Came here for a really bad migraine and tension in shoulders and back. Got a 90 min massage and instantly felt relief and better. Staff is always so friendly and nice. The pressure was great, hot stones, and essential oils. Definitely my new go to spot!

I’ve been here multiple times, and every experience has been extremely satisfying! Anyone who does your massage is a good choice, so don’t worry about not getting the “best.” They make sure to target all of your pain areas even the areas you might not think are bothersome, and everyone is so kind. The environment is clean, quiet, and it’s such a safe space. I was finally able to bring my mom this last time as well, and she feels like a brand new person. My husband recently visited this place. It was a father’s day gift to him and he enjoyed it to the fullest. The sports massage was very relaxing and soothing. He loved the stretching the most. The services and the hospitality by them was amazing. Ava, the manager here is a gem person. She ensured my husband had the best of the services and worth spending each penny. Hands down the best massage I have ever gotten. I’m a dental hygienist with pain and knots so I go for the deep tissue, 90 min. I cannot say enough good things about Mrs. Ava, at the front, and Mrs. Lucy, the massage therapist! Mrs. Ava will call you by name and fits me in every time I call. Mrs. Lucy is incredible at her job and saved me today from so much pain. I will always go and see them!

This was my first visit. I had 90 minutes massage session which included body, scalp and feet. Throughout the session therapist made sure I was relaxed and checked the pressure was good or not.The experience was very relaxing and awesome.I am looking forward to go again in the future.

The massage therapists here are all amazing! They can tell what parts of your body are more tight and theyll focus on those areas more so each massage is personalized! They also are very responsive when you ask for more or less pressure.The facilities and bathroom are always very clean and comfortable. They just renovated too so its even nicer than before.This is my go to massage place now!

This is the most amazing massage place I have ever been. I have horrible knots in my back that they never fail to get out, they are always kind and open to schedule last-minute sessions, and every single masseuse in the building knows what they’re doing. My lower back has disc pain that radiates into my hip. I come here for massages when the pain gets severe and they really focus on the areas I need. I always feel better almost instantly. The staff are professional and kind.

I went in for a 90 Deep Tissue massage and Judy was my massage therapist. I just want to say she is the real deal. She knows the muscles and how to work them until the tension is gone. She knew where my issues were without me saying anything. 10 minutes into the massage I wished I had book a 2 hour session. This place always has great therapists but Judy really knows her stuff. I can’t wait until my next visit.

My daughter and I both had our first massage here and our first words were, “I’d come here again”. I was skeptical going somewhere new to me, but very glad that I did! The facility was clean, the room comfortable and the masseuse wonderful. I prefer no conversation, other than if pressure was ok, when having a massage, and it was perfect. I came to this place without planning it, but I had such a relaxing experience in the hands of an expert who I dont remember her name but I know it starts with F., I think its fenny but she still made me feel so relaxed that what I was going to do an hour turned into an hour and a half and it was sure to happen again, even the receptionist when I arrived was happy to see me arrive, and without knowing me because she even welcomed me with a smile, very friendly, it was clear that the place has a good customer services. very serene and I could feel the good energy all in silence as it should be, not like other spa salons where you can hear the workers talking loudly from one place to another, and the worst thing is in their language that noone cannot even understand it . it fascinated me and Im sure Ill come back.👍🏼💯👌

It’s not just the best massage in town it’s the best massage we’ve ever experienced.We live 30 minutes away and let me tell you, it’s well worth the drive.It smells amazing and everyone is so nice and friendly. They make booking easy and communicate very well once booked.I always try to bring cash because I know it saves them money on processing fees. Plus cash tips are always better 😜It’s hard to explain how amazing their technique is so I recommend you give them a try yourself so you can experience it and judge for yourself.

