This is my favorite tobacco shop they have great selection and great value and the staff are exceptional and knowledgeable about theProducts that they sale and a genuine eagerness to serve and help you with any of your needs or questions about the products that they sale. Stopped in at approximately 2 while waiting for dentist appointment. Asked four times for a pack of Djarum Splash... which cleark couldnt seem to find though he was staring directly at them. I WOULD TELL HIM TO THE RIGHT and hed (seemingly intentionally would go to the left towards the Djarum Blacks. Then when he found them made the comment were does it say splash, and that left not right! AFTER making the sale he made a rude comment under his breath. Will not return. Terrible customer service!

The employees are great… the guys who work here are laid back… and the tan employee with the see through on always makes me wanna CUM back!

They sell glass and decent-ish products but they have no clue how anything works apparently. Need to know how to work a certain wax rig? Dont ask them, hope they have a box with instructions or hunt online for a how-to. Again not the worst but they really need to train the staff on the things they sell.

Bought a grinder and it’s good quality. Service was good.

Not a bad spot, they usually have what I need. Someone who has a grudge against the owner obviously falsely claimed ownership of this business to renamed it and write unhinged review replies. Sad really, the people there arent too bad.

Love these guys. They are friendly, helpful and I always get money knocked off my items. I have seen them be firm with rude customers but you cant expect a refund after you put your mouth on it. ( call the manufacturers)

I was visiting the store & looking at stuff& there were 2 women working, the older woman was very nice , the other one with long brown hair & acne scars on her face was very rude & unprofessional to me. I will never go into that store again.

Love this place ☆ There are multiple other tobacco shops in the area & some closer to me... but I go out of my way to visit this one ☆ The employees are AWESOME! ☆ They have a wide variety of different products to meet everyones needs ☆ Prices are a few nickles & dimes lower than the other places in town ☆

Best Shop in town!Friendly staff, clean store/front, one-stop shopping.**Heads up that they are moving to a larger unit at Midtown very soon, di if it looks like they see closed, they are just a foot or two down, (possibly partially out of sight from Division????) So just look around the corner ;) (per staff today 8SEPT18)

The store is well stocked, friendly helpful service. They also have your safety in mind. Disinfectant at counter and face mask on to enter. Just like all grocery stores. 5 star in my book.

Went here was well stocked went to the check out and got way over charged the lady working did not bother to listen. That the odd ball cigars were two for 4.99 and she rang them up wrong I should have payed 40 total and payed 70😡

Great service and even better people who work there! Very knowledgeable and they are great to returning customers. I travel out of my way to go to this tabacco shop. They also have the best selection and their prices are the BEST IN TOWN, by far. I would and do highly recommend this tabacco shop, GREAT PEOPLE,GREAT PRICES, HOW COULD YOU GO WRONG? You cant! So the next time you need something tabacco related, try this store I promise you will leave happy 😊!

They have there products on hand and way wider variety of products meaning a ton of them over there competition!!!

We were very disappointed with this smoke shop. At first we thought what a great place to buy cigars and lighters. We bought numerous items and had a problem with one of their cigar lighters. We brought it back the next day and we were told they couldnt replace it. Absolutely no returns. We will never go back there again.We now go to the smoke shop in Waite Park where we get treated very well. They will replace lighters when they do not work.

The staff are friendly and helpful they make you feel welcome they sell e cigg and the vape is priced well. They moved around the corner so it of people think they shut down but the store is still there near Red wing shoes they sell cigars cigarettes tobacco e cigg e juice and much more love this store the device is great

Not much to say other then prices are good and employees are friendly it was probably the only place i ever bought my cigarettes from back when i smoked. These days good place to stop for a quick soda and employees are still friendly to me.

They have absolutely everything you need for smoking materials. Cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarette with tons of flavors, loose tobacco, filters, hookahs, bongs, lighters (Bic to Zippo), lots of incense, fine mist home deodorizer spray; specifically for smokers, and candles that eliminate smoke/cigar odor.Most of the small staff if is really friendly! One team member is named Tad. Really nice guy and willing to help.One more thing... The Tobacco shop is at the Midtown Square bldg. The great thing is, you dont have to go inside Midtown to find the Tobacco Shop!!

They ecigs mods and tanks are way over priced...youre better off ordering from an online store or go to another state since I travel a lot I found theyre ecigs equipment is over priced compared to other states and online...they ejuice is good and average price so I would definitely recommend purchasing just that...

I moved to St. Cloud a little over a year ago and recently started vaping everyone in this store is amazing Diamond was exceptionally good and knew the products
