Visited for the Doors tribute band. This spot is great! Lots of room on the floor in front of the stage to stand and move around;however, they do offer seating if you buy a ticket to sit. Had two stations for buying drinks and line moved very quickly. Looking forward to visiting for another concert.Only gave 4 stars due to I did not use restrooms and they needed a few more trash cans around, everyone was throwing their cans and cups all over the floor.
Venue is great. Security was extra thorough even tho I followed the rules what was allowed thru the gate. Next time bring a clear bag. Solid color bags are scrutinized to extra checking.
Last night me my fiance and my friend and his fiance went to a concert here, and we drove 2+ hours to get here. As we got to the venue to go up to our balcony seating, which we reserved 2+ months ago, and we paid $600+, we see that one of the seats was broken. We brought it up to one of the staff that the seat was broken and the manager talked to me and my friend, they told us what they can do. What was their best resolution??Go downstairs in the GA area, stand there the entire show, and give us tickets to another show. I do not want to come back here. We were just shocked by what we had just heard. After they said this to us, my friend told them that if we do go downstairs in the GA area, nobody can sit here, and you may not resell our seats. The manager rolled his eyes and kept giving us an attitude. Very unprofessional of them.We go down to the GA and we see couple of employees walking around with a tablet and on the screen it says Seat upgrade, then we asked them for us to be seated in those seat upgrade areas after explaining to them our situation. They told us they would not he able to do so until the show began, and it was sold out.The show started, and there were a lot of empty seats where the seat upgrade people would have sat. If you ever have your favorite band/artist coming here, I suggest you really think about it before making the drive.I would not come back to this venue ever again, even if my favorite performer (s) come here.Very bad experience, we didnt enjoy our time and did not enjoy the concert. The staff could have done way more than they offered us, horrible venue and even more horrible staff.(I have provided photos of the empty upgrade seats and the broken chair.)
Super cute venue, if you book ground level they have seats and standing area for anyone worried about having to stand all night! Staff was great! Drinks are good and decently priced, would definitely come back!
Love this place, it has seating area, a balcony, a patio upstairs and and downstairs. A few bars located so there is no long lines. The DJ played a little of everything, but the live concert was just the best. Definitely recommend this place. Downtown Riverside was beautiful at night. Loved it had so much fun!!!!!
Ive been here twice. Once for midget wrestling and once for a concert, it was a fantastic venue for both. You expect an older building when you look st it from the outside buts its really nice when you walk through the doors
Yooo the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Even security is chill. They all do their job but they understand people are there to have a good time. Idk what yall company policy is for customer service, but it exceeds expectations. By far the best concert venue Ive been at. Ive gone to a few concerts here throughout the years and havent had any problems. Only thing I would change/add is charging docks or rented phone chargers.
We were just walking by with the kids and one of the security guards asked us if we would like free tickets!! It was a night well spent!! The Selena tribute concert was just amazing and my 13 daughter was so thrilled to be at her first real concert. The DJ seamed like he played for hours with all kinds of good music!! We danced the whole night. Security was well maintained and it felt safe for the whole family. We have tickets for the next event.
I saw Movements here back in April. Great venue. There is just one problem. It was really hot in there. No ac and so much body heat definitely hindered the experience.
I enjoy seeing shows here, it is local. However, as someone who cant stand for long periods of time I wish they would utilize a platform at the back of the GA (the handicapped area now is up in the balcony) area so that wheel chair users and someone like myself can sit, but be at standing height) I have seen this and used this type of set up at other venues. The included pictures were from the balcony
Went for electric feels and omg! The place is amazing, clean, gorgeous, and the security went above and beyond. Wish I could have caught his name but this security guard saw this girl that had a bit too many drinks and checked out the situation and handed her a free water bottle to make sure she was OK. Like wow! These are the kind of security you want around you. Made me feel 100% safe to enjoy the night! It was amazing!! Ty!
I came here to see Ghost in May of 2018. First time at the venue and although they didnt seem prepared for a show of this magnitude, I still thoroughly enjoyed myself. The place is absolutely beautiful and situated in a beautiful area. We got there early and had some great Mexican food before the show. This part of town is very walkable and I wish I had spent the night to explore more. The venue has an outdoor courtyard with a BBQ pit. There are bars everywhere and the sound was perfect. Youre definitely living it up in a venue like this. Cant wait to go back.
