Iris is a wonderful masseuse! She gives fabulous massages. She uses the perfect pressure level and checks throughout the massage to make sure she is still on target. She can always find my knots and work them out. She is charming and pleasant to interact with. Im always so relaxed after one of her massages. If I could give her more stars, I would. The staff at this location are polite and efficient. The facility is clean and peaceful. It is always a great experience.

Linda does an amazing job! I came in with painful muscle tension and Linda gave me an amazing massage. I like firm massages and I highly recommend Linda at ME ave k Plano. It is worth your time and money

I had a massage with Ada and it was absolutely wonderful! I was so relaxed and she used just the right amount of pressure. I ended up getting a membership and am so glad that I did. My most recent visit, I had a facial with Belinda. She was so knowledgable and gave me great tips on my skin care routine. My skin was glowing when I left! I will definitely be back.

Visited the Spring Creek location on Friday. Wonderful massage with Fiona. This is my second visit with Fiona. I liked that they keep notes based on my previous massages and they didn’t have the heated bed on. The front desk girl whose name I keep forgetting is also calm and helpful. She helps creating that relaxing experience from the start as does the misting fragrance thing in the waiting area.

Hands down one of the best places I’ve been to for a massage!!! Casandra is a gift to us all with her healing hands! Everyone there is a true professional and the atmosphere is truly relaxing!!!! Highly Recommend

I had canceled my membership and the date was 01/16/2024 and was informed that I had 5 credits to use by 4/1/2024. I was going to book two sessions for my friend and I today to use the credits up and was told that I cannot transfer credits. The manager told me that I had 10 days to transfer credits, after the fact, and when I told her I was never informed of that when I canceled, she simply said well, thats not something we usually say. To me, its absolutely ridiculous that I was never disclosed that there was a window to transfer credits after cancellation. The 10 day window had just passed and I wouldve scheduled the sessions ahead of time if I had known. If I was to ever renew my membership, it would never be with this location. I spoke to an employee at another massage envy location and she apologized and said that it was not nice how the manager at this location spoke and dealt with this too.

Ms Cassandra is awesome! I found the one! She find the knots and really gets them out, I came here in pain and I am leaving feeling great.. no pain at all! Thank you, love this location. Cassandra you are AWESOME!

I highly recommend Iris. I’ve had several massages with her and she’s able to do all pressures up to extremely firm and is a good judge of what areas need the most work. Highly recommend her and the location overall is nice.

A bit pricey but as my first time getting a massage it was actually pretty good. Mike over there did a good job. Very professional and did a good job targeting areas with a lot of tension. I give mike 5 stars.

Went in for a massage and facial. Lindas massage style actually suited my body so I was glad I found her. Belinda gave me a facial. I tell you what, she is awesome!!! She knows her stuff. Too bad shes going on a hiatus. Said shed be back from time to time, so Ill ask for her every time. Great experience!

My experience with Elle at the Spring Creek location was great. She really listened to my needs. I’ve been in so much pain this entire week. She targeted my upper neck and shoulders the entire 90 minutes. I had the 90 minute massage with hot stones and aromatherapy for $210. I’m so thankful my kids bought me that V day gift card.

Perfect fit that scheduled our last minute need. I was able to pop in for a 30 min without any issues.

I came here last year for the first time and got a massage from Les. HE IS AMAZING!! I joined immediately so that I can get massages from Les on the regular! So worth the monthly membership to have him work out all of my knots and stress. Thank you for hiring such a knowledgeable masseuse who knows what he is doing. His experience is irreplaceable.

New owners and it shows. Very clean and much better client service. I highly recommend a massage from Les. He will make you feel fantastic and is great at analyzing the issues and using his 20+ years of experience to put together a massage plan and also suggested other ergonomic techniques and exercises to help alleviate the pain that comes from sitting at a desk all day. He also recommended pillows and stretching exercises to do in between massage sessions. Would recommend this location highly.

