All the Employees at this store are Amazing and always in a good mood and it puts us in a good mood and makes us want to come back! Don’t have to tell you why that’s great for business! There is a guy named Mike that I’ve been needing to leave a 5 star for because he is AWESOME! If I owned the place he would manage it! Thanks Mike! I always forget to get her name, but the manager (I believe) is so friendly and won’t ever steer you wrong. Best products, best service, best recommendations, always in stock… Honestly, just the best smoke shop in Pueblo!

I go to this location weekly. Always had great service. Today though 4/20/24 6:00pm. I pull up and give them a winning scratch ticket. I tell the lady ( new never seen her before) give me another $10 ticket and the rest back in cash. She gives me the ticket and $10 before I even take it, I said that was a $30 dollar winner? She immediately says oh yeah you are right. She told me I was right about 4 times then says I’m so glad you caught that, it would have made closing my register a nightmare later. Then she stands at the window leans her face on her hand and has the most sarcastic smirk. I know people make mistakes but that was super shady.

15 years ago I used to only buy clove cigarettes from Smoker Friendly, now I buy vape juice. This is my go to local store. Always friendly and helpful staff. Way better pricing then anywhere else in town. 10/10 would recommend.

Used to come almost every day, but stopped going completely because theres a female clerk in there, who usually has green hair, who is always extremely rude, and has multiple times been extra rude to my husband who is mixed.

So called manager Melissa is very rude and racist. I’ve never had an experience like this in my life before. Trying to explain a difference between black people and “niggers” . You really need to wake up and realize it’s 2022. How unprofessional and disgusting human nature.

This is the best smoker friendly in the whole state of colorado. The staff are amazing and helped me out when I went in here. The store was clean and looked extremely professional. I was traveling through and luckily I stopped here because they helped me out with everything I needed. I would always recommend this place to others.

Girl at front register wasn’t very “friendly” bad attitude and bad customer service. Rude and not helpful at all. Definitely going to another smoke shop next time. With how many there are in Pueblo you’d think they would try harder for clientele.

I gave this place a shot for 5 months. The manager is rude lazy and argumentative. She will interrupt you mid sentence to ask if you have your ID while starring at your wallet.I filled out a loyal card so I can start collecting point but that was never done. (3 months ago)The tobacco I’m forced to buy is old and dry.. everything and anything pipe tabacco related is old and dry.. I’m driving to the springs for my tabacco needs.

Yes I went through the drive thru today at this location and this new girl that we have never dealt with before was handling our service and we asked for a pack of pyramid red 100s and the lady said she needed to see my wifes id and my Id as well and we have never been asked before in our whole time getting cigarettes from there cause we go there every other day and this new girl that handled our service today her name is Melissa and she is rude and very mean and doesnt deserve to have her job there the way she treats people and she worked the 2 pm shift today on 12/02/2021 if you deal with this girl watch out she is rude and mean with people I would avoid this place at all costs if she is working

Prices are ridiculously expensive but its a convenient spot so I gave it 3! Recently changing this to one star! Justin is a person that works there and he over charges me by about 20% on everything.. he isnt knowledgeable and last time I went there he tried to tell me they dont offer any discounts 😂😂 Ive been going there for 3 years and on non tobacco items (glass and such) for being one of their daily customers and a veteran I got a little discount everytime I went. Well today is Nov 19th 2017 and I will not go to this establishment again until I see change. And I spend at least 130 a week in there. .... So yeah. Hopefully they fix this guy.

I cant really rate this place. I have never been inside. They close the inside at 6:30. The drive-up is still open. I cant get there till after 6:30. And I like to shop around.

Theyre great!!! They have everything you need for making your own cigarettes and pipes. Its saves you a lot of money making your own cigarettes, and leave the cigarette packs behind.

Service was not good at this location. Gentleman was more worried about keeping product in the store than supplying us. The other 2 locations are great.

We stopped in on a referral and werent disappointed. The service was friendly and they educated us on what would work best for our needs. Tobacco and pipe products.

Waste of time. They refuse to sell any Juul products without a manager present. I just wasted money on Uber. Who has product in-stock that they don’t sell? This place does. Very weird.

Theres this short bearded guy at smoker friendly the one in Belmonts shopping center in Pueblo Colorado and his service is straight trash hes not given me a wrap before and hes been closing 30 minutes early Id like this guy to be dealt with!!!