It was cool first time going did not take long to get in and get my seat the seats were pretty small and trying to leave your seat was pretty difficult every one had to get up to move but could see the stage pretty good and was cool I would go agin
One of the best venues Ive been in. The sound is amazing and I love the balcony area as well as the outside area. Can be outside and still listen to the music very well.
Great access to the stage or room for dancing plus seating on two levels. I saw a fun concert there, Wild Child, a Doors tribute band. I couldnt give it 5 stars due to the lack of concessions. I took forever to get a beverage. Nice ambiance, though.
My boyfriend and I went to see Wild Child featuring Dave Brock. We had a blast! Great sound. All of the employees were friendly and professional. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Also, the architecture of this building is amazing.
Awesome venue. Decent sized with great sound. We saw aqua in concert here and loved the layout. The balcony seating is a great option. It is nice they have a general open floor area as well. So its great to always have the option.
Nice place to see a show. Good sound system. Friendly employees and good security. Thats it
The recent concert with Inspector was amazing! The sound was amazing along with the lighting effects. The security was always on the look out to make sure everything was okay. However, the bag policy is what made my rating for this visit low. So many people were going back to leave their bags because they were too big. You either need a clear bag or a really small bag. Most women cannot fit their sanitary products, wallet and phone in a bag as tiny as that. The parking is sort of messy as well. Theres isnt parking near the auditorium exactly, but you can always go to the nearby pay for parking lots.
One of the coolest venues Ive been too. Spacious, with in about door areas.
I went for the Prince Tribute concert they had going on! MAN, when I tell you I had an amazing time, I really meant I had an AMAZING TIME! The atmosphere was so nice and since I hadnt been here before, I wasnt sure what it was going to be like inside. It was so pretty! And had a lot more space than I was expecting. The show was overall a success. I loved it!
This is where the party is at it puts Riverside in the map when it comes to clean and fun events the staff is really professional at all levels of course the VIP crew is on top of their business totally worth it
Great show, layout works great for performances. No AC!!!
Its ridiculous how there was no air conditioning in this place. I will never come again or any of my friends
Went to see Badfish here and the venue was great. It was spacious and well equipped with good acoustics. The staff and security were friendly. Expect a pat down and search before going in as well several police officers hanging around outside the venue just to keep you safe 🙄. The water is way overpriced but the drinks arent because they want you to get dehydrated. The bathrooms were pretty well stocked and clean considering what goes on in them. The reason this got 4 stars is because the inside of the venue was basically being hot boxed. I get that weed is legal now and it was a Sublime show but some people go to shows to appreciate the music, not to get high. I was disappointed that people could so easily smoke inside the venue and nothing was being done about it.
In the heart of downtown Riverside ...a place you can go that is a guaranteed great time!! When you come to the Riverside Municipal Auditorium youll have the pleasure of seeing many different bands..and when you hear the music because its enclosed and a rather small venu (i prefer) its outstanding!! You will feel it run thru your body..its intense!!!! For being a music junkie ive been to quite a few lil spots in my time, out of em all id like to say this in indeed in my top 10 ...
Nice atmosphere..the sound was better than expected..only gripe was the entrance ..slow to move the crowd but we got in before the show started..plenty of room and seating area..beer and alcohol served here...come and enjoy a show
Terrible. The hottest venue I have been to in 15 years of going to shows. A girl passed out from heat exhaustion
I loved this venue. It was beautiful and I love the layered auditorium setting and feeling. VIP was amazing and the staff was absolutely fantastic. This place is very far from my home and I would be very glad to go here again for another show. I only gave it 4 stars because parking sucked around the place. However, there were metered parking spots nearby and it was 2 hour parking between 2 certain times and then free afterwards so it was perfect.
Cumbiatron event was a vibe. Very beautiful place in the heart of Riverside
Saw Aqua. Small venue with good acoustics. 90s band so there was a smaller crowd. Plenty of pit seats. It felt like the balcony crowd could have just joined us in the pits.