I am very disappointed with my only interaction with this massage studio. I booked an appointment online for my first 90 minute massage thinking it was booked for the next day. I never received a confirmation text, email, or call before the appointment time. Later that day I got a call while I was in a nail salon unable to answer. They left no voicemail so I was unaware of who was calling as the number didn’t show up as massage envy. The following day I get a text about booking an appointment during what I thought was my appointment time, so I called to confirm. They then notified me that I had been a no show for my appointment the day before. I apologized not realizing I had booked the previous day. I then went to my bank statement and noticed I was charged the full $180. As a first time customer I am disappointed that they did not inform me of this on my call, that they didn’t ever give me any confirmation of the appointment, or leave a voicemail when I missed their call. Needless to say I am not going to be returning to this business ever again and will be giving my business to hand and stone instead. Their customer service has proven to be more reliable and friendly.

Was pleasantly impressed with my whole experience from the time I walked on and was greeted and the massage was top notch! Dolores was my therapist and she took the time to listen to what I needed and did a great job focusing on my areas of pain. She even checked in with me during the massage to make sure I was still relaxed. Would definitely recommend her!

I dont know how to really review this because Ive never been and never been taught the proper way a facial is supposed to be done. I got a facial and the lady squeezed the extra oil congested areas out of my face with her hands really hard and when I looked on YouTube everyone who got facials they used a tool to extract oil out of their face not squeeze the congested areas really hard with their hands. I know they not playing with us like this.

I have major neck and back issues and have a membership here. I must say it was trial and error for me with several therapist because they weren’t a good match for me although they received good reviews. I finally stuck with Sandra and she has been amazing. Very quite and meek therapist who does her job well. I see her motherly and literally fall asleep too her touch.

Linda at the Spring Creek Massage Envy is always worth the time. Listens to what I ask and adjust pressures when she feels those knots. THANK YOU.

I went in and got a massage from Sylvester and it was THE BEST massage I have ever had. I like very deep pressure and he was not afraid to really get in and work with me, and I was like jelly when I left, which has never happened to me before. Katie at the front desk was also very polite and helpful. Already scheduled my next appointment and cannot wait. 100% recommend (at least Sylvester!!!)

I would highly recommend Dolores Jackson, she has very good pressure and is very detail oriented. She was able to work out the knots around my shoulders, which have been bothering me for sometime now. The massage was very relaxing, I didn’t want it to end. I will definitely be coming back and requesting her.

Joel is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I only like deep tissue since I have a lot of tension in my shoulders and he is consistent the whole 60 or 90 minutes. Very professional

Have gone here a half dozen times times over the past 3 years. Overall have had positive experiences. The main issue is you pay for a 90 minute massage and by the time they get started there’s less than 70 mins on the clock. For $180 I think it’s a bit steep for the time and experience on the table. Last two times my massage therapists would rather stop to talk about what they’re doing rather than resolving the issue they’re paid to do. I recently requested a full body massage with focus on T zone (neck, shoulders and back) and they didn’t even get past the hip before time was up. Not a big deal but I prefer a female to do the job and they were not able to fulfill my request. Only other gripe is the last therapists I had smelled like smoke and covered it up by smacking gum the entire massage. Gotta say it’s not relaxing.

My best friend weighs everything from her food to her cleaners with reviews. I guess the weight of reviews is pretty powerful so I’m taking the time to make this. I hope that this review helps someone with the honest truth. I’m not going to lie. I was really worried with how clean it would be and scared of COVID. The place is spotless. The waiting area is never crowded. They clean after each person very thoroughly. The staff is really nice and helpful. You can say whatever your preference is and they pair you with the perfect person. Temp checks for everyone.Now to Joel. I thought I had one bad shoulder and the other one was smooth sailing. I was not correct. From the moment that Joel started working on my back I felt instant relief where so much pressure had built I never even knew was there. He explained everything to me. He took the time to explain why and how it all worked and what I could do to better myself. If you want to just lay in silence that’s also an option, I just took advantage of how knowledgeable he was and asked a million questions. I know that not everyone has the luxury of throwing around money these days but I promise you will feel better. It will be worth it and I feel totally at ease with how clean it is. No I’m not related to any human at this place, I just really hope if you guys want a real review that this helps just one person. I feel amazing. Going to have to go back because of my shoulder situation but I’m very pleased with the progress already.

I have had a very positive experience at the Spring Creek Massage Envy. I have been a member for the past 6 years and have been very pleased with the front desk service and therapists. Both have been courteous and always very professional. The front desk staff always go out of their way to assist me with any questions or to suggest ways to better improve my massage experience.

