The owner and employees here are amazing, incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and have great customer service skills! I love this place, highly recommend, great convenient location, fun to joke around with the workers! Impressive selection of juices, salts, disposables, and mods! They even honor a 10% military discount! Definitely staying loyal to them!

A young man helped me. I believe his name was Burk, maybe? He was so amazing and helpful. So kind and knowledgeable. This is the place to stop people. With so many options out there, it helps to have information. This way youll buy only what you need. These guys didnt try to sell me a bunch of stuff. Only what I wanted. Love this place!

After visiting several vape shops around town, I can tell you this was like the difference between shopping in a department store and visiting a tailor. The staff was so knowledgeable they answered questions I didnt even ask. Fantastic experience. Ill never spend my money anywhere else again

My fiance goes here on the regular. It has a very nice selection of juices, and great prices. I know he also enjoys the point system they have, hes always getting free stuff. Keep up the amazing job!

This place is AWESOME!! The one that has helped me both times Ive been there I think his name is Frank.Sold me my mod and helped me with everything I needed. He has really helped me and went above and beyond!!! The grape drank from Dakota juice is amazing and! Today there was sales on alot of their products so was about the same price I was paying online or cheaper. I am very impressed with Black Hills Vapors because it is the #1 place to go and I have no interest in going anywhere else

*Edit* I love Ghetto but I will never set foot in that store again. The behavior of the woman working was atrocious, what was a friendly encounter turned extremely petty with her saying nasty things as she walked in the back.No thanks, Ill buy my juice elsewhere where people dont feel the need to be snotty or rude. Im only one customer but Im not supporting businesses who hire and keep on rude employees.----‐------------------------------The Canyon Lake store has been a better fit for me, but Ive bought all of my juice from them for 3+ years now.

My experience was top notch. Frank over at the Westside location was great. Im new to the whole vaping thing and he was an excellent guide; he didnt try to upsell me or any of those shenanigans. He walked me through use, benefits, and drawbacks of the products in the shop, all in all excellent service. No BS, real person, real respect. I dig it.

After quite a bit of reading and a resulting headache, I ventured out to Black Hills Vapors on Canyon Hills Dr. Trevor was awesome! He took the time to explain things in detail and answered all my questions. He made a recommendation for a unit but did not have any in store. I went over to the downtown store and spoke with Derek. He was just as knowledgeable and helpful. The store only had one unit in stock and I didnt care for the color. He made an alternate recommendation to me based on what I was looking for. Long story short, both guys took the time to make sure I started off with a positive vaping experience. I havent visited the other stores in town and likely wont. Thank you again to Trevor and Derek for an awesome first experience at your stores. If you are new to vaping, you should certainly stop in and give them a try! I am glad I did.

Friendly staff that always want the best for the customer.The other day I broke the glass on my tank. No matter what I did I couldn’t get the glass out of the housing. I tried everything I had available to me aka pliers, but it didn’t budge. The staff helped me get the old broken glass out and replace it with new glass using the in-store vise. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of help or advice.

Awesome place! Was visiting from out of town and in need of some juice and new enough to vaping that I had no idea what flavor I was looking for. Chris was super helpful in picking out a flavor and getting me set up with a new upgraded pod for my Orion. He even updated it for me. Thanks again Chris!Definitely stop in if youre needing anything vape related.

If youre going to be closed, could I suggest that you at least update the hours on Google or the signboard at the front? Open 9AM-9PM every day of the week but everytime I stop there, nobodys home. Stopped by 2PM on monday, called multiple times Tuesday, and called multiple times today. Nobody home.

Where to begin... I was thoroughly impressed with Kids ability to really find me what I was looking for without pressuring or pushing a certain product/line on me; whether it was a calculated sales approach, or just second nature, he sold me from the second I walked in the door. He was very personable and kind, knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to find the correct fit for the type of smoker/vaper I am. By the end of the interaction, I was almost more interested in talking to him than I was purchasing my kit! Im a relative newbie to the vape world, but he made me feel right at home. The product lines are great, the selection had more than enough to find the type of products I was looking for, and the variety and sheer amount of juices available is... impressive doesnt even begin to describe it! I walked-out with a Baja Blast Mountain Dew flavored juice, myself, and it is phenomenal; just my taste. I can assure the owner, and the rest of the staff, that I wont be shopping for related items anywhere else! Wonderful service, anything you need, everything. This business is, undoubtedly, a gem in these Hills (especially considering they are locally-based and are quickly gaining traction in the area and now online). No wonder their reviews are so good. Ill be back soon and really appreciate what theyre doing here.

I dropped my mod visiting Mt. Rushmore in the rain, and I was extremely weary visiting a random vape shop in a city Ive never been too.My fears were unfounded. While they didnt care my previous model, the sales person was extremely knowledgeable about the devices they did carry. I was given a couple of devices to compare, and I truly apperciated how I wasnt forced to only consider the most expensive one. I purchased an Alpha One and it turns out I actually enjoy it more than my previous mod.Prices are very fair - I usually always buy online only, but I didnt feel like I was getting ripped off at all. If this vape shop was closer to me (I dont live in South Dakota), I would certainly visit it more.

Highly recommend. I’m a cancer patient from Minnesota who’s medical vape pen died while I was visiting Rapid City. The owner found a charger for me in the back and didn’t even charge me. Very sweet man.