Security is rude made me miss my cousins dance been living in Riverside for 49 years and was wanded 2x ridiculous
The venue is small so you can get a good seat from pretty much anywhere. The problem Ive had is that both times Ive been there the place has been really hot which has really affected my experience in a bad way.
There for a dance competition and nice facility. Parking is a possible problem.
Weve been here for a couple of events and really enjoy it. Parking can be a pain so we use a nearby garage but the venue itself is great because its two stories and a balcony area. The auditorium has an open area for dancing and seating for when you need a break. Definitely will be back!
The staff at Riverside Municipal Auditorium are awesome. I went to a show and lost my phone. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Edward at RMS telling me he had phone and can come by and pick it up that day or the next. The following day I called him, he met me at the front door and handed me my phone. I appreciate Edward going that extra mile. So considerate!!
A gem in our area. I have been there a few times previously and as with then, I found it well run and user friendly and a great place to see a concert. I like the general admission that includes seating available if you want to sit or stand. The size of the venue is good. The sound is also good. Ill be there two more times in the next week for other concerts. I thought the staff was professional and its also an amazing building. Only downside I can think of is parking is odd given its downtown location.
I absolutely love this small venue! I am always looking up shows for this venue specifically. It has a pirates of the Caribbean/haunted house atmosphere on the outside. The inside of the venue is the perfect size to be as close as you want to the stage. Sound has always been fantastic and service has always been good.
Truly one of my favorite venues in SoCal. Recently saw Lamb of God, Suicide Silence and Acacia Strain. While the drinks arent the normal show prices - $5.00 for a redbull $5.00 for a liquid death, not horrible...BUT the one thing for certain, to the VENUE - please get a food vendor in house. Something....the corner table with stale $9.00 half bag of popcorn...soggy bun hot dogs and greased ones at that was embarrassing Felt bad for the staff that had to run that nightmare. Pretty bad when my kid wouldnt even eat the hot dog LOLOther than that, security always cool, looking out for the crowd, or jerks causing fights. Doing their job right!
Had a blast at an RnB event recently. The place is really great. Be prepared to stand all night tho, unless you have special seats!
Saw a metal concert here.Audio quality was good but not amazing. Venue had a good size - plenty of seating and standing space alike. The outdoor garden/veranda/patio area is also a nice refuge from the ruckus. The security personnel were able to deal well with a couple of unruly fans, which was nice to see.
Ive been to this venue twice to see concerts. Both times the sound quality was poor. The merchandise booths and food stall were pretty pathetic. They had plenty of carts to get an alcoholic drink, if thats what youre looking for. The interior was old and not in a good way. They need to invest in a bit of interior and sound design. The place has potential which it isnt living up to at the moment.
The venue is old but full of history , the problem we encountered was probably over 100 degrees inside the second floor balcony area. There are cero vents for ventilation, which means youre in an oven.
Good venue, my daughter always enjoys dances there.
We were there on 03.12.22 for Hombres G concert.Everything was fine with the place, but the staff took forever inspecting. We got there early but by the time we get inside the place the band have played like 5 songs already!!! Overall, the staff was nice and polite. The place is nice and restrooms are clean.
Such a great venue for live music concerts! Its big but not too big, acoustics are amazing and overall sound is great! If you ever get the chance to see one of your favorite bands live at The Riverside Municipal Auditorium, Do it!!! You will not regret it.
One of the best venues Ive ever experienced, whether it be the recent Bad Religion show or the local orchestra, the sound profile is one for the records!
The location is downtown Riverside so thats nice. Allow plenty of extra time to find parking as it can be slim pickins depending on when you are there and what all is going on in the area. There are some sketchy people that hang out on the streets and they can be scary. So make sure you arent walking alone. The auditorium is really nice. I was there for a dance competition and there was plenty of seating, with the additional chairs they had set up. Their sound system or the person who operates it needs some help. I was there two different days and the first day the sound was so loud and high pitched it was painful. The next day I brought ear plugs and it was still to loud but not as bad as the day before. They do have a bar down stairs but it is so over priced its not funny. I ordered a can of pop, a regular bag on peanut M&Ms, and a small bag of popcorn and I believe it was nearly $15.00. Also, they only take cards and not cash with nothing anywhere indicating that until youve placed your order and try to pay with cash. I didnt have a card on me and after having waited in line for about 15-20 minutes I wasnt going to go back upstairs to get a card and then come back down and wait in line again. This is just a personal opinion but there was literally no need to be selling alcohol at a kids dance competition. That is on the theater but also on the idiots who feel they cant get through their kids events with our drinking.
