I have been going there for around 3 years now regularly. the staff there has always been very polite and all around cool people. Every time ive been in Brandon has been very nice and helpful. He and Reese are usually the ones there when i come in and they rock. All around good people and would definitely recommend this store to family, friends and anybody else.

Stopped in once after my regular vape joint closed, & have been a very happy customer ever since.This is a one stop shop for anyone who vapes-either disposable or regular. Their selection is the largest I’ve seen, & products are easily visible behind glass. They have vape kits, a vast inventory of different coils, replacement glass, & hundreds of different juices/nic salts.The disposable vape section has any brand/flavor you could think of. I’ve bought probably 100 disposables, & only one crapped out early & tasted burnt. But who hasn’t had that happen?They currently are running a 20% off sale on all of their disposables when you purchase 2~so basically you’re getting 2-for $40.Chief Cotton Mouths staff have been very helpful, & more then happy to help w/any vape issues too.

Quick shout out to Brandon (tizzy) for always having incredible energy and always being extremely helpful! Been visiting this store 4-5 times a week for a little over a year and everytime I visit he is always taking care of every customer that walks through the door by doing more than just selling the product, asks how your day is and overall super personable! Great products! Their glass is quality and I love the selection. I highly recommended the Quartz Castle. By far the BEST nail I’ve ever used. It’s fragile so be careful. I’m actually more impressed with their service. I live on the East Coast and can’t find anything similar over here. I tried placing an order for the Quartz Castle but my order kept getting refunded. After calling the store I was informed they were sold out and they would contact me when more arrived. I thought “yeah right, they’ll never call, they’re too busy”. But to my surprise, they actually took the time to call me when they resupplied! Awesome customer service! You just don’t see service like that very much these days. Maybe it’s because I live in New Jersey where most people are a-holes. Either way I definitely recommend Chief Cottonmouth for all your smoking needs!

Ive now gotten to know the employees, Ive realised theyre doing fantastic.. Even gave me a discount when I had a bit of bad luck. Reese is incredible! Honestly if I knew all their names id single them out as fantastic because they areHonestly these guys deserve a raise and an extra day off with same pay.

A long time local small business that I frequent many times. The employees are fantastic, the selection of products is vast, and the prices are reasonable. All in all, this is a great head shop.

After moving to Washington, this was the first shop we tried out. She was AMAZING. She was by far one of the friendliest people we have met in the area. After talking to her for awhile about the area & random things in general, she found out we were on a strict budget & gave us a great deal to make sure we could get everything we needed.I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I went in there yesterday for the first time. I need a bowl for my bong and didnt know the size or anything. The employee was helpful and patient. Not only did she politely and thoroughly help me but she took EXTRA time just to help me pick the one that best complimented my pieces design. Top notch service and so many options. 👏👏👏👏

Do NOT buy from here. I went in asking questions about a couple products. When I asked for a price a gentleman came over and UNLOCKED the glass case so I could see the product. He told me the price and I was greatly appreciated. I had to ponder it for a bit. It wasnt even 3 minutes to be honest, so I walked back in and decided to purchase it the price damn nearbdoubled. Mind you,bit was behind glass that was locked. The STICKER on it said $79.99. And there was TWO to choose from. And they BOTH had the exact same price. Their excuse was it must be from someplace else. Then WHY and HOW was it overlooked when it was placed on the shelf? Sorry, but thats some shady business if you ask me. Its one thing if the public had access to it and was able to change the tag, but it wasnt. I try to buy local and from independent shops, but ill never come back here. I suggest you do the same.

I walked into the store for the first time in at least 2 years and was pleasantly greeted by a sincerely kind woman from behind the counter. Extremely helpful in every way, exactly as she was the previous time, I remember. Picked up some glass cleaner and this old hand me down from pappy shined up, something nice, I tell you.

Never had issues before, I grew up close by and have gone here for all my smoking needs since I turned 18. On my most recent visit the guy working ignored me and my boyfriend. I had to say excuse me 4 times before he finally answered me and the last time I had to yell it. We were going to buy a bong but since he couldnt be bothered to pay us any attention we left without spending any money.

These guys always take care of me! Im so happy that they are in my neighborhood. They always have what I need and address me by name, thats pretty cool because they are so busy. Stop by and take a look at all the stuff they have to offer, youll become a returning customer just like me!

This store is by far my favorite smoke shop. Upon walking in you will feel surrounded by warmth and just a feeling of overall comfort. Shop keepers are so pleasant and genuine and when I bought my crystals there the woman seemed as excited to be showing them to me as I did to be buying and touching them, something that was special to me. Best smoke shop in the area for a long while.

The customer service was incredible. We got there a little after closing on a Sunday and the man working got out of his truck (when he could have just left) and opened the whole store back up so that we could make a quick purchase. The selflessness was great, I will definitely come back.

The woman who works there is really nice, helpful, and kind. She definitely knows her stuff, no matter which section of the store you browse. Plus, this is one of the only places Ive found the refillable CCELL carts for distillate and oils.

I always make sure to leave a review for any place that has great customer service. Wish i got the cashiers name but shes great, very nice and helpful. The stores got lots of cool stuff to check out too.

