This store needs to update their number or whatever it takes to fix the fact that they are unreachable by phone. It’s been this way pretty much since they moved from down the street; either you get the immediate “the number you have dialed is no longer in service” message, or it rings infinitely. I’m not about to drive to your shop if I don’t know that you have what I need. Griffin has what us approaching a monopoly on good vape shops in Richmond—not to sound like a Karen, but so expect better than this.

Sometime around December 9, 2023 I unkowingly bought a used torch from them with barely any fluid left. So the person I got the present for lets me know it isnt working and I call the shop. The person on the says I cant get a refund because its been too long. Which is stupid cause why am I punished for buying something that shouldnt have been used yet.

Man, I came in with my vape system that’s I’ve been using for years and got a whole new one (vaporesso) and I am so happy with this purchase. Very friendly staff and really felt like a friend giving me good advice. I’ll make this my to-go vape shop.

By far the best vape shop in RVA customer service is beyond amazing. Had issue with new vape kit went back in no questions asked just fixed the issues. If you want a vape shop that goes above and beyond this is the place thank you for taking such great care of your customers and for recommending sad boy butter cookie beyond awesome

George was an outstanding salesman. He is well equipped with customer service skills, knows how to tend to and manage a large crowd in an appropriate fashion. When it was my turn to be taken care of, he did exactly that. Made me feel welcome, helped explain parts of my mod I didnt know of, and sold me some equipment to have a better vaping experience. George is wonderful person and I will be back strictly because of this mans kindness and attentiveness.

Stopped by the shop simply to submit a request for a favorite e-juice of choice. I met Rob for the first time since venturing there and meeting other crew members prior to. Great guy, very down to earth and insightful. To make a long story short, I went there for one thing and left with a new friend in addition to a pack of much needed new coils and a bottle of e-juice that Id otherwise wouldve put off until payday. This visit was especially meaningful and Im very pleased with the overall service I received today!

George is great!! Wonderful guy really nice, but thats not all! Griffin vape is well stocked with anything vape related you could need. The prices are very fair and the quality of the product is pretty consistent. Gonna pay George a visit when they open!

Only place Ill go for my vaping needs. They have everything I need and if they dont, theyll get it. Absolutely above and beyond. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Total pros. I wont go anywhere else.

Asked for apple flavored juice since they didnt carry the brand I use. I specifically stated I DID NOT want anything with even a small hint of berry included. I spent $20 on a bottle of juice that I cannot use. The kid there needs to listen to what customers are telling him and not just selling them what he wants just to make a sale

Will is a wonderful employee, very knowledgeable and well versed in all things related to his job. Open space, lots of choices and every thing has great prices, definitely recommend stoping by this shop or making the trip to this shop if you vape
