Card machine doesnt work properly 3 out 4 times card was declined for no reason plenty of money in the account

I love the girls here they are very very good at their job and double check with you when you go through the drive through and have a big order before they scan everything. Not a single bad experience so far so good. Wish the hours were longer since I work at night but other then that I continue to go here and prices are great as well.

Sale promotion was advertised clearly and they refused to honor the promotion because they forgot to take down the sign. The manager Jodi was called by the employee for permission to honor the price and she told him not to do it. Ill reach out to corporate regarding this issue because the promotion should of been honored. The employee kept apologizing but if he would have done what was right for me as a customer then that apology would not be needed because he would have provided good customer service and made the situation right, providing good customer service might not be a good goal for this place to practice on. I wouldnt stop here again nor recommend them.

Low Bobs is the best place to buy tobacco and tobacco accessories. The staff is polite and helpful. If you go through the drive thru regularly they usually remember you and what you want, and a lot of the time theyll have it ready before you get to the window!

Poor Management. Always moody with rude comments about employees. Lowbobs used to be a staple until now . DONT recommend a job there :)

Fast friendly service and I being a blu vape gal 6 mos tempted to buy pack cigs but the. Qiut smoking 5 mos worker encourages me to continue my good efforts I appreciate that. And I did buy what I went in to do vape pods and doubled my purchase to stay focused on my journey as non cig smoker

Just a plain old smoke store they offer CBD productsBut they charge way way too much for the quality of the product its not a good expensive CBD product but they are price gouging and acting like its a good CBD product. They are increasing their profit by 400% from what they pay for it.