The sound quality is one of the worst venues.
I don’t write bad reviews about a place I go have a fun at but I have to write this one Ill just say I work in a certain area as a security guard for a company so after the show I meet one of the bands however I didn’t appreciate the lady who extremely rude idk if she was a security guard or something to another security guard she was telling me you should go back to work backstage or buy a ticket when I asked one the lead singers if I can get a picture he was very nice but the lady in the back was trying to tell me what to do I don’t appreciate that at all the way she treated me over all I had a great experience I think the staff should be a little bit nicer not to mention I was on my side not her side i wasn’t even interfering at all she should know about what I can do and can’t do and I did buy a ticket for her informational it’s just the disrespect i didn’t like
Just attended this venue for the Enanitos Verdes concert and it was amazing! The staff is great, everyone was super friendly, nice and helpful. There was a guy there by the name of Erick who was super nice and helpful when I had to go back to the car to leave my purse. I’ve been to other venues and the staff here definitely takes the award 🥇
Went to see a rock band perform, the venue was small, but not crowded. Everyone had enough space to move around and they had the AC on which was amazing.
Safe, clean, great place for recitals. Their drink prices are a bit steep. $5 for a can of liquid death which is just tap water in a can.
Went there for New Found Glory. The acoustics were pretty good, but that depends a lot on the band and their setup and preferences. Parking was bad but the place was old school and cool. I enjoyed it.
Beautiful building, the standing room only, floor, goes right up to the stage. Seating in the back of the floor, a balcony and Catwalks on either side of the stage. Even the Catwalk bouncers were nice. The new VIP lounge is awesome, at the top floor. Cant wait till they fine tune it and set up parties and sections. I posted some pictures of the new VIP lounge. The VIP Lounge is on the bottom floor now, they will tell you that it was never upstairs but dont believe them,
Saw Zoé here on the 2nd and it was a lot of fun! Very quick & easy HOWEVER there are a couple more restrictions than other venues..1. Ladies just don’t bother bringing a purse at all*they do offer clear vinyl bags before entry, don’t know if it costs though2. Physical proof of vaccination or negative test, meaning you need to bring the card or paper3. Face masks required for entry but not enforced inside (I didn’t see this enforced but just bring a mask to be safe)4. Metal detector before going in so just be prepared for thatOverall, there were technical difficulties and the band couldn’t start till pretty late. I don’t blame anything but the cosmos for that though. The line for the bars were atrociously long. I don’t think this venue was prepared for the amount of people going to drink that night. It is a Mexican show after all haha Other than that,I love that there are seats in the back that are open to GA. That was great especially now during this time when I don’t want to stand super close to everyone.I really like this venue, it’s beautiful and spacious. Will definitely be coming back!
Saw my first concert here to see my favorite band Ghost on 10/18 and it was a fantastic experience! The venue is stunning. Stunning! Staff were very friendly and quick to get everyone through security check. I do hope the RMA will have Ghost play again in the future, I will definitely buy tickets the day they go on sale just like this time. Thank you for a memorable night!
Great local venue. Easy in and out, GA standing was roomy. Security did a great job looking out for people. Hope to attend more events here in the future.
Been to a handful of shows there. Easy to get in if you uber, easy to get out. Great venue, a more small venue, which makes it good in my opinion.
Awesome venue! The staff was great and the bands were amazing!!!!Parking is tough, so arrive early to get nearby parking. There are a couple of parking structures a short 5 minute walk away.
Make sure you buy the tickets online . I have to pay over $20 per ticket for service charge in this place.. the other complain is the way they send you the tickets to your phone. Then they person cant scan the ticket from your phone and you have to go back to box office and get a real ticket and you waist a good part of the concert.. ooh one quick tip. If you are going to buy hot dogs outside the event make sure you ask for the price first. I didnt ask and I pay $10 per hotdog
We saw a great show here. Place was well organized and staff was super nice. Sound was great and beer was cold. What more could you ask for.
