I would just like to say that they have the best customer service I have ever experienced in any smoke shops. And the hospitality is very welcoming. I must say even when there is one person or two they always have a welcoming vibe and the energy is very cool, so is the environment inside! Thanks guys, you always come through!

Great store with huge inventory and awesome employees. I stopped buying the GARBAGE Tiger carts that they carry tho. I always have issues with them clogging and end up throwing the cart away with unused oil. Such a waste of money. I found a cart thats way better overall in quality and smoke, which is the Tiny 2g disposable cart. I love that I found a better vape option

When it comes to smoke shops in general redeye has elevated the expectations exponentially, they are open 10am-10pm mon- Friday and 9pm-11pm on weekends. Everytime I arrive to get my needs, I am consistently greeted as if I’m family. The employees are great with suggesting new products to you as well as helping you get your “go-to” products. Honestly I can see redeye smoke shop take over all smoke shops of Rochester and it’s for a good reason.

My favorite smoke shop by far. It is very large and clean and they have a wide range of quality products. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly as they help you find what you are looking for. Plus, if you like to play Pool, theres a table in the back. Go check them out!

Went to buffalo road location twice both times I was never greeted i got what I wanted and left second time not greeted and the kid was clueless he barely answered my? And had no knowledge of anything you lost a two hundred dollar sale I won’t be back and will never recommend them and maybe teach your staff some customer service and that the over 50 customers spend

The workers treat you like a friend, their prices are really good, their inventory selection is second to none, and their stores atmosphere is great. Its a further drive than my old favorite store, but its worth coming here any and everytime I need these nicotine/smoking accessories. Would recommend anybody to this place.

Products are okay though with a much wider selection than typically found in Rochester. Their “top shelf” flower was exceedingly low quality though, to the point where I question it’s safety. Come here if you need some china glass or accessories, go elsewhere for “flower gifts”. They do sell legit tiger carts though.

Usually a great experience always has what I need in stock due to Greece location being closed I drove to the Webster location it on the door and google both say opens at 10 but when I arrived at 10:20 the store was still closed this wouldn’t have been a big deal but I have a flight at 1 and just wasted 40 minutes driving there and back not mentioning having to find a different store with what I need

I love Red Eye but the fact that they carry Tiger carts thats 3 times the lead limit for heavy metal is beyond me. Those are not safe to smoke at all.