Best glass/vape/accessory shop thats in relatively short driving distance (best headshop within 45min of driving in any direction) of where I live.. the pretty girl with glasses that works on weekends is super knowledgeable and nice an easily able to answer all my dumb questions.... Not to mention other headshots and even worse corner stores charge up the ying yang for basic a** bongs that I cant seem to not break very quickly ( broke 1 corner store bong within 24 hours of buying it, and not because I dropped it but just cause the heat an how thin it was and poorly made they are) .. so if u want quality , knowledgeable staff and best prices Ive come across , seriously go here.. I pass like 5-6 head shops on the way to get to cottonmouth cause there just isnt any contest...

Went here today looking for Kratom. The woman working there was very knowledgeable about it and recommended a few products. She has the same problem I have and I felt like we had an instant connection. I also asked about CBD oil. Again very knowledgeable and recommended a product. Im looking forward to trying these products. Ill be back!

I come this establishment multiple times throughout the year they have a wide range of product with amazing prices and some seriously awesome workers, one of which I had the pleasure of befriending, that being said if you need anything from a new water pipe they gotchu or some kratom they gotchu this place is absolutely awesome!!!

I always love coming to this place. The clerks are very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgable about the things they sell, always willing to make accomodations and suggestions if something isnt just right. They sell food, which is a big plus, and the shop is laid out in a way thats not confusing or intimidating for the first time customer. If youre in dire need of some herbs or decent pipes/bongs, food, lighters and much more, this will be your one stop shop!

I was reassured the bulletproof x2 mouthwash would work and it absolutely did not. Its not appropriate to guarantee something when there is no real guarantee.

Chief Cottonmouth is a neat shop, been going there for years. I feel as of recently their glass selection slimmed down and is over-priced. Yet, their customer service is good. I have taken many friends here and still will.

KRATOM specialists here. THE BEST and most knowledgeable staff this side of Seattle. Great prices also. Sad I moved away. Gas is expensive having to drive here now.

Alright so i go here like three times a month to get kratom for me and my wife. after trying a bunch of different types and finding the one we like and going in to buy it it frequently is sold out which is fine no big deal things happen. but when i ask about when its is coming depending on who is working i have gotten wildly different results the lady who works there trys to suggest other things that would be similar or tells me when the shipment is coming the man who works their acts like he wants me out of the store and gives me vague almost passive aggressive answers when i am dropping over 200 a month there every month. when i call asking if it is in stock its a similar situation. i like the store i like the lady i want to keep buying this product as it works very well but its becoming an issue and am already looking for a new place to purchase my goods.Edit: my repsonse to this changed my mindExcellent store!

This place has a huge selection. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful. I just visited for the first time today and will be coming back soon! Very worth a long road trip if you are trying to decide.

I highly highly recommend this place, the staff is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My husband suffers from really bad back pain and the full spectrum CBD tincture they recommended started working almost immediately.

Went there the first day they opened. Still stop in every now and again. Whatever your interest is be it tobacco, weed, kratom, glass, vape or just to grab a beer they can help ya out. Friendly staff (as you would expect from a head shop) and good service. Seem to be getting pretty crowded with merchandise though.

I LOVE this place. Has a good selection of Kratom and awesome quality. Went last night at 9:20 pm and it was closed, I only went this late because it states on here that it closes at 10 but I dont fault them. If business is slow, then why stay open that late!?!? Worked in retail in the past so its totally understandable. This place still gets 5 stars(would give more if I could) Because the staff is always so friendly and they have helped me recommending strains to help me kick my need for pain pills. I have an immense amount of pain , have Rhumatoid arthrtis and another auto immune disease where its so bad i have a Port a Cath and get regular infusions, these illnesses have left me in the worst pain resulting into multiple surgerys and my body relys on something to get through the day. Was tired of the effects of all the pain meds my doc kept prescribing, they eventually stopped working, so what happens? The doc just prescribes higher doses, smh. Working in healthcare, I need something to help with the demand that my job leaves on my body. This place has saved my life, organs as well as my colon 😂😂 opiate constipation is real!!!! Need Kratom for pain, sleep, energy mood swings or just to give you a good kick for the day? And dont want to order online? This is the place!!! I promise you, you will feel the difference & be so thankful for them that they supply a good quality! I am a regular customer and have not found a better place that sells legitimate Kratom Strains!!! Thank you HEAD CHIEF COTTONMOUTH! Cheapest place ive found for kratom in pierce county. Its a bit of a drive for me but they start at 100 dollar kilo. 175 is the max. Great selection and help.

I got an enail from this place for $220, took it home found it left more medicine in the crystal quartz cup fastened to a titanium nail resting on top of a stove top burner shaped element you push down over the post of the nail and secure the quartz nail. No matter what temperature it was et to, it hasnt worked right. I called and complained and offered to pay a restocking fee for the nail, and take the difference in trade in the shop for a rig... No dice... I got scammed... but I have learned and I will be taking this up with the Greater Seattle Area Better Business Bureau.... I am a medical patient and someone loaned me the money to get this device and I now owe them the money and still do not have a better way to medicate.... guy probably doesnt realize I am a legitimate medical patient.
