I love this place. Its convenient, the atmosphere is great, all of the employees are very helpful, and the prices are reasonable. Plus the products are great. Especially the gummies. They have a employee there, that is a great worker. Shes very helpful, attentive, and takes every customers concerns very seriously. Her and Cam helps me out every time I go in there. I think that her name is Sierra. They greet and welcome me every time I go in.

Absolutely terrible service. I walked in said Hello, how are you guys. Finally, after a minute of the three guys behind the counter talking, they continued to talk and not even act like I existed. So I told them I wouldnt greet a paying customer either and walked right back out. I nor my money for a new rig and all the juice will ever be back. Thanks for a terrible experience.

So glad I found this place amid all the shady vape shops in town. They have a great selection and even carry house made juices which are excellent. The person who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly, and I dont have to worry about anything being counterfeit. Definitely my new vape shop!

This vape store is the BEST IN PITTSBURGH!! And I’m from this city, born and raised, and I’ve been to a lot of them.A good friend of mine introduced me to the place and they have a refer a friend program. Where if your friend that’s new to the store, buys a Hyde vape, you get one free. They also have an excellent point system that will get you products.Give this store a chance for all your vape, CBD, and mod needs.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a few years now and the service hasn’t been same. The last time I bought a vape you were offering 30% off. The vape I wanted I didn’t like the color so was told they would order the color I wanted and honor the 30% by the “manager” who was working that day. I came back a week later to pick up my new vape and that same “manager” would not honor the 30% off I was previously promised. There have been times my coils have been out of stock for weeks and now the juice I love you haven’t had for 2 weeks. When I walk in, the employees are just sitting there and do not get up to help me, mind you I’m the only customer in the store. It’s just not the same and the customer service is definitely not what it used to be when the owners were there.

I agree about this place being the Bees Knees, as thats how I feel about this Store, Vapor Galleria too. The excellent staff has always had my back,, and saved me through times got what I needed, and they have been a Blessing. I am so glad they are still open, (survived a Pandemic), and kickin. Thought it was great until it stopped charging. Defective product waste of $42… won’t ever buy anything from them again….need a better return policy…. I go in there September 23rd with gift card from that problem I had with the last one they gave me to use and they said it wasn’t active so I was lied to and now this.. I am done with this place what a excuse…

Coming here was a good idea. The glass on my tank had broken. I had spent half the day going from shop to shop, but no one could find a part that fit. The lady here is organized. She had a system for finding the right size and within minutes I was on my way.

The owners are so kind and helpful. The man was able to walk my girlfriend and I through all the questions we had without making us sound stupid. The store itself is clean and well maintained, great prices too! Will be returning a lot

Great shop located right along the main drag in Southside. The staff were super nice and knowledgeable about their products, which was awesome because they have a surprisingly large selection of juices and products!The prices were comparable to other Vape stores in the area, but unlike other shops I felt confident that what I saw in the displays were quality vape products (and after purchasing a small variety of brands/products, I can confirm they are quality indeed!)All in all a great shop and highly recommend a visit.

Just placed my first online order for some delta 8 product. The website is a little vague and it didnt really explain how long their standard shipping may take. Im literally half hour away, maybe less haha so hoping it shouldnt take more than 2 days. Will update this when I get a chance to try it.Otherwise super quick and easy website. Def want to check it out in person though**Update**, had a little mix up with my tracking info, but these guys were on point to make sure it got resolved immediately. Got my product pretty quickly, and this Mango Kush from Flying Monkey is pretty good. Definitely going to check them out in person next time Im down in the city :)

Were just beginning to vape, so we walked in with no knowledge. The staff was amazing, super friendly, and so helpful! I use to write alot of Google reviews. Mostly for restaurants. I havent wrote one in a year or so. but going into this vape shop last night I felt compelled to come rave about this place. The wife and owner waited on us and she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I called six vape stores yesterday because I wanted to go to the best one. it was a tie between this and another place. Seeing the Google photo of the husband and wife owner really makes you want to support small business when you get to see who its impacting. The wife said she was going to try and get the picture taken down. but I say no! Your friendly faces were the deciding factor in our selection. if youre reading this review looking for a vape store to go to, this is the one, trust me. Im even going back my second day to get more stuff! They have amazing products!

Husband & Wife (owners) were very knowledgeable / informative on what they were selling in the shop. First time CBD user and they knocked it outta the park. The best part is they were open till 10 pm later than most shops. Thank you guys. Have a good summer.