Shatinsley is an Amazing Massage Therapist!! Hands down BEST massage I have EVER experienced! She knows what she is doing! New Owner & Manager are great and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Will be returning and now a customer for life! Thanks Massage Envy!

Lez is the BEST Massage Therapists I’ve ever had in the 8+ years with Massage Envy. He has a natural gift to add to his education & training on Human Anatomy, how it works and the effects changes (big or small) can have on the entire body. He is as good and even better than some of the Licensed Physical Therapist my Doctors have sent me to for physical therapy & massage therapy as part of my pain management for multiple injuries and surgeries due to a car wreck. I can definitely see Lez working for any Doctors specialized in sport injuries, acute injuries & chronic pain conditions, in the near future.

Everytime I come in Dolores provides me with 5 star treatment. From her soothing voice, her relaxing hands and just the all around aura she gives off. I have been to many massage therapists and it is very rare to find one that makes me feel as comfortable as Dolores does. I definitely will continue to use her services and recommend her to each and every person who reads this review.

I have had some trouble with this location however my overall experience has been good. Nikki is a great therapist she has the touch and gets to my areas that really cause me pain. There was an issue with an appointment I had set up with the front desk that some how got deleted but the manager on duty took care of the situation fast and even gave me a free upgrade which i appreciated. I can usually get in same day appointment which is great with my busy schedule.

Thank you to Chel for all of the focus and attention that you give during your treatment sessions. She has been a wonderful massage therapist to visit. She has been instrumental in providing much needed relief to my aches and pains. I definitely recommend her to every person and will continue to use her services.

Not happy at all. Paid for a 90 minute massage on a gift card for my wifes birthday in August. She just tried to use it and this place would not honor the value of what was paid originally ($98) and said that the new price was over $170 (due to new management). Would not offer a refund. Shady practice and poor customer service.

For years I struggled to find a massage therapist who could work out the soreness that comes from all of the extreme sports that I compete in and military service. I’m happy to say that I’m no longer searching.After a session with Heidi I am able to face the physical demands of work, playing with my kids and activities such as skydiving again. All the while knowing that when my body starts to tap out, that I can just call and schedule a reset massage.Thank you Heidi for taking such great care of my family’s massage needs. I went to this Massage Envy needing relief from lower back pain. I requested someone with experience as I am a CNA with scoliosis and am on my feet all day. They suggested I see Heidi. I left there feeling 100% better and could actually touch my toes again! I will be back very soon to get a membership.

I had, had a horrible day and all I wanted to was relax. The day I had went to go get a massage, Dolores helped me to relax. The experience was definitely relaxing and she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Will definitely book another appointment soon!

This has been an amazing experience for ny husband and I . Both Brandi and Koffi ensured our experience started off the right way. They were engaging and their kindness got us in the right frame of mind to relax. Lori and Sarah were our massage therapists and gave us a great deep tissue massage. I will be returning for sure.

Heidi is the absolutely best massage therapist Ive ever had. She is so in tune with my body and can really help eliminate tense muscles. She also tunes into trouble areas that may need further threatment from my chiropractor.You can truly tell she loves what she does!!!

Ive never had a bad phone call or experience here. The front desk staff are usually young and never stay very long, so its possible to catch a bad vibe here or there. But overall this place is fine with good hours and good therapists. You dont have to buy a membership, but if you do they sometimes have last-minute appointments available for members only. That being said, you usually need to book a few days in advance, or if you want someone specific you might have to book weeks ahead. Its basically a store-front place for massages, similar to a cheap hair cut place. Dont expect anything more and youll be happy with your experience.

I absolutely love Sussie!! She makes me feel so comfortable. She is professional, has fabulous customer service, and is very knowledgeable. I plan to continue service at ME, as long as I can get appointments with Sussie!😉Each experience has been nothing, but positive. Heidi is the most amazing therapist. My husband and I have used her for years. My husband had a four wheeler wreck and his shoulder was messed up and Heidi worked on him and relieved his pain. She can do wonders. Love going to her!!!!

Les is one of the best masseuses I’ve ever had. Within seconds he can identify the problem areas and target them.He’s no softie - he will tell you he has to be cruel to be kind (!) - but the results make it all worthwhile.I scheduled another session before I left because he is in such high demand!

I dont do massages, but my girlfriend was in desperate need of one. Heidi Young at Massage Envy was the best shes ever had. Heidi really knows how to get to those trouble out, and is extremely professional and easy to get along with. Girlfriend was walking on air for two days after an hour with Heidi.

