This place is terrible as well as the other 2 locations stay far away the got raided for selling illegal drugs. I would not trust any product sold here.

This store has a cool vibe to it. I love the environment and they have everything you could think of. If you smoke or vape and you’re in the area definitely check them out !!!

This is our go-to place. Jose takes such good care of his customers. He treats each customer with the utmost respect. Hes so friendly and personable

Dudes!!!! This is hands down the best smoke shop Ive ever been to! The owner, Richie is not only knowledgeable regarding all of his products he treats everyone like friends and family. Every time my boyfriend and I visit High expectations were always greeted with a friendly family vibe. Everyone is super helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Plus, They’ve got everything you could ever need and definitely something new you’ve never seen before. Best smoke shop in the area for sure!

During my first visit to High Expectations, I met a new friend. His name is Zachary. I’m not certain if he is the owner or an employee but I can tell you that this man knows about every product in the store & his recommendations are amazing, leaving me very satisfied with my purchases.I do recommend this store and my new friend. About one month later and I am pleased with my purchases and plan to shop more this weekend.Give them a try - you will NIT be disappointed!

Bought a battery for my carts, first one gave me problems, guy exchanged it for another one of the same kind, same problem happened, took it back and they have a “3 day” return policy, lol 3 days to see if it’s works correctly not 30 days like most manufacturing company provide. Definitely wouldn’t buy any battery products here cause they don’t stand behind then but for 3 days. Other then that store is okay, no kinda sympathy that a customer just paid about $50 and the product didn’t work as told it would. Will not be returning

My first time entering the High Expectations Smoke Shop, was an amazing experience.I was greeted by staff as soon as i walked in the door, and made to feel like family as soon as i walked in!!!! Me having illnesses that require constant attention and natural products to help with pain and my rest..... This is a one stop shop, the High Expectations staff is very knowledgeable on the products and never tried to over sell me. I will continue to travel 4 hours to visit this shop..... I could get my CBD products anywhere.... But my business will always go to High Expectations because they make me feel comfortable and made sure i had all the information i needed on my purchases. Thanks To the whole team for allowing me to enjoy my shopping experience.... And gaining a life long customer!!!!🌟🔥👌👍

Omg this shop has EVERYTHING i couldnt believe how much stuff this store has, i swear anything&everything they got it. They have the most amazing glass Ive seen yet, theyre super Knowledgeable they were able to answer all of my questions(in which i had many wuts this, wuts that, how do u use this/that ect.) So many Quality ejuice/vape oils to choose from i was in vape heaven. The prices are way better then the other smoke shops around too ( i went to like 4of them before finding this one which had exactly wut i was looking for) On top of it all theyre so welcoming & nice when walking in there and now after going theyre a few times i feel like theyve been around forever. Its nice to have such good people to do business with.

The whole shop had a good vibe including the owner. Great customer service, Richard was very resourceful in helping me get the products I needed , also very educated about all his products and services. I left there and learned some things I didn’t know before!

Absolutely horrible place of business. Sold me defective product, tried to return it and keep getting a BS story about how the owner has to come in and hes never there. My calls keep getting sent to VM, which of course is full. After about 10 phone calls they finally answer and tell me nothing is wrong with what I returned, I guess somehow magically the water pipe stopped leaking and I made all this up as i have nothing better to do with my time. Instead of providing actual customer service and exchanging the defective product and keeping me as a customer, theyd rather play games and be dishonest. Now Ill have to dispute the credit card charge and make sure I tell everyone I know to never go there. This is why retailers go out of business. Good riddance

The staff are absolutely amazing and helpful. They dont just treat like a paycheck but an actual person which is hard to find these days. The shop was very clean and organizaed. They have several options to choose from. Outstanding job.. Best shop around..

Super friendly and extremely informative staff. I could wander around the store all day looking at all the different items , and when I’m not sure what to get their suggestions are always exactly what helped the most. Wish I found this place sooner but I’m a regular for life now .

Walked into this shop a few days ago and was blown away by how much they had. The place had a great vibe about it. And when I was trying to find the right vape rich helped me out with what I needed and knew more than expected compared to other shops Ive been.

Bigger store with tons of unique glass pieces, lots of common items aswell, herbal grinders, small pipes, chargers. Lots of visuals of products and good featuring of the merchandise. The staff is very friendly and inviting. From what I saw they offer lots of vape and CBD products for medical purposes.Truly a one stop shop

First time time vape user, very knowledgeable, extremely fair, recommended a great vape easy to use and variety of juice flavors are awesome. Love my new toy highly recommend them.

Shady business practices. Was hired as an employee and was given the runaround on hours for over a month. They also heavily tamper with their products which makes them unsafe to sell to the public. Every time one of the employees asked about scheduling or getting paid they got attacked and mistreated and talked negatively about to other employees. Very dishonest business practices as well and a lot of shady things go on here. Absolutely avoid at all cost unless you can go on a day where Dana is working because she is the only ray of sunshine in this otherwise dismal business. Richard is a dishonest businessman and cannot be trusted to do what is right or treat people he offers things to appropriately. Very dissatisfied with my experience as an employee and a customer after finding out that he is dishonest with the community about his products and their validity as well. I am now nervous that this man may try and take out anger on me or other employees. Wonderfu shop with a lot of promise but terrible management that should not be allowed to run such a business. Especially when the business owners dont even use their own products they sell. Disappointing to say the least. Now me and a few other individuals have to go look for new jobs and new places to feel comfortable as well as being thrown behind on bills and living expenses because we were not treated with respect or care at all. Not any kind of the family atmosphere that is portrayed. Richard was rude and disrespectful to me and other employees and always asked us to do excessive things without even bothering to pay for the work he was asking for. He tampers with his products just like he tampers with his employees time and livelihoods. No responsibilities taken on the owners ends for their own bad practices and negative treatment of other humans. I also was spoken of as if I was some Golden Key to the LGBTQ community so I encourage anyone in the community do not go here and give these dishonest men your business. They have no belief or care towards the products they sell or the work that others put into their business.

I love this place, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Always something different, its a no pressure buy environment. Not to mention the good vibe you get from the moment you walk in. Deffinately where Im going to keep all my stuff from.

They have a very wide selection of multiple things that you will find in other stores but they have a wider selection and the the prices are very reasonable.
