John the short bald headed dude with the beard a thief I go in there to get whipits and he tells me the tanks are double priced now for all locations which I say bet and leave go to the 12 mile location and they sell me them for $25 a tank not $40 a tank

Owner/manager was super helpful. I asked for a recommendation on a battery and he sold me on a highly recommended product amongst his staff. They were right. These guys are my heroes! They have a pretty decent selection of kratom here and the prices are just okay in small quantities 20.00 for 100 grams. That is reasonable. I frequent here while waiting for my online vendors order to arrive. Might I recommend the Yellow Gold and the Red Dragon. Both are good for pain and decent enough for being smoke shop kratom. I usually wind up taking more than the company I buy from online and the duration of relief is only about 3 hours though. The staff here is excellent and very friendly too! Stop in.

Been coming here regularly for a little over a year and its always a great experience. Their kratom selection/ prices rival online vendors, making them a great local option. They have tons of CBD products and smoking accessories. And most importantly, their staff is always friendly and helpful!

Dude who runs the shop is hella cool and chill. Prices arent too bad and the selection of various quality pieces are nearly endless. I even was able to talk with the guy who works at the shop and he was willing to negotiate with a glass blowing artist to commission a special piece for me that they usually have in stock. If youre looking for a store with very knowledgeable yet lax smoking knowledge and product and youre in the area, stop here and check it out. Ive been shopping at Smokers Alley for a decade and love the in store deals and fun promotional things they do like the spin a wheel for a prize in store raffle and the mystery bags.

Fantastic place! Great prices and the kratom bar is phenomenal! Theres a strain for every malady, condition, disease or disorder. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and fantastic staff, they aim to please and they treat every customer like family. So glad I found Smokers Alley, theyre an absolute necessity for anyone needing tobacco or medicinal needs.

Like the other reviewer said, these guys run their store like the old school head shops. They treat you like VIP and are very knowledgeable when it comes to their merchandise. If you stop in there ask for Allen, real nice guy. The younger staff they have working the register and stocking are also very friendly and helpful. Big double thumbs up for this shop. Wish there were more like it around the metro area!

Fun and knowledgeable staff. It was an unscheduled stop, but they had everything we needed (papers, a roller, etc.). I highly recommend you check it out. It can seem daunting as Gratiot is filled with smoke shops, but this place takes the cake!

This place is amazing! First time I’ve ever been here and the staff is so welcoming and patient. They talk to you like long time friends. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me for what I was looking for. I could tell when they used first names of customers coming and going that they have many regulars, and I will definitely be coming back for future needs as well!

Never open or closed on time when they say got to Detective items from here, that caused me bodily harm do not shop here

The store website advertised they were open for a sale 6pm-9pm on Thanksgiving and no one was there. Google also listed those hours. I wouldn’t have wasted my time or my gas. I’m sure the other two cars I saw were just as unhappy.

This place is not like your average smoke shop! Theyre WAY better! Very friendly and helpful staff, cute and quaint with a hippie vibe, smells fruity from all the vapes, and they had great music on. Plus, theyre reasonably priced, and have quite a bit of variety. Floor to ceiling there is stuff to check out! It was a nice change of pace from smoky stagnant tobacco shops!!

I think this is the best smoke shop in the metro Detroit area! The employees are always, polite, respectful and answer any questions you may have concerning what you need. Also very important is that the prices are right for my needs there. When I first came to this store a month ago I wanted to get a cigarette roller and get everything I need to roll my own for now on, and I was kinda clueless about it all, but the gentleman working that day took the time and explained everything to me and let me check out the rollers til I found the one I liked best! Since then I only come here for tobacco and tubes, and a couple times ivI gone a few miles out of the way on the bus just to go to this store but its worth it! To the staff thank you very much and keep up the GREAT WORK!

