Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I dont feel intimidated walking in there like I do some of the big chain smoke shops around, and they have a great selection of pipes and accessories... Need more flower :)

Owner and all her associates are wonderful. My brother is a big cigar smoker. They are a mom and pop shop, if they dont have what you need they will try to get it for you. Prices are reasonable as well. Stop by and see Missy or Robert they will take good care of you.

Great experience, this store is back and better than ever. The inventory is back on the shelf and they have listened to my requests to get specific cigars like Ashton’s, My Father, etc.

Fantastic. And only place I found tubes for electric cig machine. Non in Panama City, FL all the way to Okeechobee. I call there and they have a whole room full of them. Thank you so much. And for the cigar smokers a good selection here too. Ck them out well worth the trip.....

Writing this review to warn anyone thinking about being a customer here. I encountered an extremely unstable employee who not only threatened to call the cops, raised his hand to my mother, but followed us out to my car after we tried to leave as fast as we could. This was with no reasonable provocation, coming from a person who has worked in customer service for a long time. It was frankly extremely scary. This is my only experience with this shop but certainly the last. Enter with caution.

Good prices, very good customer service. They knew my name after just a few visits. The only issue is that there isnt a whole bunch of variety; but their goods are quality.

Great place and helpful staff. They carry remarkable herbs kratom which is the best kratom Ive been able to find at a head shop thus far.

Nice selection and even better prices. Bought something and had to make a return, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was more than satisfied with everything. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!

Customer service is great, if they dont have it just ask and they will order if its attainable. Prices beat out all other competitors and gives a military discount on top of store discounts.

I’m only giving 1 star due to the fact I can’t give a 0. I walked in this shop excited to buy a torch for myself with Peter Pan on the front. I was not greeted in a friendly or professional fashion. After spending about 5 minutes in the store I decided it was the last 5 I will ever spend. The employee who was working told me he would not make a sale with me since I was showing the torch to my partner who is well over 18. Who again, was rude. He lost a sale and a customer who would have kept coming back. I will not be back to this smoke shop! Many others in psl worth my money, time and gas.

Best prices Ive found anywhere in Florida. When ever Im traveling and need a cigar 100% of the time they are more expensive than these guys. I always regret not bring enough cigars on trips, The psl store is so close to me o should never run out...lol

Couldnt get order right...bought several cigars from their humidor and they were dry and wraps following apart as soon they were opened.Rude people... The store inventory is old and would not recommend purchasing cigars from them

Had to do an exchange today the manager was extremely helpful I couldnt find my receipt at home at first so the manager took the time to also look up my receipt which was much appreciated after that he resolved my issue with a box vape that a bought extremely satisfied with the service I would recommend going there

Staff is awesome, products are top of the line, pricing is reasonable. If you do smoke (anything legal) this is the place to come for your needs.

Not much of supply of cigarettes or raw products but other then that a great place to shop ive been there a few times and always was happy.