Ava is friendly and very helpful in selecting which treatment you want - lots of options for different areas that need work - sports massage, stretching, deep tissue, etc. My regular guy Will has a great understanding of the muscular structure and can adjust to your level of pressure that is comfortable and therapeutic at the same time. She was not available at the time so I made sn appointment to come back. Then I met Cindy who took me back. When I tell you.... this was a great place to be!! That massage was World News as far as Im concerned! Its worth a trip to GA, you gotta check them out! Both ladies were super friendly and inviting. Thank you both for your hospitality! These types of places can be hit or miss and they always seem kind of like a hole in the wall so youre taking a chance. Let me tell you, this place is legit and I had a great massage. I was super stressed and tense and my masseuse knew exactly what to do. Shes was super nice and and not too hard. I got the basic swedish massage and they incorporated hot stones and hot towels which most places never do. Im definitely coming back

Hands down best massage I’ve ever gotten I usually have a hard time finding a masseuse that will apply enough pressure but I almost couldn’t handle the pressure that she gave me! I did a 90 minute deep tissue massage.My back was stiff and tight with a ton of knots but I’m writing this review a fews days after my massage and I can honestly say that I finally feel healed 🙏P.S. she put medicated balm on my areas of concern that she got while she was in China!

I based my choice on the Google reviews, pricing, and location/distance.Since I had not known anyone personally to visit and I have usually gotten massages in Spa settings, I was a little uncertain.I scheduled a 90 minute deep tissue massage for 100.00. Great price. I was asked what kind of pressure I wanted and I said hard yikes! I do like a strong massage and thats what I got. About 30 minutes in, I had to ask her to lessen the pressure. By then end of the session , I could feel the knots in my muscle breaking up.I will be going back. Amy was my therapist and Ava assisted me at the desk.You do get 20 dollars worth of added services for paying cash.

My massages were wonderful. Ava, did my foot massage and Bella did my full body deep tissue massage. They both were AMAZING. I have been under so much stress and was overdue for for a me time massage. This was my first time visiting their establishment. I was going to the Post office when I noticed they specialize in health and wellness massages so, I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed. Ava , worked my feet. I was concerned because I recently endured an injury to my foot and it has not fully healed, but Ava has skills, she knew exactly how much pressure to apply. It was great. I even dozed off. After Avas amazing foot massage, I returned a few days later to try their full deep tissue body massage. Bella was the masseuse, and she prefect, she worked my shoulders and upper neck and back where she stated the stress was heavy . It was Awesome, I was soooo tensed and stressed when I laid on Bellas table, she hit all the right areas, with the right amount of pressure. Most importantly she even asked was the pressure good during the service. She also stretched my body correctly. I felt 1000%better when she finished. I booked a couples massage appointment for my husband and I. We picked 90 minutes deep tissue massage option for only 100 dollars per person, which was very reasonable. The package came with nice hot stones, tree tea oil aromatherapy and my masseuse even gave me 15 minutes foot massage. Both masseuses were very nice to us, they asked us about the particular areas that we wanted them to work on and they did excellent jobs on that. We will definitely go back.

I really wanted to give them a 5 star rating, but todays visit ruined that thought. I am a massage therapist myself, and I need good deep tissue work and I am always looking for a good therapist. I found Health and Healing a couple of weeks ago and had a great massage. The lady had excellent pressure and did trigger point work that I so desperately needed without even asking me. She knew what she was doing. It was a great massage. Mind you, we have to drive 40 mins plus to get there, but its worth it for me to get good masaage work. So fast forward to yesterdays appointment. I was so happy with my massage, I decided to take my wife for a couples massage. They gave me a male this time to work on me and my wife had a female. At the start of the massage the guy asked if the pressure was ok, I said he could go deeper. Well that never happened, and it was not a good massage, is was sweedish, and I felt no better than when I arrived.Fine, Ive had bad massages before and I always tip regardless, but when its not as good as I expected, It reflects in the amount that I tip. So, the lady that worked on my wife checks us out, and when I go to pay, I tell the lady to add a $30 tip for both me and my wife, and she looks at me weirdly and says it should be 20%. I said, it depends on how I felt about the massage and I was giving them $15 each, which I believe was fair. You would imagine she would be grateful that I gave a tip? Mind you, as a massage therapist of 20 years, I have never asked for a tip, much less, scoffed in their face at the amount I was given. I get some great tips, sometimes not so great, and sometimes , not at all. I never, in my 20 years of my massage business, have I ever said anything to the client about a low or the lack of a tip. So she types in the amount for the massage and proceeds to ask me again, how much for the tip? I should of told her nothing at this point, but still told her $30, but very undeserved at this point I believe. I am writing this negative review so that you advise to your massage therapist to how tacky it is to continue this practice of scoffing in the face of your clients and asking for higher tips. Before I went to pay, I had already planned on giving your establishment another chance, and go back to try another therapist with the hopes of getting another great massage, but that ship has sailed thanks the rude therapist that scoffed at a $15 tip. And for $5, youve lost us as returning clients.