The ambiance of this place is great! I really enjoyed the old-town California mission vibe emanating from all of the details – from the chandeliers, sconces and tile benches outside, this place is unique and inviting. It got a little warm in the afternoon and the rows are a little narrow, so it made it hard to totally enjoy. But the bell tower that you can hear from the auditorium makes up for it in charm.
Great spot to check out some local concerts. So far I seen Mon which was pretty good accept for the fact it was really packed were I was standing and couldn’t move that much because everyone was around me. Also it was a bit on the hotter side , I kinda wished it was colder. They checked at the entrance to see If we were vaccinated or had a COVID check which made me feel safer but the fact that it was so crowded made me think twice if I should go back.
Great venue, good sound system and no matter where you sit. You will have a good view of the stage.
Way to hot not enough waters to supply everyone
I’ve enjoyed many fun concerts at the RMA, but a) they really need to boost their AC during hot summer shows, and b) the leg room for the few seats they have is almost nonexistent. Tall people must book seats on the isle or you’ll suffer.
It was a big OKAY. Location is good, but no real guidance on where to park. They dont really sell food so make sure to eat prior or youll be having nachos and popcorn. Oh and they need more bathrooms. The lines were ridiculous.
Everything is good only the parking is inaf in the street and public parking
Came here for a concert and it was a wonderful venue. Not only is it a beautiful building both inside and out, but the staff was excellent and the security made us feel very safe. Id be happy to go back anytime.
First time a very nice place.. all the employees are so chill and nice. Will go back for sure
The security at the entrance was slow so they show was already started when we got in, But I loved the fact that they didnt rushed is to get out, there are some places that they act pretty rude making you get out of the place. So Ill leave it as I love they way the treat us.
Love going to concerts here! Such a great location, shows are intimate and you are really able to connect to the artists. The venue is historic and makes for a great time!
Great venue, but not the best organized. Sound was loud, heavy on the bass end with muffled vocals and low high end treble. Not great acoustics or poor sound engineering. I wouldnt rush back. No craft beers, just 24oz cans of low end beer at a high price. Got frisked pretty intimately as well. Modest Mouse played a great set.
Great venue...my mom went to a show with us and she had to use a cane to walk. The staff took us straight to an elevator so she didnt have to stand in a long line. Once inside there are seats in the back of the room that anyone can sit in (first come first serve). Parking can be a pain but the acoustics are good and staff is great
Great venue for concerts, events. For any business related including health protocols its definitely exagerated. Theres no outside seating areas. Stairways arent easy for some attendees. Usually enjoyed tremendously by the community.
Enjoyed my time at the venue, lots of bars to grab drinks so there are no long lines. A lot larger than I expected it to be. Would definitely recommend coming to an event here.
An incredible venue from the outside - you can just see the history in the architecture and design of the building. There is strict security here for events which is nice because being in the downtown area you can get curious people walking off the street. Its in a central area right off the 91fwy. Parking is a little tedious as you have to park about a half block away, no biggie, but was hard to find when we first arrived.
Ive been here twice, both fun events. Its awesome because if youre going to see an musician, general admission is basically the dance floor! The Prince Tribute concert they had there was amazing, i would rate an A++
I love the atmosphere! Its warm, all done in dark wood and dark upholstery. The seats are comfortable though obviously not new. Security wasnt the tightest but that seems to change depending on the event.
Very stylish, brand new atmosphere w/ample standing space, comfortable balcony seating, and picturesque, large balcony surrounding theatre w/concession stands & smoking sections. Bathrooms on every floor as well as water fountains. Very nice experience. Parking structures are not too far from the theatre.
Its a very cool venue but they had some scummy tactics when it came to up selling at the venue. About an hour before we were let in they sold wristbands to general admission which allowed you to cut in line. People had showed up 8+ hours beforehand in 90 degree heat to have a spot at the front of the line. This was worse because the only option other than general admission was a limited supply high cost VIP tickets. Only once at the venue, an hour before hand, did anyone know there would be another option to pay more to get in first.
