissue massage and she is great!!

The atmosphere is relaxing and the masseuse was very good. Only 4 stars because I was called in 15 minutes after my appointment time. However, my massage time was not cut short. Id go back next time Im feeling like I need a massage.

Yes, they have a membership contract that you can sign up for, that is $29 a month for one massage. You dont have to sign up for it and theyve never pressured me to... Ive had 5 different girls and they were all wonderful. If you dont sign up for the membership its $39, which is still an amazing price for a one hour massage. Oh and they do suggest a minimum tip of $10 which I would tip anyways so I have no problem with that price.

Toni did my massage and it was so great! This was my first massage in a year and a half. I am a hairstylist and she made sure to take care of my upper shoulder and neck area which can be a pain when working long days. Thanks so much Toni! :]

I showed up a 5 minutes early and filled out my paperwork. Then waited around for 20 minutes past my appointment time when they notified me that the therapist had not shown up and not called out. People love to complain about massage envy, but I’ve never had a therapist just not show up. They canceled my appointment at this point and tried to get me to reschedule for tomorrow. The didn’t offer any comp or discounts. I will not be returning. Complete waste of my time.

Ive been going to them with my wife for a couple years now. I have had 4 or 5 different therapist and they all are good. Very clean too. You do need to watch what they charge as they dont always charge the member price automatically.

Been a member here for years. Not really a review person, but thought it was time to say how I feel. This place is great. Very relaxed atmosphere when you walk in and the office personal is always friendly. Ask for Stacey. I have had some serious injury issues from years ago and she has helped me beyond words with her deep tissue work.

Like the place (clean, friendly, easily accessible) and LOVE Ashley. She is in-tune with your needs and spends extra time understanding what you need and want out of your massage. Im not from the area but visit a few times a year and will see Ashley each time I return.

If I could give no stars... I would. On my wifes birthday her friend booked reflexology massages online. On her birthday, they cancelled the appointment and did absolutely nothing to remedy their screw up. Thanks to this place of poor business, they took away from my wifes birthday. My friends and family will NEVER go to this place.

My last visit. I was kept waiting in the lobby over 15 minutes. No one even acknowledged me after I gave my name for my appointment.I watched 3 other people come in after me and get escorted back.I was asked for payment when I came out from my session. ( these are prepaid) via automatic withdtawal!I have 2 sessions available on my account.THEY WILL NOT REFUND!THEY LOVE THAT WORD. P O L I C Y!they did offer gift certificates.However as an unsatisfied member, why would I want to offer them up to someone else?Now they have left a bad taste with me.I will not refer them to ANYONE.How thoughtful. They just received payment a few days ago. And they are willing to waive the 30 days. So I wont get charged for next month !How nice of them.

My experience here was okay. The atmosphere is lovely and spa like. The massage was decent. The customer service was a little lacking. I may go back and give it another try since the pricing is so reasonable.

Clean and staff was nice. Massage was a 6/10. Asked for and circled additional services on paper and therapist said no. Music didnt work in room after asking twice about it. Instead heard a buzzing fan almost entire time. Massage was supposed to go to 3 and I was up front paying at 2:57. No Bueno. I never write reviews, but this was NOT worth it:( very disappointed.

Great place to visit for a relaxing massage. Environment was very clean, knowledgeable staff, great ambient music. The therapist identified my problem area and provided relief. I will defiantly be telling friends and family about this gem. They do gift cards too!

Serious let down, came early for check in no one at front counter, we sit down to fill out the info paper, the receptionist ran up to greet us another gentleman ran in asking for change then ran out, another client came.out of the back and had to wait while the receptionist took way to long to figure out her how to get a coupon through, this place scheduled a couples massage and only 1 guy comes out we tell him the situation we sit down we can hear him behind the front dest talking to the other therapist shes wasnt even there didnt even know about it? We then had to wait for him to inform the receptionist for her to tell.us wasted a hot 20 minute car ride to.sit around for 20 minutes to get screwedGive this place a hard pass

I am a regular customer for both facial and massage services. The facility is adequate and clean. Very relaxing experience and really notice the improvement to my skin and body with regular treatments.

Emily was great. She did a very focused Massage on my neck and shoulders where I have most of my pain.

Horrible experience therapist only knew two techniques soft or torture, hair was pulled several times, massage didn’t seem to flow with harmony very rough, therapist fully exposed me when asked to roll over and left feeling very greasy.
