I had a great experience and will be coming again. The owner Tanya talks to you first about your needs then explains to the therapist the type of massage you need. The facility is very nice and there is plenty of parking. I paid with Zelle.

Made my appointment over the phone, was accepted same day. Arrived a few minutes early for paperwork. Hostess in the front asked about my problem areas and we discussed them. Individual who massaged me was never seen; my face was covered with a towel any time I was on my back and my sides. After massage was over, individual who massaged me asked me to wait until she left the room to uncover my face. It was an odd experience although the massage was immaculate.After I had dressed, I went to the front with the hostess to pay; I payed with cash, but the hostess pulled out a tablet for card payment and seemed disappointed that I did not want to pay via card.She then said there is a $15 dollar MINIMUM tip.How strange that an establishment is charging consumers via tipping. Again it was odd. I had already planned on tipping exactly $15 but because the hostess made it seem absolutely necessary to tip, I will not be returning. Visit at your own risk.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Manow and Kim were absolutely amazing. My wife had a Thai massage, and was very pleased with how Kim got out her muscle knots. I weight lift, and had very sore knotted up hamstrings/traps/glutes/claves. Manow found my knots and stretched me out. It was literally the best massage I have had.

I came here for the first time last night. I just came back from a vacation in Thailand and fell in love with Thai massage. This place is amazing. I got the most fantastic massage and left there feeling like I was floating on a cloud. Tanya was very kind and knowledgeable and immediately knew exactly what was going on with my back after describing my issues. They have definitely gained a repeat customer.. I highly recommend.

Come here at your own risk. The masseuses don’t speak English and do not know how to listen well. I got a back massage that was so hard I’m now lying in my bed aching.Edit: In response to the business’s reply - while my remarks about the masseuse’s weight may have been bluntly stated. I was not attacking her personally. I informed the owner that she was too heavy to stand on someone’s back and perform an Ashiatsu. I told her that I’ve had that massage done many times, and most times, it’s by women of a smaller, slender stature. This woman was not. The owner was particularly offended by the remarks because that was her daughter. Go figure… I apologized for my choice of words but stood behind the intent of my statement. I also informed her that I was very frustrated, given that the girl couldn’t communicate with me at all! She just came in and started. She never asked about particular sensitivities or sore areas, and it didn’t help that she was heavy-handed.I’m a bigger guy myself, so I understand why she may have tried to start with more force, but she didn’t listen to my instructions when I told her it was too much and painful. I informed the owner that had I gotten to see the masseuse before we began, I would’ve asked for a different masseuse.I sat there and had a 30-minute conversation with the owner afterward, who was distraught with my feedback, but I remained patient and professional. However, when I expected that they would waive the cost or at least offer a steep discount, she demanded I pay the full price. Begrudgingly, I did, but I left extremely upset. Once again, go at your own risk. In their response to my review, they used suggestive language to insinuate I had malintent. That couldn’t be further from the truth, and it says more about the owner and her unwillingness to take responsibility for a customer’s terrible experience.

Tanya is very knowledgeable, welcoming, and helpful as she helped me navigate to me some very serious problems I’ve been having while training for a marathon. I come rather frequently and I can’t really see my life without healing therapy in general moving forward. 10/10 would recommend to all my neighbors, friends, and colleagues and well you! WOW! Had my first visit today to help relieve some sciatic nerve pain and stress points. The environment is clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.My masseuse was wonderful! She was very communicative worked on my problem issues and quickly was able to determine my tension spots and relieve the pressure. The ability to use her feet was amazing as the pressure was what I needed! Then she used hot rocks for a soothing massage. Overall a great experience and I will be back!!Also great rear parking lot with easy access.

I have gone to plenty of massage places before but this one has got to be the best place I have ever been to. The amount of time and detail they put into certain parts of your body to release pressure and muscle pain is incredible. The way they gently stretch and adjust your body to your needs is something no other massage places have ever done. I usually go to a chiropractor before getting any massage but this time I didn’t and it was even better. My husband and I will definitely be back for more.

I had one of the most incredible experiences by coming here. Tanyas is a blessing, such a wonderful person, she genuinely cares about your well being and overall health. It was my first time getting a massage in general, let alone a combination massage, but she walked me through it so I always knew what to expect, and I walked out of there feeling better than I have in months. I would recommend coming here if you have any chronic issues, especially with your back. The massage room is very comforting and welcoming, the music is very relaxing, and the balms and oils used felt wonderful.

I got my first Thai and hot stone massage here. I want to thank the therapists here so much because I had certain areas that were so tight and in pain. I started on a three week trial, and from there decide if I wanted to continue coming in. I was sold on the first massage but waited until after the trial to leave a review. I dont think Ill be going anywhere else. The stretching and techniques they use is completely different from a regular massage at say, a Massage Envy. Thanks again as I now feel so much better! OMG!!! The holy grail of massages!! 90 minutes of deep tissue massage by mostly feet and elbows, some hand stretching, pressure points, unlike anything I have ever had before. AMAZING (albeit kind of painful) but worked the knots and pressure points for instant better range of motion. Very professional, clean and courteous! Highly recommend.

