Upon my first visit to TN Vape and Smoke in Smyrna, TN, I was immediately impressed by the inviting atmosphere and well-maintained facilities. The clean and spacious parking lot offered ample parking spaces, setting a positive tone for my experience from the get-go.Upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by Kyle, one of the sales associates. His friendly demeanor and eagerness to assist instantly put me at ease. The store itself exuded a sense of cleanliness and organization, with products neatly displayed and easy to navigate.While my specific search for Delta Extrax, Exodus, or Sauced Exotic hemp disposable vapes and vape batteries for my girlfriend didnt yield the exact items I was looking for, I was pleased to find a diverse selection of products available. Despite this, the absence of my desired items was overshadowed by the excellent customer service provided by Kyle.Kyles knowledge and expertise were evident as he patiently answered all my questions and engaged in insightful conversations about the products available. His friendly disposition and willingness to assist made the shopping experience enjoyable and memorable.Overall, TN Vape and Smoke exceeded my expectations with its clean and organized environment, friendly staff, and excellent customer service. Despite not finding the specific items I was seeking, I left the store feeling satisfied and eager to return for any future smoke-related needs, especially considering its convenient proximity to my neighborhood. I highly recommend TN Vape and Smoke to anyone in search of quality products and exceptional service.

I have spent a ton of money at this place. Stopped in today because a disposable vape I bought couple days ago had an issue and they told me to pound sand. I won’t be back. Plenty of other stores that I can spend my money at. Lost a good customer over a $20 vape they probably paid $10 for.

First time customer, super clean, friendly staff even super late at night when I stopped by. They take the time to explain things to newer smokers and are knowledgeable which helps me make my purchase since Im a nervous wreck 24/7 haha. Will use this location as my go to for certain! Thank you!

Beshoy was rude when asked about product info. He mumbled “Jesus...” under his breath when I asked him what juices were behind the counter after he yelled to not lean on the glass because it would easily shatter. He had no clue what he was talking about and doesn’t sell pods in singles. He claimed he had the widest selection around... LOL guess my first and last time here ✌🏽not getting my business anymore

This store sale to CHILDREN as young as 14… they do not care they only want to see a profit… do NOT buy from them … the city of Smyrna will do NOTHING to help you

Called to see if they had my coils in stock. They did, thank God! I asked him where they were located and he said “well, you managed to get our number”. He told me where they are located but by then I was irritated by the rude comment. I went to get the coils but I won’t be back.

Havent been to many shops but this one was great. It was nice and clean with a big selection. Prices were the same as what I had been pricing online. And the guy working named B was great. He helped me get exactly what I needed. He knew all the specs and everything about all the Mods. He gave me a great deal when I bought stuff together. B knew all the flavors and which were the best. This will be the only place I go from now on. Thank you B!

A friend and I were riding around looking for a vape shop and happen to stumble onto this Gem. We went in and was extremely surprised when we discovered that this is the best shop i have ever been to. The owner was absolutely phenomenal! The juice and mods were priced well and are extremely good. As long as I am in the state of Tennessee. The experience was amazing and the customer service was the best Ive ever had. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a shop that values them and their business!

Best smoke shop in town. The employees are knowledgeable and very friendly. I’m almost in here 2/3 times a week it feels like, because the environment is so welcoming. Tons of products and inventory for your desired vice!

This place was really cool. Most vape shops have knowledgeable/enthusiastic employees (a huge must), but it doesnt feel like a chain store. You have many varieties of brands, good deals, and even a place to relax or repair mods in store.The guy at the counter when I went was very patient and offered me a great choice of selection without bombarding me with get this and this because these work. No, it was just relaxing.Its in a great spot where people do a lot of shopping and what not anyway, so give it a shot. It may even become your home store

This place was okay at first. The dude gave me deals on juices. They had the coils that I always buy until a few days ago. Also, a few days ago I went in there and bought two cartridge pens. One worked out fine, the other has battery problems after charging it and I havent even tried to use it until today. I threw the receipt away and I guess they dont believe me that I got them there because they have to have the receipt to even look at it. Its their product, their fault its not working and I will never go there again.