Great venue! But they only had one bathroom with three working stalls. Missed half the show waiting in line. Saw men peeing in the corners & in the drinking fountain because even their lines were too long. For a venue this size, they need better facilities.
Amazing intimate little concert venue!!! There really is no such thing as a bad view here!!! Also they provide phenomenal customer service!!! This is definitely one of my all time favorite amphitheaters!!! 🤘💜🤘
This small auditorium is a great place to see a show. The floor space is fairly small, but still large enough to feel like you have space to move around. The layout is a bit odd - when you enter through security you go up stairs to the stage floor. To use the restrooms and purchase merch, you go downstairs. To hit the mezzanine you go upstairs. There are several bars in the location, including a large one that is outside. Prices are typical - $15 for a single beer. An intimate place to see a band, with good sound and clean facilities. For parking there are parking lot areas nearby, as well as street parking. Be prepared to have to search for parking and do a bit of walking.
Beautiful venue, I removed two stars because the womens bathroom needs an overhaul in the plumbing old piping is stinking up the vibes.
All right so last night was epic for the RockStarBeer ugly sweater party with dirt nasty and Mickey Avalon! The venue was amazing and going vip was the best way supper affordable and the seating and private VIP spot was amazing. Bartenders where nice and quick on drinks, and one specific security guard was a little to hands in and rude! But aside from that one guy it was a great night and experience for a date night for myself and the fiancee.
Get some air-conditioning, for Petes sake!
I love this place. The acoustics are great for rock shows. Theres not a bad seat in the place. It could use more or better bathrooms and the busy merch area shouldnt be in the busy bar area.
This is a terrific venue with an interesting layout. It works especially well 4 bands, because the stage is wide and nicely elevated. Especially performances where some people might want to stand and or dance. It easily gives you the option to sit or stand on like most places.
Big Beautiful place, sound quality was great, this place has got good bass, at least for electronic synth-pop, new wave/Dance Rock (Tribute to Depeche Mode I saw auditorium used for). Security was impressive. The only reason I didnt give it five stars was not impressed with lighting show and lighting effects. Visited the bathroom and they only had one stall!? For the amount of people and volume on an event like a concert it was remarkable how functional this place was with one bathroom stall in the mens restroom. lol I Guess you better make sure to take care of business before or after a event here or youre in a world of hurt in a case of a scenario where you need to drop one fast!
Love this place. Bands sound great here and its huge enough to not feel cramped but small enough to not feel like a festival. And they always have several spots up for drinks so lines go fast.
Recently went to Faith congress event there and the auditorium is quite impressive despite its antiquity. The audio is quite precise and crisp with the assistance of the staff. Perhaps could use a bit more cleaning and remodelling but otherwise than that its perfect for a play and event.
The bathroom size is difficult theres not enough stalls to get everyone in and out in a good amount of time and the substance dispensers are always broken besides thats a great place its just really hard to park
This place was amazing! and I got to see Opeth and Mastadon play here! The only downside though was that instead of selling water, it should have been given to people for free at the bartending station.
Great place for concerts the venue is small. General standing room is not bad. They have seating on first floor great views of stage. Definitely have to attend a concert to experience for yourselves.
Saw Zoé and Metric here. First time at this venue. I loved it. Small enough to see everything and the acoustics were really good. Looking forward to the next good show
Ive been to this venue countless times. Whether it be for winter formal in high school or watching a Linkin Park tribute band, this place never disappoints. I strongly recommend checking out this historic building next time you visit downtown Riverside.
I went to go see beastie boys tribute band and it was pretty good. It wasnt overly crowded. It didnt offer bottle waters by the stage just alchohol. It showcase great talent such as the djs, dancers and the band.it was beautiful ornately decorated.
Great show, and the sound was incredible inside the auditorium. I would definitely visit again.
Big roomie place for shows. Love the fact bathrooms are nice. Wish the beer was cheaper. 12 dollars for a blue ribbon tall can is a loooooooot and modelo is 15! Nice to know I can keep the can now. Last few times they poured it into a cup. Over all though I really enjoy this place for shows.
