The treatment and service I received was top notch. These Therapists are great and they care to make you better. I was treated by a number of them and they all are unique in their approach but the goal was the same. The facility is welcoming and the office staff is friendly and accommodating. Although at least for myself this was for a medical procedure it still had the feeling of a calm and relaxing environment. Therapeutic Massage is tough but they made it as smooth as it could be and I thank them for it. I would highly recommend Mermaid Cove for all your Healing needs.

Work in progress, after a motor vehicle injury I get a personal attention with Samantha Avila on my chest and rib cage with alot of care.Most importantly is it is not about doing a job but a connection with me as a client in a conversation and soft touch on very sore and tender muscles.I recommend mermaid cove massage on the way to recovery

Ive had the opportunity to have a massage from several of the different LMTs at Mermaid Cove and I have never had a bad experience. I always arrive feeling welcomed and comfortable and leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.Everything about Mermaid Cove, the vibe, the atmosphere, the personalities... all of it! Hands down, the best experience you could hope to find.

Mermaid Cove takes care of their guests/patients. Top notch massage therapists. Celyna and Corri you really took care of my needs. I actually was able to get a good nights sleep because of you. Gratitude. Thank you Mermaid Cove. They have a new massage therapist as well (I think Jackie) props.

Jennifer is the reason I can still be a cheerleader at age 39. She has healed me through a rotator cuff injury, a trapezius injury, another shoulder injury, a neck injury, and treats my wrist issues so I am able to use my hands. I have been going to Jennifer for over 10 years, and will not let another massage business touch me. I have made that mistake before out of location desperation, and paid for it. I will make the drive going forward. Mermaid Cove is worth it!

Edit: Ive been good here for over a year now and I absolutely love it here. I still stand by what I said below. Yesterday however I would like to give my glowing review to one massage therapist in particular. Cori helped me with a pinched nerve that has been stuck for more than two months now. Its been almost 24 hours without any pain in that area. Thank you!!!Love this place! Everyone is so sweet and helpful. I feel so relaxed and cant wait to go back for my next massage

Mermaid Cove Massage has been mine & my families place to go for a few years now. Ive gone here & there to work out everyday body pain, each time has been great!Celyna is personally my favorite. Shes attentive & we get along, just chatting away while she does her thing. Ive also enjoyed a silent massage with Bree, which was divine!Every time I leave, I feel lighter, without the previously felt stress.These masseuses have a magical touch, different styles & Im so grateful for each of them! ❤️

I’ve never had a prenatal massage before but was gifted one for Christmas and I will definitely be going back; Kayla was incredible and totally understanding of how my anxiety influenced my desire for a silent massage. Also those belly pillows are amazing and definitely took the weight off my back!

UPDATE:The owner called me regarding this review and was very kind and understanding. I guess the person who called me is brand new and it’s their first job, so they’re working on how to deliver bad news, which I totally understand! We’ve all been there. The owner graciously added the cancellation fee as a credit to my account and I will be happily going back! It seems as though the owner really cares about her business and I appreciated the effort she put into my case.Bummed because I had a few great experiences here, but I will not be returning. Today, I messed up and missed my appointment. We’ve been dealing with some unexpected family things and it just totally slipped my mind. I didn’t mind paying the fee and apologized for my mistake, but the person I spoke with on the phone was pretty snarky about it. Again, totally get that this was my fault, but I didn’t appreciate the attitude. We’ve all made mistakes and now I feel ashamed to ever show my face there again.

I had my very first massage today & it was a great experience! Celyna made me feel comfortable & guided me through what she was going to do. She did a great job w/massaging me. My body doesn’t ache as much as it did. I love her energy & definitely scheduled more apts requesting her specifically! Don’t miss out on a great experience! I strongly recommend Celyna!

I been coming to Mermaid cove for eight months now, I did a random search and they were the second on the list, and Im so glad I picked them, started only seeing them monthly as a mom of 6 get away. And now its 3 times a week when i can but I wish it was everyday :).. I love how they are all different, they were a blessing when I hurt myself at work. I cant tell you who to see and they are all amazing in their ways.. Jennifer the owner is just as amazing as her staff.. I only let my partner come once as he told me I went to many times, and he not allowed back as mermaid cove is my family :)

Absolutely wonderful massage therapists! I have been getting massages for 15 years, was in need of a new one, and I am so happy I found these women a year ago. I have a lot of muscular damage and and highly inflamed a lot of the time, which can be a challenge. I always get good results from my massages here. I highly recommend each lady and they all have their own specialties, so it just depends on what you need who you should book. Jennifer runs a great business and she was/is a fantastic massage therapist who is not focusing on the business. She responds quickly to inquiries, so ask if you aren’t sure about something. She’s a rockstar owner! Reasonably priced for the quality too 🙂 Support local women owned businesses like this one!

Jen is amazing! She was able to get me in, same day due to my pain level and situation even though they were booked for the day. My Massage therapist, Bri was incredible and said challenge accepted recasting deep tissue and pressure. She did not disappoint. I’ve gotten massage at other locations due to specific issues in the past and walked out not feeling relief. This is a first. My next appointment is already booked.