I only vape mint salt and was glad to see they have their own craft juice and plain mint was an option. Its a very good mint and tastes fresh. Will be back for more so keep 25 mg mint in stock thanks

2nd time I bought an 80 dollar device that was broken.I ate the first one because I had it for a few weeks which is w.e.Yesterday I spent 150 dollars there and the display on the device I bought doesnt work dont sell a product if u dont back it.I will be taking my money elsewhere from now on.EDITED..the owner reached out after I emailed him and replaced it.

This place is awesome. Already i’ve Purchased three mods and tons of juice. The juice they have needs to steep for a little bit. I found that after a month the flavor is rich and bold, matched with mesh coils the hit is amazing. I will say that all of their products are quality, and the owners and staff are friendly and know their product line. If you’re just starting out vaping, this is the place to go. Five stars all the way around.

Vapor Galleria has a great selection of quality CBD products and custom juices. On top of that, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! I used to buy supplies/juices online, but they provide a reason to make a trip to the store.

This place is so crisp and clean. The lady that helped me was incredibly knowledgeable about just about anything to do with vaping and kind enough to share her wisdom without being condescending or making me feel stupid which is impressive considering how little I know about it. The only reason I couldnt give 5 stars is I felt the juice selection was too limited and kind of pricey.

Great little shop with tons of flavors and strengths. They have Vapes on hand to test any flavor in a nice and non-hurried manner. Great stock of mods and parts as well with really great prices. Great selection of juice and hardware if youre going to use a tank. Im not sure if there are any RDAs here for sale, but I didnt see any DIY items at all here. The only reason I cant give 5 stars, the service was great, and we were helped with finding the juice we liked.

Great customer service!I broke my vape at 9:50 pm on a Monday. I’m new to vaping, and didn’t have a shop that I knew to go to. I called two stores that google listed as being open until 10pm, neither answered. Called the Vapor Galleria, and spoke to the owner, Gary. What a nice guy, he stayed open for me way past 10 showing me different options of vapes and also recommending flavors and letting me sample them. I was in a pinch and he took care of me, I will be a customer with them moving forward. They also carry a wide variety of cbd products. Really nice store and great service!

I seriously drive 35 minutes to come to this specific vape shop because it’s such a good vibe. A lot of places don’t sell disposables and they have a huge selection. Good selection of salt nic and alwaysss have my coils. This place is the bees knees.

I was definitely intrigued by this place before, especially with the good reviews. However, after buying one bottle of their nicotine juice, I will never return. It destroyed two cartriges within one day, and it took me two more cartriges before I realized that I should stop using it.

Pretty good vape shop, knowledgeable employees and very helpful. As with any vape shop, you can find everything online cheaper but you should always choose to support your local business. Although, they make their own juice flavors and i feel like they should be cheaper.

There is Something Wrong With this Place.I bought CBD here since like 2016 but since the Bubble in its inflation The owner has changed a lot.Fast Talking old school baby boomer salesman. He sold me $65 worth of CBD gummies for a brand with a Broken Website, and with a Product seal that looked like Saran wrap and a HairdryerI respectfully brought the product back and described how it was a Clearly Unsatisfactory CBD product (it was clearly fraudulent)The owner was confrontational, suggested randomly that I was a heavy marijuana user which could cause the issue in CBD efficiency, and then started to blame the supplierThe owner then asserted he could provide company datasheets, I said okay, then he wasted 5-10 minutes fuddling around on his computer - he never produced verifiable CBD product data sheets.I gave up, The old dog sold me a fake product and then Fought to Keep My Money, Ill never go back.I bought CBD on occasion here for almost 2 years, and all times but one the product was authentic. This last time there was a mistake made somewhere in the supplies chain and The Owner blamed me for it, Very Poor Business Decision, Lacks Respect, Lacks AccountabilityBuy Here At Your Own Risk, Only Buy his CBD products if they Have verifiable Product Seals and Product potency labeling

The most flavorful juice on the PLANET!! All jokes aside, if youre tired of smoking, tired of smelling like a cigarette, tired of burning your nice clothes, this is the place that will help you quit smoking!! They have all your vaping needs to get started, and like I said up above, the juice is phenomenal!! I havent touched a cigarette since September 8, 2016, due to this shop. I cant lie though, I did experiment with other vape shops around town, mainly to buy other juices, and see what was all out there, but in the end, I always return to Vapor Galleria on South Side!! Ive personally became great friends with the owner, and he always takes care of me. So, put the stinky cigs down, go to Vapor Galleria, and become cig free!! It was the best thing I ever did.