I would highly recommend Heidi to my friends. She is very professional and knows what she is doing. She asked questions to know where I most needed my massage. She massaged the areas I needed as I had asked. She is very courteous and attentive.

This location has wonderful customer service!! I had an issue at another location and Christa offered to help me and made the process so much easier! She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and the issue was resolved quickly! I had great massage therapist at this location as well! All around a wonderful place to go!

They don’t tell you about their 24hr cancellation notice. All locations policy is not the same. Some are 3 hours. They took $300 and the guy that answered the phone is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Sending my concerns to corporate to see if I can get this corrected. They take the full amount if not cancelled in 24hrs but they don’t tell you about the 24hr policy. Sounds like a money grab to me!!UPDATE:No I have not been to this location but I gave a gift card to a friend and unfortunately they chose this location to set an appointment. The owner took the gift card off of the account without permission to pay for an appointment that was cancelled a few hours after making it. I didn’t curse anyone out and I talked to the OWNER not the staff!!! Trust me I would NEVER choose this location. Let’s wait to hear from Corporate because your staff says NOTHING about your 24hr policy when making an appointment over the phone.

My first time experiencing Massage Envy and I was greeted with a warm and courteous reception. My therapist Les was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job on working out all my problem areas.

Heidi is the best therapist I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Her deep tissue technique and thorough knowledge of muscles and trigger points showed obvious years of experience and love of her profession and care of her client. High Five!!

Its been over 6 months since I had a massage. Chel was great!! Went over my stress points, massaged out a bunch of knots in my muscles. I feel like a million bucks!! Let me start by saying I love the massages. My girlfriend and I had a membership in fact.But the issue is the membership. You can either sign up for a six month or one year membership. But you cannot cancel the membership until that time elapses. And to cancel after that point you have to go to you home location, fill out a cancelation request and then wait ten days for it to process. Something I didn’t know.So here’s my experience with canceling.When my membership expired I called in to cancel. A nice gentlemen on the phone understood and assured me it would be handled. But at the end of the month my bank was drafted for the membership.I called in and spoke to a manager and was informed you had to come in and request a cancelation.So I did! The very next month (30 days later). My bank was again drafted for the amount.I went in and brought it up. I was told the manager wasn’t available but would get it resolved ASAP. And that I was to expect a call to confirm.The call never came, I wait another month to see what would happen. Sure enough the bank was drafted again. This time I figured I would skip the local office and go straight to corporate. I wrote a very similar report to them and all I got in response was“Hello,Thank you for your email. We provide technical support to assist in filling out the Massage Envy surveys.For all other questions or requests for assistance please reach out directly to your locally independently owned and operated franchised Massage Envy location.”So here I am, seemingly trapped in a membership my local Massage Envy hasn’t canceled.Bottom line, horrible experience dealing with these people.

Chel is the absolute best! I’ve had a ton of massage therapist at massage envy and she is by far the most incredible. I started seeing her for prenatal massages while pregnant and still go to her post baby. She’s sweet, makes you feel comfortable, and her technique is amazing! Go see Chel!

I went to this location for 4 months, for the first month and a half it was great, because I had the same gentleman and he was awesome. After that it was just who ever was available (which I chose the guys) and the last 2 were a joke. I wouldnt of even called it a massage. I even told the girl at the counter when they asked how it was that it was the worst massage ever. They cant seem to keep people employed there long enough so once you get use to one person they are gone. Also DO NOT SIGN A MEMBERSHIP, its a death sentence!!! Ridiculous!!!! In sane to stop the membership, I made the mistake in Joining and it was such a waste of money!!!!

The massage was good, but the store manager was extremely rude and overcharged me. When I disputed the amount, he outright lied about the situation. I would never go back to this location until it is under new management. And even then, I dont know if Id ever go to a Massage Envy again as I have lost confidence in the brand.

I had a very bad experience here. The massage was so awful that it was actually painful. When I brought this up to the manager afterwards, he basically said thats it, we arent going to help and tried to tell me it was my fault. He was very rude and inconsiderate, terrible customer service. I love Massage Envy and I really thought about renewing my membership, but after going here I am cancelling my membership completely.