Never went here until today because it’s a little out of the way, but they ran out of cucumber pods so i got some mango and mint pods for my juul and they threw in a free pack of pods since they didn’t have the flavor i was looking for. Overall i highly recommend. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Shecalled me as soon as the items came in, now that’s just old school customer service the right way. Since my cousin introduced me to this place i make the trip from Dearborn just because i like the people and the products and since i like this place i realize i have to patronage it so i make the drive hope you will too.

I grew up on this side of town and everyone always raved about the big store not to far from this place!!! I would much rather come here! The staff is always friendly and pricing is on point. They do not try to rip you off. They will be honest with you if you have no clue about what youre doing!

I think the girls name was Courtney.. what a sweetheart and super intelligent I’d come back to see her. Her Kratom advice was spot on.There are only a handful of places like this left now days that actually care about every customer. Every time my boyfriend and I visit this store, we are greeted and treated with kindness. Great selection at good prices, the staffs knowledge of products definitely helps with my choice on where to go. We live in Hamtramck, but I drive to Roseville because I know Smokers Alley has what we need.

Love this place. If you are a regular, they knkn you and treat you great.. only reason I didnt give it 5 was that today I bought a bag of tobacco and it was dry as hell. Usually only buy kratom and hands down, they look out for you!

When I walked in the store the woman behind the counter said “will you please wear a mask or AT LEAST wait until the other two people are done in the store”. It was exceptionally more rude in person than through text in this review. I don’t have a problem putting on a mask when asked to, so I did and waited outside the store. The same woman took another workers task over so she didn’t have to help me upon my entrance. The other woman (I don’t know her name, she had tattoos and a couple nose piercings) was amazing, stellar customer service. But then I see the lady that was rude to me, letting more people in than was “allowed in the store” when she made me wait. And NONE of them were wearing masks, gloves or anything. And as I walk out I see multiple more people entering the store without masks and without anyone being asked to leave. Very confused and frustrated, their service/sanitization practice seems AWFULLY selective.

Make sure you have them show you the scale on the Kratom weight. The dark haired girl did me right but the blonde gave me less then 3 grams when I payed for 8. Make sure they weigh it in the paper cup BEFORE they put it in the plastic one and blend it. Its a shame because I would have written a good review if I hadnt been played like I was buying dope or something. Sad, really. Edit: I raised my stars because of improved prices and a massive selection.

I have been vaping for almost 4 years now and have been to many vapor stores. I can say this from experiencing smokers ally. They are very thorough in helping pricing for a good vap, they are very professional and friéndly àt the aàme time. You can make a offer with the vap you pick out and such nice people persons. The store is awesome they make you feel like your family, especially the owner IVAN and employees as well treat you with kindness and respect and you definitely get your moneys worth. There products are great and even there cigarettes are even cheaper as I heard another customer order. You can forget going to any other vap shop like puff factory who was so rude to me after buying six vapes from them and juice and everywhere else, Ive noticed is higher in pricing to. I came here to get Kratom while I waited for my order to come in the mail. My normal place where I buy kratom was closed and I started calling around to find any place open near by. After a few places went to voice mail I called smokers alley in Roseville and Ron, the owner answered. He told me they just closed up, but then asked me what I was looking for. I explained my situation and how I needed the kratom to sleep and he offered to stay open til I could get there...I live in Dearborn, which is about 30 minutes away...without hesitation he told me to drive safe and call him when I got there!!! The staff there was amazing and the 2 beautiful ladies working behind the counter made me feel very welcome, despite having to stay late waiting for me to arrive! I will definitely make this my new spot for all my kratom, cbd, and vape needs and would recommend everyone does as well!!! Thanks again guys, you have no idea how much I appreciate what you did :)

Called the gratiot location and have never been mocked so bad on the phone. Took three times for someone to answer and I got told i sound twelve and laughed at. I come here for kratom. It is sold loose leaf (by the gram or dollar) in powder or capsules. It is more affordable than places with pre-packaged stuff. Right now theres a deal: 150 grams for $25. There is a large selection; over 25 kinds I would guess.
