Cool spot tucked out of the way; easy to miss if not paying attention. They have anything you could possibly want vape-wise. I needed a battery for my carts and they cut me a break of two bucks because I was short. When I inevitably lose this battery, Thrifty is where I’m going for a new one.

I love they have a drive up....They also now have a loyalty program that saves you extra cash.... Well as of 3/2024, and when you buy two packs of marlboros anyway. Prices seem average for the area. Most their employees are very friedly. The store itself has a very small interior but they seem to carry a good variety of smoke and alcohol options. Be sure to check hours of operation, esp if its later evening, ive missed them a few times. their hours must be shorter on the weekends too

Very unhappy with employee working today. I used the drive up window since I had my child with me and didn’t want to leave her in the car alone. After telling the lady what I needed, she walked away with the window still open and started talking with the guest inside the store about “hating having a drive up because if people have 2 kegs they can walk their lazy a**es in the store and buy stuff” as she handed me my item and I gave her my card and tell her I use the drive up because I have my child. But she again continues with this other lady but points to me at the window to tell her what I said. I asked her if she could just go run my card and have their conversation afterwards. This must have made her upset because as I sat there for 5 minutes waiting for my card back, I watched her take all the time in the world to slowly run my card, get the receipt and pen on clipboard, walk to part of the store from behind counter for something, all while still conversing with the same guest in the store. She either needs to have some training in customer service and professionalism, or go find other employment.

I started working there and the manager on my first day was crying the whole morning cause she was accused of stealing money. So i got no traing. I was never given a schedule but yet i was fired. Took them 2 weeks to get me paid after pay paid. When i finally went to get paid i was told to stay away from there. Bad place for customer service also employee was very rude. I went weeks without pay i was just doing want i was told go do to cash my check.

I went in to buy a carton of cigarettes and the lady said 9h, I cant sell you that because I only have one carton left and I have to make it last 5 days. Ive never, in my life grabbed the last 6pack of beer or anything else and been told 8 cant buy it because it has to last 5 days. They are clearly not interested in my money, so I will no longer make any purchase here

I Didnt have a very GOOD experience and in the end got wrong product cashier cussed when I changed mind on AN item. THATS NOT customer service Didnt get MY actual receipt just what they charged MY Credit card thats it.

This Thrifty Smoke Shop had a nice variety if RYO (Roll Your Own) tobacco & supplies. Very friendly staff. Ill be doing business with them again during my next visit to RC.

Friendly staff. Always have what you need. My husband was deployed and they always knew the brand and who I was when I walked in. Excellent place. I dont buy my cigarettes anywhere else now

What a joke. I called to see the hours. The guy said open until 9pm. When I arrived place was closed. A guy told me that there was a second location and the second location was open until 9! I drove to the second location and it was closed too. And it was 630 pm .

They always order my dad Busch NA, the staff are super friendly and their prices rock.

St Patrick Thrifty Smoke Shop is great! My favorite and is a bigger one I usually go to ,is on corner of LaCrosse and East North St.at lights. Its a great smoke shop and friendly service!

Not happy with the recent change of management/staff at this location. And the stock is always low - looks like the place is going out of business with the lack of stock on hand.
