Walked a half hour to get there by 8 when they allegedly close and got there at 745 only to see a dark store with chains on the door. Update your hours so theyre right and maybe Ill give you a fair rating!!! 😡

I came at 7pm on a Tuesday and they were closed. Hours are wrong?

Very unprofessional went here to grab some vape juice and the 2 employees were behind the counter talking about getting stuck that she had to work latter was waiting for them to attend to me cause didn’t want to be rude wanted to wait till they were finished finally got someone to intend to me about 4 minuetes of standing there I asked a question then was thinking of a flavor then the guy went back talking to the girl then about 3 minuetes of them talking he proceeded to tell me he was going to close the store in 2 minuets I still had about 8-9 minuetes before they closed he rudely said it to awful service I had would never go back please go to the tobacco shop on west 7th by the Aldi they are more professional and will gladly help u with no attitude they assist to u pretty fast and will help u with anything u need. This shop is rude the 2 working that night in my opinion needs to be fired

Great employees, very educated. The owner is awesome as well. I just had the pleasure of meeting him on my last trip in. The whole staff is kind and ready to help if need be. I’ve brought many of my friends, and will continue to do so. This is the one shop where I’ve felt like they actually cared about me, and what I am looking for/need.A few of the others in this area expect you to be in and out within the matter of 2 minutes. Thanks guys, for everything you do! Appreciate all of you.

The new young Black dude with glasses who sounds like a straight up stereotypical white nerd either has the worst customer service skills Ive seen in a long time, hates his life, or was more interested in the white girl who was working with him at the time than he was in being a good customer service employee. They seem to know each other quite well. I almost felt like I was interrupting them...or like he specifically didnt want customers to be there. Very weird, uncomfortable vibe from him. Ill not go back while hes in the store. He seems like he needs a job working alone in a basement. Seriously.

White dude who worked at this Tobacco attempted to pull a gun out on me and my friends because we touch a item in a case that was not locked. Instead of telling us we couldn’t touch it he was rude and put his hand under his shirt and said it will get bad if we don’t leave and when I called to ask for his manger his hung the phone up on me as a black male I felt offended and discriminated against. I usually have good things to say about this tobacco store but today was truly a unpleasant experience.

I went to the tobacco shop today, and the sign was flashing open. I noticed it was locked and saw a guy behind the counter touching his phone. I tapped on the door then to the sign but instead of coming to tell me anything he looked at me and then back down at his phone. I even stood there to see if he was going to come and say anything. If he was on break not even a hour after the store was open there should be a sign, this is bad customer service. I would consider hiring new people. I come here very often as it is close to work.Side note: the owner is always very friendly.

I went in here to get a new battery for my cartridge. Ahmed (I hope Im spelling that right) was so nice and helpful! His great attitude will definitely keep me as a customer!

Correct your hours of business!!Sign says open til 9pm. The clerk turned off the open sign and locked the store, looking right at me, shaking his head No as I was walking up. Three other ppl walked up wanting to buy stuff. It was 8:27 p.m..So, I went to a nearby tobacco shop on University for the first time. Its a great place, no waiting and the parking is better than here.Usually, the service is great. The clerks are friendly & chatty. Seems to be a few new guys working there. Its hard to be a regular when theres often a new guy behind the counter and many times there are weirdos hanging around outside the store. Be safe everyone.

Today, i was in the shop and it was clear my son was having a hard day. Ahmed tried to get my son to talk about it very kindly and gently- but my son was too upset to open up. Ahmed gave my son a gift to brighten his day, and it did wonders. Small gestures make a huge impact. This is my new vape store always. Thank you for going above and beyond to make a little boy’s day brighter. It was so kind and thoughtful.

First time in the store today and the guy with the beard was so sweet , helpful, friendly and honest. One of the few places that actually sell the coils for my vapresso luxe 2. Will be back. For sure. Thanks for the help man!

So do all your employees just tell customers that google has all the answers when they ask a question? Clearly unexcited staff who dont wanna be there. Will find a better store.

I shop at this store weekly but wont anymore. Today,12/12/21, I purchased a pound of tobacco and a box of tubes. I had coupons for both, one was for $1.75 off the tobacco which I had just gotten at Cub Foods and doesnt expire until 2/15/22 the other was for $.25 off the tubes which came from a box of tunes and expires 12/31/22. They refused to honor either.

This shop is nice and convenient for me and is really fairly priced. Will continue to come to this location.

Extensive selection of just about any smoking vessel Ive ever seen, and some Ive never seen. Like most tobacco shops, they cater to vapers and smoking supplies for various types of substances, like dried herbs, wax, tobacco, oil based cartridges. Has better vape pens than the medical shop. I took a friend there as it was near my house. I liked that he told him some of the vape pens he was looking at werent really very good. And it wasnt the cheaper ones only. He recommended against several higher priced pens, recommending a few that were lower in price, and only one that was more expensive. This impressed me, as my friend was picking out cool looking but more expensive pens. My friend reports that the one he bought for $20 less than his last pen, is far superior to his old one.

Not open at 9:00amI was outside at 9:00am the guy comes in and locked the door on me. Takes his sweet time opening it again. Better off getting your smokes at the cub foods next door.

Loved it! Very good customer service, and the manager was really helpful with the e-cig section and was really patient with me. Will definitely come back!

Dont spend money here, they wont give you an exchange if it doesnt work.