I found mermaid cove when I was pregnant, my hips and back were in pain and at my first appointment I saw the magic these mermaids have! They listen to you and your body. Jen is amazing! And each mermaid I’ve gone to since has just been pure magic! I will continue to go and tell everyone needing a massage to go an experience the magic hands of mermaid cove!

I went to Mermaid Cove Massage as a birthday gift to myself and Im glad I did. Melissa, my therapist, was great. She was very accommodating. The facility is clean and relaxing. The prices here are very affordable and without having to do a membership. I will definitely be back.

I was referred here by my hair stylist and I’m so glad I tried it. It was the best massage I ever had. I had a problem shoulder so she knew exactly what to do to accommodate and ease my shoulder pain. The whole body massage was perfect, not too hard and not too soft. You should definitely check this place out if your looking for a good massage and good staff service . I think my therapist was named Melissa but not sure

I’ve had many massages over the past 10 years, but Bree gave me the best one I’ve ever had! Great pressure and very smooth touch. I love their online tools for pre-appointment health history. No time wasted on having to explain everything. Highly recommend!

The massage therapists here are amazing! Each has a unique style, and they all do a great job. Ive needed everything from nice and relaxing to deep tissue to pre and post natal care... they have exceeded my expectations every time.

Ive been coming to mermaid cove since 2019. Ive had deep tissue massage from each of their therapists. They do good work. Ive seen them for both light maintenance and for intense post trauma treatment. They will take care of you and from my experience fix whats broken on a timeline that is at a comfort pace of your chosing. Several years ago, I had a severe accident. My physician recommended that I go to Mermaid Cove, and I couldnt be more grateful for her referral! For years Ive suffered from stiff, tight, painful, tense muscles and muscle spasms. If not for Corri, I would still have severely limited mobility! I cant express my gratitude for all of her expertise and guidance, not to mention she makes every visit relaxing and comfortable! If youre on the fence about going to Mermaid Cove, fence-sit no more and make the appointment. Your body will thank you, and you will be thanking them!

I have been in a lot of physical pain. Walking at times has been very difficult. The ladies at mermaid cove, Celyna & Melissa have been very helpful in my recovery. They are highly skilled professionals. Because of their skills I am able to walk. Is very grateful.

I love this group of massage therapists- they all have specialties and are consummate professionals. There is a LMT for everything anyone could need, and they’re all highly skilled. They’ve made my TMJ so much better, they’ve helped with injuries and just regular stress relaxation. Can’t recommend Mermaid Cove enough!

Jennifer and her team are some of the best in the industry. Knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and helpful. I trust her as much (maybe more!) as I trust my doctor. She is so intuitive, she finds places that I didnt even know needed work. I always, always, always feel better after our treatment, and highly recommend her as often as possible.

Absolutely amazing experience. My massage therapist was so in tune with the pain I am experiencing. I got a deep tissue massage to work through excruciating knots and she took her time and let me know all the parts of my body that are worse and need focus on. So happy I tried this place out, I will be back in a couple weeks. Mahalo nui!! ❤

Love the new building!! I’ve had massages by all of the ladies in there and I’m never disappointed! If I could give 10stars I would!! Jennifer took amazing care of me while I was pregnant and even came to my house when I went into labor to make sure I was aligned and ready for my home birth where she then put on her doula hat and fed me ice and held my leg to help bring my beautiful baby boy into this world!

Great massage by Celyna. She was kind and made me feel comfortable as it was my first time here.. I would recommend her for massage and gave me an action plan for afterwards to help avoid the flair up in my muscles.

As a professional athlete who travels all over I have worked with dozens of great message and active release therapists. She had zero personality, This was the worst message I have ever experienced.

This has to be one of the best places to get therapeutic massages anywhere! I suffer from sport injuries in my hips and knees (I wrestled for years) and after my visits here they have made me feel better than I have in years. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and gave me a wealth of information to aid me in my healing. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Jenn is a wonderful massage therapist and her prices are reasonable! I have never been able to see a massage therapist on a regular basis due to cost until I started seeing Jen and I can already tell a difference with being consistent!

These ladies are MUSCLE WIZARDS. I took a nasty nose dive snowboarding and crushed my neck (like a severe whiplash injury). Chiropractor and doctor said I wouldn’t be able to move my neck for 4-6 weeks. I did 5 massages at mermaid cove in addition to chiropractic visits at Riverside and I’m basically fully healed in less than TWO WEEKS.The first sessions, Jennifer assessed my injury and calmed the muscles from seizing around the bones that were out of place so that the chiropractor could actually do an adjustment. She also popped a rib back on my husband, who didn’t even know he had a rib out of place!!Then Kayla used these fancy cup thingys to completely remove the inflammation from my neck. Which, I didn’t even know was possible.Next, Celyna uses an ancient method/tool called “Gua sha” to remove scar tissueWIZARDS I TELL YOU. It’s SO worth it to see a real licensed medical massage therapist. I will never waste my time at a massage envy or masseuse again. Book a session, everyone needs this.

This place is super great highly recommend for prenatal massage. I just moved to area and it super reasonable for pricing and they run through everything. Wish I found them sooner in my pregnancy

Probably the worst place you could choose. They say they take your insurance, then after service theyll tell you that they no longer take it... but you can buy a package. Shady business practices and the owner verbally threatened me. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy.
