Great vape shop the only one Ill shop at. Past few times its been closed when I drove by hopefully I can catch you guys open soon.

Small vape shop off the beaten path. I went here bc the Vuse I used was frustrating me. The menthol flavor turned to burnt after a few puffs. The owner at Vapor Connection explained to me why that was happening. He offered me several options and was very patient with my 1000 questions. I opted for the Vaporesso and menthol juice. Wow! Why didn’t I come here sooner. Nice little shop with a big selection and supreme customer service.

Still the best vape shop in Pittsburgh. This place is a 10/10. I highly recommend this place for all of your vaping needs and wants. They have a wonderful selection of vape juices and mods. The prices are great on everything. Everyone at Vapor Connection is really friendly. I never had a bad experience.

Great shop in a very convenient location. Stop by and visit this shop if you vape, items are reasonably priced and they have a very large selection. The staff is attentive and friendly and do not pester you into trying products you may not want. Also they are very knowledgeable when you do have questions. 10/10 this store is hands down my only shop in the Burgh Ill go to anymore. Also its conveniently located not even 5 minutes off of route 28.

Great shop. Top notch staff the juice selection is enormous. Great atmosphere. And devices from beginner to advanced are fantastic everything in one place. Brad Resha Karley and allison (sorry if I left anyone out) are great friends and people will go out of there way to make your experience awesome. Glad Ive had the pleasure of meeting then and the many other not mentioned this is a great community

Went there on a Friday afternoon around 4pm. Upon arriving, we found that they were not open despite the hours of operation stating they should have been. There was no sign or note explaining why they were closed.

Great selection, the lowest prices locally, and a very friendly and helpful owner. Only negative is that parking can be a pain but its still worth it to visit.

Best vape shop around! Great customer service. As soon as I walk in they know exactly what I want. I’m a frequent customer and they always have what I need. If they’re running low on my favorite juice they always reassure me that’s it’s ordered! Thank you guys for being the best!

Awesome shop and an awesome staff. I go in here about once a month and stock up on all my juice. I really like that they are working with the Five Stars Rewards Program. Every $1 I spend goes towards points that I can use on purchases in the future. It seems like a no brainer to me that if 3 shops all have the same juice, but 1 will give me credit that I can use later for buying stuff, why wouldnt I go to them? If you are a beginner, immediate, or seasoned vaper you need to check this place out.

I went to the shop (which looks more like someones home) but the inside was cozy and the man who helped me out was a extremely helpful and knowledgeable about juices and flavors and price points and made wonderful recommendations based off of my flavor preference. He also sells cbd juices, but he only has mainly juices. I didnt see any actual vapes, but he has an okay juice selection. There is no parking lot, so thats a negative. Street parking only, but its a decent shop.

Brad and his wife Resha are awesome people. They are both so helpful and kind. I skip the shops by me in Monroeville and drive there and it’s worth the drive.

Visited the store today for the first time and was blown away by the exceptional customer service. Both the owner and the staff were exceptionally sincere, helpful, and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning here in the foreseeable future.

Out of all the Vape Stores in the Greater Pittsburgh Area, no one comes close to Vapor Connection! Knowledgable and friendly staff and an excellent rewards program! Never have I felt unwelcome or sill for asking questions! Love!! Always recommend everyone go there for their vaping needs!

This is one of my favorite shops by far. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable and can answer all your vaping questions. They offer a wide arrangement of products that fit all stages of vaping. I love the unique juice lines that they carry. Although this is not local for me, it is definitely worth my drive. I would highly recommend this store.

This is easily the best shop around and belive me, Ive visited them ALL! Some shops have good customer service, some have knowledgeable staff, some have a great selection, this place has it all and them some. Its worth the drive, their juice selection is 2nd to none. A must visit for new and experienced vapors alike.

Newbie to vaping! Went to a couple of shops. Not bad,but not a lot of support. This place was out of my way. But it had good reviews. Very down to earth people. Just felt like home to me!

Dude wasnt very helpful needed a coil for a pen style and he said it was out of date and they dont make them anymore he didnt even try to look for anything just to there like cellphones they changed every 6 months it my vape was a year and half old and he just wasnt help with any of the flavors they had a sign with all flavors on it and dude said it was usefull it was 2 yrs old. Nice little shop tho and had some decent Vapes just the big ass dude who works there is just plain lazy. Maybe because it my first time there and I wasnt a steady customer treated me like I was bothering him cause he couldnt sit his fat ass down and watch TV

Cute little (but very well stocked with a lot of stuff) vape shop with knowledgeable, friendly staff! i got what i needed and was in/out within 5 min.

I patronized Vapor Connection twice. The first time I went in it was like pulling the plug out of the wall with the jukebox. Everybody just stopped what they were doing to turn and look at me. It was also very hazy/foggy in the place. . . king of like a steam room. Needless to say the guy behind the counter wasnt that friendly. It was like I wasnt welcome there. The second time I went in was on a Sunday afternoon. I thought Id give it another chance. Everybody has a bad day. . . right? Well, the girl that was working there didnt say hello or anything when I walked in. . . and I was the only person there besides her. She just kind of glared at me. I asked her how much for a Protank III mini. It took her awhile to look up the price and when she told me how much ($15) I knew I wouldnt be coming back to the place. I informed her that I can get it for $8 or less (no shipping and no tax) online. My advice to Vapor Connection is to greet your customers with a smile and a hello. Compare what you are charging for your items to what people can get it for elsewhere. The only reason I gave this review two stars is because of its location.

The BEST customer service!! I bought a vape and could not figure out how to work it..the manager tried to get it to work and couldn’t so he gave me a replacement with no problem which is usually unheard of for electronic devices. I’ll always go there now.

I love vapor connection llc. Your greeted as soon as u walk in the door. Great customer service and support. They are all very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I dont go anywhere else for my juice they have a lil bit of everything. Highly recommended.

Theres numerous other shops closer to me but this is the place to go. Everyone is willing to help and the selection of juice and gear is the best of anywhere Ive been. Their 5 star rewards program has the best rewards of any other vape shop.

I was new to the vaping world and brad helped me select the right vape that would soot me needs. The shop has every kinda juice u word ever want and if it doesnt have what you want him or resha would get it. The atmosphere in the shop is great they make you feel like a person not just like another customer!! I would most definitely recommend vapor connection to anybody and everybody looking for vaoes and juices!!!

Unfortunately, I feel obligated to give a poor review since I purchased $160 for vape accessories (not to mention, they charged me an extra $2 on a chuff cap than originally priced).I must acknowledge, customer service was nice until I learned the intent of being taken advantage of.Everyone small business has to make money, I agree, so helping people will reward returning business; I will not return to this place.

Complete rip off artist. Sold me the wrong coil, when I told him about it, he gave me the right coil and did not refund the remainder of my money. Turns to his buddy on the couch and laughs about it. I left peacefully and will never return to this store.

Im really wanting to quit smoking. I expressed it to Brad. He explained when Im ready, he will take the time and get me a starter kit for under 50 and it will keep me going. I spend that in less than a week on smokes. I cant rate the experience yet, but I can rate the coolness of Brad.

Brad runs a premier shop, everything you could possibly need to vape, low to high end. And one of the biggest selections of juice in the tri state area. Love this shop.
