I went there yesterday and it looked like a well managed smoke shop. The decor was aesthetically pleasing, the hookahs aren’t as overpriced as I’ve seen in other reviews… weird. I got a Prime and the exotic banana flavored Backwoods which was pretty fresh.

They are very deceitful. I asked for a nicotine free vape pen they gave me a tobacco free pen so I bought it and I saw the ingredients and it said it had nicotine. I went back in and asked them didn’t I say no nicotine so the guy and girl there were acting like they didn’t understand English. Insisting that there’s no nicotine when it clearly says there’s nicotine as if I didn’t have any intellect. And beware there are no refunds or exchanges. I’d go somewhere else. I’ve been to better shops.

If I could give more than 5 starts I could… I absolutely love this place and the people. Every time I walk in I find myself getting the best customer service ever. The place is beautiful, the products are great and the prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend to visit them

Went here to buy a vaporizer, which when plugged in did not work. There was no indication this store did not offer refunds or returns, and when I called they did not seem willing to work with me. I spent 500$ here, and when I asked to return it they said they had to call a manager, to see if they would even consider a return, but the manager was not in and they would not call him before I came in. They did not have product for me to exchange the vaporizer with either. So I was asked to come in again, to see if they could call the manager, to see if they would consider a return, with no guarantee for either a working product or my money back. Not great.

Im really glad this smoke shop came to town. It’s in a safe convenient location close to everything local. This is a more superior smoke shop due to the facts that they always have new arrivals coming in everyday. They have the most durable and most affordable hookah’s in New Jersey. The customer service is outstanding, very hospitable they treat you as if you are family. I would give this place a 10/10 overall & would recommend their service and products to anyone. Check the store out ,different types of wraps, bongs and vape pens. They also added food from Japan I believe which is cool and new to much as a smoke shop. They understand and listen if you got a question about their product. 👍

Terrible customer service. They sell me a broken pen and can’t exchange it because “store policy is I must try the pen before I leave the store” even with my receipt they wouldn’t try to do anything for me.

Hookahs are over priced. I left a smoke shop 3 min away in New Brunswick to compare prices. The same portable hookah was $60 at this location. I just saw the same hookah for $40.