The staff is super helpful. I usually come in for juice and coils, but my mod killed itself last month. I had to buy a new one, and I came in one day just to look around. I told the guy behind the counter immediately that I was just looking, but I did want some recommendations on a new mod just to see what was out there (I had a DNA 200, and I was debating on trying to get it fixed). He took his time and inquired about the best one for me and which mod I had before it died a tragic death. I came back in tonight, and the other cashier (my receipt says his name was Anthony) was extremely helpful as well. Again, he asked about my old mod, what I was looking for, how high I ran my setup, etc. I left with a really nice Kaos Z, and I’m extremely happy with it so far. It was exactly what I wanted in every way, and since he listened to me he got it right. I love how friendly everyone is, the prices are fair, they have a really big selection, and they don’t mind just answering questions if you’re not sure exactly what you want yet. If you’re looking for a new vape shop to try I definitely recommend it.

B is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I went in there with my grandmother yesterday and he is so nice. After one time of meeting him and talking to him for hours he is like family to us now. By the time we left the store we had him calling my grandmother “Grandmother” 🤗❤️ Love it! No one else has my service from now on.

We are from out of town but here regularly and this trip I left my pen back home. We pulled into one place and decided to not even get out of the car. stumbled on this place and it looked liked a quality place so we went inside. we were helped by a beautiful women named shaheed. My husband and I were absolutely floored by her knowledge of their products and effects. As I said we are from out of town but this will now be where we purchase our vape products.

The clerk who’s name was E was super explanatory about their juices and products. I just recently bought a vape and he without knowing what I paid gave me a estimate on the same set up and was actually 8 bucks cheaper! Close, convenient , super friendly, well priced. Best Vape shop......everrrrrrr! Made a purchase right after the grand opening. Can’t remember the guys named that helped me out with my purchase, but he was extremely knowledgeable. They have an extensively large selection of products hands down compared to many other vape shops I’ve encountered. Plan on stopping by there today for another purchase. This store is great, they have helped me with any questions. The price is not to bad also, you get 120ml for $30. Any other store is 30ml for $10 thats 90ml for $30. I will be back this is a good store.

Stopped in to see if i got a new place i can go to by my house, nice place Ok prices for area but the ppl r rude asked 1 basic question n they jus ignored me, I stood there awkward till I jus left, nothing accomplished2nd n 3rd try goin young ppl were nice N helpful but the old guys “the owners I think” were so rude that I go to Murfreesboro for my stuff nowI spend $40- 100 a week at these places n I would rather drive the extra 10 min then help these old guys

First visit. At arrival I was excited to look around but when staff person arrived he was extremely pushy, not interested in my potential but pushed for my reason to be there. I felt unwanted and in the way...as a customer!!Second visit, because why not give a 2nd chance? Just as horrible but with a witness. My nephew accompanied me and had the same experience.

Prices are so so, mostly high, mods are all highly overpriced. Something I want to point out, vapers use vape stores as a community and inside of the store the same way, when you go here that does not exist. There is no hanging out, bs about vaping or just bs about daily things. I have tried many times to get a conversation out of these guys but once you have paid, they walk away. They could careless to talk to you about anything, only money money. True vape stores work on community’s and friendships with their customers and that’s how this store should be. They are only there for the money, no true caper works there.

The customer service in this place is UNREAL! Unlike anything Ive ever experienced. The guy that runs it cares for the customer over ANYTHING. I will recommend this place to anyone! Even if you dont smoke or vape!

Its hard to get a bad experience at a vape shop because most people are friendly. This particular shop vibe was stale.. The prices higher than other stores but the pro was the store was clean.

Disgusting vape shop. The owners dont know anything about what they are selling and they will overcharge you based on race. THEY CHARGE 15 FOR A SET OF 2 COILS. AND 45 FOR JUICE CLAIMING ITS PREMIUM

Ive been coming in this place about 6 months and made this only place for Vapes and the vape juice and accessories.But after Ive purchased 5 or 6 Vapes from the guy cause after 2-3 weeks the vapes would quit working then I found another vape shop bought a vape that actually works Id still stop in this vape store for juice and coils since its closest to my house but every time I come the price goes up.So TN Vape & Smoke lost all my business and every body I know that vapes Ill be spreading the word

The guy was completely rude with the glasses. I asked a few questions and he was rude, arrogant, very short. There are a million Vape stores here so I will never come back.

Customer service was god awful, employee didn’t know a anything about vape juice nor equipment.Once I told the employee what I was looking for it was like I was talking to someone who had never vaped or smoked before in the past. Deserves a half a star not even a full. What the people need is information about to product not a display with 1 dollar sampling. Will not RETURN.