May 31, 2018They speak English. I got a 1 hour massage.I asked for backwalking and she did a good job throughout the massage. They also do stretching and she was strong so a couple of times I had to tell her to ease up a bit. It can be painful. But overall a good massage and I felt good afterwords. This is a legit place for massage only. Dont expect anything else.

I was referred by a friend after having some back pain. I was hesitant to go because my experience with people walking on my back was painful and didn’t seem beneficial. I could tell right away Manow was very professional educated in the methods. After my massage she gave feedback of what she felt in my back and neck. She gave me some stretches and exercises I needed to do to help improve my back pain. I literally felt amazing the entire next week. I went back two weeks later for the 90 minute. It’s was more thorough. I have since gone back two more times. I’ve started looking at Holistic as a wellness program instead of a massage.

I got injured at work and my chiropractor suggested massage therapy. I came here because of all the good reviews and am so glad I did. I didnt have to say anything and they found my problem and old injuries and knots from those that have bothered me for years. My arm doesnt fall asleep while its bent when Im driving or sleeping anymore, and my other injury is healed and I have mobility back. Sometimes the massage pressure can hurt, but its worth it. Thank you so much for helping me. I want to take better care of myself now that I know I can improve and heal.

I guess Ive had knots built up in my body for years due to my job, long shifts and sitting. I didnt realize you can have knots other places in my body lol. I was able to get some knots/toxins removed from my body after a couple of visits. I will continue to go here until all my knots/toxins are removed. With the deep tissue massage, it felt like going to a chiropractor but better.

Working with Tanya has been life changing. I didnt realize how much tension I was holding in my body all of these years. For several months I had pain in my neck going back to the shoulder blade, I tried stretching exercises where I felt some relief, but the pain always came back. I’d take ibuprofen nightly, I had even gone to a chiropractor but all he did was the same cracks and stretches that he does on everybody, but last week, at the urging of my wife, I finally decided to visit a massage center. I went to the Sanctuary Holistic Therapy Thai Massage center because my wife goes there regulary and she highly recommeded it. Boy did that make difference! After my first visit I felt so much relief, the relief was incredible!I don’t normally write reviews even for places that I love, but I feel so greatful for the relief I finally got that I must share my experience with others that are in pain and would like to try something that works. Tanya did her magic on me, she massaged and stretched me and I feel the difference! I’ll be honest, some of the moves Tanya did on me did hurt a bit, but it was so worth it! Her knowledge on joints, muscles and nerves is obviouly extensive, she knew exactly what I needed based on the pain I had.I give the Sanctuary Holistic Therapy Thai Massage center a 5 star rating because it helped me so much. The atmosphere is soothing, the place is clean, the staff is friendly and experienced, and the prices are reasonable!

My family and I have visited this massage therapy over the last four years. The masseuses are well trained, professional, and friendly. I have tried many massages at other chains such as Massage Envy in the riverside plaza and this location is better priced and provides better results. I highly recommend to anyone needing a massage!

So glad I found this massage place. Tanya is such a professional, she new exactly how to fix my problem. I had this terrible pain running down the back of my left leg which turned out to be the Sciatic nerve. I felt tremendous relief after the first massage and after a couple more visits the pain was completly gone. Manow is the best masseuse (and beautiful too).As a software engineer, Im sitting down most of the day. My lower body is super tight most of the time. Tanya and her daughter have worked on my body for several months. I went from yelping in pain initially to now being able to relax during the combo and thai massages. They are very knowledgeable about their trade and take the time to educate you, listen, and theyre like a family. I love coming here at least once monthly for body theraphy.

A friend recommended that I try getting massage for my shoulder pain. I do a lot of sitting at a computer and the tension gets into my shoulders and neck. I stopped into Sanctuary Holistic Therapy because the name looked cool and I was looking to be healed. Manow is the younger masseuse so I was worried about her skill. In fact, she is very good at finding all of the knots in my back and shoulders. Well worth it.

I hurt myself during my workout so I went to get a regular massage at the mall, that didnt work, cupping, that didnt work, the chiro and more cupping that didnt work, so a month later I still had this horrible pain, I couldnt stand up and laying down hurt even worse. On a Sunday yes a Sunday my only day off I called Sanctuary Holistic Therapy told her about my pain she said Come in today I will 100% fix that so I did and like magic the pain went away within 2 days, that hr and a half massage saved me. Everyone needs to be coming here

I visited this place yesterday for my lower back pain. Their techniques are wonderful. I got immediate relief and today almost no pain. I am suffering since last one year and went to other places and wasted money. I would like to give them 7 🌟 if possible and highly reccomend to any one for best massage.