I’ve had luxury, I’ve had Thai, I’ve also had your classic American massage, and I tell you nothing beats this place.They are very accommodating; however, it may not always work in their favor. During my last visit, it seems they were preparing to close. In which the entire process felt a bit rushed. My therapist began massaging me so quickly that it felt more like a visit to my esthetician for a wax, than a therapeutic massage. Also, every time the phone rang or someone came into the building, one of our therapists had to interrupt our massage to tend to them. This certainly took away from the experience; however, I am hoping that was only a one time thing.

I’ve been having severe back pain. And she massaged it out so well that I now do not feel the pain anymore. This was the best experience. I will be a regular here.

The massage was good but when it came time to pay, I was told a different price than originally quoted and pressed me to leave a bigger tip. It was a huge turn off. A good experience turned sour real quick. I definitely will not return.

We’ve started coming here a couple of months ago and it’s been great. The rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable, the staff is so kind and caring, and the massages are fantastic. We’ll definitely continue to come here in the future.

As I look back over the top three massages I have ever had (one in Nepal and two in the US) Rachel fits easily into the top three. Bella is excellent as well if you want a sport massage. Have lived in the Atlanta area for over 20 years. Decided to take a staycation in Alpharetta. Scheduled a 60-minute Swedish massage at Health and Healing Massage Spa. Because I was paying for the service with cash ($60), I was invited to select 2 add-ins for free. The aromatherapy and hot stones brought unique elements to the experience. The massage therapist didnt introduce herself, but she was good. She incorporated stretching and foot reflexology into the massage.The experience turned sour when I checked out. I handed the massage therapist her tip and the front desk agent the cost of the service. After checking the tip amount, the front desk agent informed me that the spa is a specialty service, so it doesnt follow the tipping rules for restaurants. In other words, I didnt tip enough. This turned me off and I decided that I would not return.

I went in for my first massage today. The staff is very friendly, quick, and it was such a treat to get a bit of pampering in during the work day. I will definitely be back soon!!

When I arrived, they confirmed my requests, and offered me additional services such as aromatherapy and scalp massage and I chose two (chinese warming oil for pain and lavender scalp massage) and WOW! I particularly loved the warming/cooling sensation of the oil on my neck and upper back! The massage was incredible... deep tissue in all the right places and lighter touch to relax my mind and body. I went to this massage center for back pain. The facility was clean and music was soothing. The staff was very friendly and all smiles. The massage was excellent. She seemed very experienced and knew how much pressure is right for me. She took me to the room and gave me the best massage of my life! I like a deep-tissue massage and believe me, you’ll walk out of there fully rejuvenated and healed of what ails you. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Health & Healing Massage Spa exceeded my expectations. My son and I went last minute for massages and they really know their stuff! I have been in pain for quite some time seeing no relief from physical therapy. While the pain is still there, in one session I felt vast improvement and worked with the staff to setup a treatment program that Im very optimistic will return results. They dont just do relaxing massages, they are skilled at treating problem areas. I really did not expect that level of expertise and am pleased to have found this gem in the neighborhood.

This was my best massage experience ever. A little before the virus, I went in for my first time. Two cuties came out to greet me and said How about a 4 hand massage? I was a little stunned and didnt know what to think. Jabbering in Chinese and giggling they pulled me forward past a sitting area where other Asian women sat looking at me. The two, Ada and Angela, continued to giggle while pulling me forward. I was trying to negotiate with them for a price. They giggled and pulled me. The other women just grinned and laughed at my predicament. I looked at them for support, but they were enjoying my helpless look. Ada and Angela pulled me into a room where they proceeded to give me a mind blowing 4 hand massage. It was incredible! I returned just as businesses were closing down for the virus and only Anna was available. In fact I called ahead and she actually opened up for me. I was a bit disappointed before my massage, but Anna demonstrated her own magic hands. OS is now my go to place.