If you need an AMAZING Massage Therapist, Doloros J is the one for you! She is my go to therapist when I am having issues with my joint inflammation and fibromyalgia. She also very sweet and understanding, I am so very grateful for all that she does to help me and my condition.

Reviewing for a friend named Ali - he went to multiple locations not ME to try to get aching muscles worked out and he had a lot of pain - this location was the best he had ever been to - Harry was the therapist, he really paid attention to the problem areas and worked out pains that had been troubling him for literally years - if he could leave 10 stars he would - Thank you to the staff at this massage envy you really treated him with attention and care. I recommend anyone to go to this location - Thank you so much

I scheduled an appointment for 2pm. I showed up and waited for 30 minutes before they finally came and told me they had scheduled me with a provider who was not on schedule that day. They said hey could schedule me for a session at 3pm. I told them I don’t know if I can because I have other things I have to do that day and that I would call back if I can. When I didn’t call back (sure that was my mistake) they charged me for the visit. When I spoke with the manager the next day, he would not give a refund and quoted their late cancellation policy..... they scheduled me for the visit 45 min earlier and did not tell me they were scheduling. If you’re employee tells me they ARE scheduling me for the visit an hour later, that’s one thing. I was never told they were actually scheduling me for a visit. If they did I would have said no. Their employee did not communicate well with me and I was charged for it.To be fair to the business..... This all was the result of an enormous miscommunication between the receptionist and myself. I don’t think anyone can dispute that. With her scheduling the appointment for 45 minutes later. She WAS fully aware that I was not sure if I could fit in an appt at that time. I have no doubt about that. (You would think they would mention their cancellation policy at that time). At that point I told her I would call them back. It seems their understanding was that I WAS scheduling the appt and call back if I could not make it. My understanding was that I would call them if I could make it back for an appointment. They called in an on call therapist to perform the 3pm appt which I was not aware of until the next day which was very kind of them. I did not call them back because I was not aware the appt was set, so they charged me for a visit.

The BEST massage therapist I have found. Her pressure is perfect and after a massage I feel so much better. I would highly recommend Heidi!

I have always had positive experiences with this location the front desk staff has always been helpful and the therapist are very good. I have most recently been seeing Ryan. He is great with trigger points and has helped my pain level, I have never had a therapist , be as genital as he is and gotten results.

Have been coming here since last year. Service is great and the massage therapists are very knowledgeable. Nicky is great if you love deep tissue massages. Highly recommended!

Kevin is an awesome therapist that helps me leave feeling better than when I walked in! He is observant too, yesterday he said I am shrinking! Aka new eating and exercise program is working!!!

I went in to buy gift cards and make an appointment, the front desk girls were very friendly and helpful. I went back for a massage with Daniel and it was great. I would recommend this location and Daniel.

I did a 90 minute facial with Jenelle. Took really good care of me and the services were great!

The desk was very professional when I called in. I had a pretty bad pain in the back that morning and they were able to take me immediately. I was taken care of by Les who was extraordinary. I felt some pain, but after taking a salt bath at home, I felt much better today. I’ll go back to this location because of the experience I had.

As a long time Massage Envy customer, I recently moved out to Allen and was trying to choose a new ME location. I came to the Spring Creek location and was newly pregnant, terrible morning sickness and all. I made it to my appointment, but became violently ill just before I was to go in. I asked to reschedule for another time and was very disappointed when they said they were going to charge me for the appointment anyways. I understand this is their policy on last minute cancellations, but my old ME in Rowlett never would have done that. The location on McDermott is good enough, but when I have a whole morning free, I still prefer to go out to Rowlett.

My appointment started late and they did not give me my full 60 minute session.

Heidi is the best! She really takes her time and knows what shes doing! I would definitely recommend her to anyone having pain or just needing to relax!

My two favorite massage therapists at massage envy are Sandra and Bianca they always make me feel better, and the front desk receptionist Ariel helped me with questions regarding my massage.

Massage was amazing and very professional but be careful of their pricing. I was overcharged and when I called the store to inquire I was basically told “oh it must have been a miscommunication and nothing can be done” never going back to this location again!

The manager, or who I would assume is, threatened to tow car over poorly marked saved parking spot. I was followed to Panda where I was called out from the door and was told to immediately move my car or pay for it to get towed. Very embarrassing and the spots should be specifically marked, not just “saved by a sign on the door”...