Great place but my only complaint is the floor was very sticky before the event started couldnt dance well😒Suggestions: Clean the floor before each event please!
Great, fun venue. Saw FANT-A-SHE DRAG SHOW this past weekend. Had a blast watching Bette Mitler, Celine, Lady Gaga, Janet Jackson, Pink, Annie Lennox, and all the other fabulous Ladies preform. There were plenty of bars and room to dance, well if you had a table on the floor. My group was up and dancing the entire show. Great music, lived all the costumes, and she was snatched.
Had a great time. Definitely recommend for concerts
Ive been to a few shows here and they never disappoint. Finding parking sometimes is a hassle but there are plenty places in downtown to park. The beers come in tall cans, if thats not your style...then oh well.
The event we went to was incredible Sofia del niño Rivera was awesome I do have to say the the auditorium needs to improve on the bathrooms the there was only three lines took for ever. Also they have to improve in the help they get the bartenders. The girl did a great job but they didnt even have a busboy to help them out. The chairs on the front rows were just so uncomfortable and we paid like three or four rows away.
I really wasnt expecting much for 20 bucks. Come on. At most, I was expecting a live cover band on a small stage in a dive bar, but when I got there the whole thing blew me away. The auditorium was cavernous. The stage was large enough to hold a Le Miserable production. The sound was sharp and clear. The lights were cinematic. There were bars everywhere and a live DJ and dancefloor were just a stones throw away. I really wasnt expecting all that. And! The band that covered Bowie totally stole the show for me. Strangelove was good, but Bowies music was just too iconic and timless. Great place. Great entertainment. Great value. (Though My brother-in-law kept buying me shots, I wonder if my impression wouldve been different if I was sober hahahha.)
Its an amazing place to see a show! Last time we were there, a earthquake hit 7.1 wow rocked the house lol but check out any shows there and you will like it!
This is a huge venue with interesting architecture when the lights area up and great shows when three lights are down. I really appreciate the outdoor area to be able to talk to other fans and just get a breath off fresh air during longer shows.
Nice and cozy venue, not a bad seat in the house
Open venue allows for an easily accessible show and exit. Loved coming here!
Nothing really wrong just older
Cozy venue, great bar, and drink service at your seat.
Its a very nice venue the staff is very helpful. My show kinda sucked because Too Short was a no show Sugar free and DJ Quick were awesome tho!!!
Can only speak for the auditorium. Went to see the band cashd out perform there. The entire building is beautiful. Cant speak for the bar...not sure if they serve food. I had a great time.
Came to see Zoé which was amazing but show was interrupted more than 2 times because of people fighting. We called security multiple times but security did nothing. Would not come here again or recommend it unless you wanna risk getting punched in the face.
Wonderful place to enjoy. I recommend it to everyone when visiting Riverside California.
Great experience, great place for concerts. Newsboys has rocked this place. Gods not dead, Hes surely alive!!
Great place to see a concert! The venue is small enough everyone can see the stage, but big enough to give you a satisfying show, especially a punk or rock show! 🔥🔥🔥🤘😼🤘🔥🔥🔥
Great venue ruined by abysmal management. There is no direction, and no signs in terms of which line to get in for an event. Worse still is the place sells vip ticket upsell items when you buy your ticket that are NOT the VIP ticket for the artist. Instead it gets you access to their vip lounge which is just another area with the same bar items you can get anywhere else in the venue.
We caught Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings at the Riverside Muni Auditorium and it was AWESOME. The $12.50 beer was a shock to the system. This place kicks ass all over the stuffy FOX theater. If this show had been at the FOX, I would not have attended. If youve ever seen Sharon Jones perform I wont need to explain.
Great Live Music Venue! Historic Theater with Mission style architecture. Great Sound system! Over inflated Beer & Drink prices (thats where they make their money)
Fun place to attend events also a good place to work if youre looking for a jobJob fair Glen Helen April 1st 10 to 4
Ive seen Shinedown, ÆGES, and Chevelle here. Love the venue. Some of the heavier bands shake the floor with the kicken sound system! Usually one mosh pit, lots of live video being done by patrons. 1 bar outside for pre-show, 3 inside.
