I have had the pleasure of visiting Adriel at Pure for a manicure and pedicure several times over the past year. I can confidently say it is always an exceptional experience from start to finish. Adriels professionalism and attention to detail truly stands out.From the moment I walk in, I am warmly greeted and made to feel right at home. Adriels expertise shines through as she meticulously works on my nails, ensuring every stroke is precise and perfect. Her skillful technique results in a manicure that looks flawless and feels incredibly pampering.What impressed me the most was the longevity of the results. Even after days of wear and tear, my nails still looked immaculate. Adriel uses high-quality products and techniques that truly deliver long-lasting results, which is something I greatly appreciate. The service was satisfactory. What made it less satisfactory is she had me pay before finishing my manicure- AND tip- and this left a sour taste in my mouth. I dont plan on returning, this is not an acceptable way to do payment in a tip driven profession before the service outcome is known.

Julie gave me the BEST manicure and pedicure of my life and I have had a lot. She is meticulous and a perfectionist. Absolute perfection. Highly recommend.

The salon is so clean and relaxing and it’s very easy to schedule online.Carole is the best waxing professional I’ve ever met! Even though getting waxed can be an awkward situation, she’s so personable and really makes you feel relaxed.

Feeling tense? Feeling the winter blues? Go see my girl Kathryn for a massage. She is so in tuned to your body and where you carry tension. Just lay down and let her go to work! Needing deep tissue? This girl is STRONG and can work out the toughest knots and kinks. I’ve been going to Kathryn for over 10 years now and will continue to for as long as she’s in business. Bonus, this spa is so cozy & adorable!

I just had the best massage I’ve ever had. Kathryn is amazing. She literally rolled out all of my knots and I feel like a brand new woman. Not to mention how cute the salon was!

One of the techs was late and hardly apologized. There was a lot of political talk and I did not have a relaxing time.

If I could give zero stars I would, the one star is for the cleanliness of the facility. I said I wasnt going to post a review, I just wouldnt go back but after 3 days and $165 I am very disappointed. I scheduled an appointment with Julie at 11am for a spa gel mani and pedi for $125. I was on time and the pedicure bowl was waiting for me. I sat for the pedicure and she began the services. She wasnt talkative but that was fine I was on a webinar call so it didnt bother me at first. I was watching how uncomfortably she was holding the cuticle cutter so I knew I wasnt going to be thrilled with this pedicure. Im looking at all the dry skin thats still around my nail beds as well as the side of my big toes. I asked her to trim more skin and she responded I think I got it all because I did it already but I will get some more. I explained how the skin grows over my nail bed and she proceeded to take a tool and pass it over the surface of my skin saying she didnt see anything. (I have pictures and videos from the next day, awful!) Its time for the hot towel and she shakes the towel so much that it is cool when applied to my legs. She asks me if its too hot and I respond its not hot at all; no effort was made to get another towel nor did she give a reason why she would wrap and leave a cool towel. Almost 2 hours later, we start the nail service and she tells me, I dont usually deal with acrylic so I will have to charge you more to soak it off. I said fine because most places do charge and extra $5-10 to soak off acrylic nails. She charged me $40 extra and did NOT tell me until it was time to pay for the service! And lets NOT forget that she did not properly soak off the acrylic. There were still piles on ALL my nails. When I bought this to her attention before she painted them, she said it shouldnt be a problem or look weird because she would seal it nicely. My nails have GLOBS of gel polish, so uneven, and unsatisfactory! I am from Louisiana and have been getting gel manis and pedis for the last 16-17 years so I am very aware of what they should look like after. This was the most expensive gel mani and pedi I have ever paid for and by far the worst! $165 no tips, no designs, no acrylic, no dip, just a very dissatisfying experience

Julie is one of the most attentive technicians there. I always leave loving my nails and she always knows the best design! Definitely recommend seeing her for your manis and pedis

My wife and I both got massages from Kathryn recently. It was fantastic. She tailored the massage for each of us, and is obviously very experienced. The massage was lovely. Prices were reasonable, and the spa itself is squeaky clean and offers a very upscale feel. We will be returning!

I had such a great experience. Adriel did an amazing job with my nails I would give her more than 5 star rating if I could. She took her time, she gave me all her attention. The massage was great and not hurried at all. The nail art she did on my toes and nails is amazingly beautiful. If I could post a picture I would. They are beautiful. I would recommend this business to anyone! I will be returning soon to have another great experience.

My mom is visiting and we both wanted pedicures at the same time. Alex accommodated us and truly a wonderful and relaxing pedicure. I have terrible anxiety with my toes being touched and she did great! The place is wonderful and very clean! Thank you soo much

Just had my first massage with Kathryn. It was amazing. She asked about any areas of concern and if I wanted light, moderate or deep pressure. The only bad part is when it was done. I felt fantastic. The massage room is very calm and relaxing. Cant wait to go back.

Just had my massage with Kathryn! And found my new therapist. She asks what do you want to focus on more, but will still give you the option for full body. Good deep pressure said if it’s too much let her know. Very professional the environment is nice with how the ambiance is set up. She doesn’t speak at all during the massage which I love! When I go to relax last thing I want is someone talking to me. Definitely recommend her and you just have to pay for meter parking but well worth it.

Carole is phenomenal! I had gone to a few other places prior for waxing and was never satisfied. She is thorough EVERY time and extremely personable. She makes waxing a comfortable experience (ironic right)? Ill never go anywhere else.

Kathryn gives the best massages!! I bought a Groupon for her services last year and have been a repeat customer ever since. I always feel better afterwards and am amazed that she finds knots I didnt even know that I had! Shes very professional and the salon is very clean. Highly recommend!

Ive been seeing Carole for my waxing need for years! I suggest Carole to anyone needing a Brazilian. I never feel awkward or embarrassed, shes great at making you feel welcome and comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Terrific place, knowledgeable staff, wide variety of services including nails and massage. I have booked several massages with short notice, even while pregnant. Highly recommend!

I had my nails done here and it was great. I have had my nails done a lot of times at the little places in shopping centers and this is so much better. The cost is slightly more but not enough to go back to those. I will recommend this salon to everybody I know that does nails. It is so peaceful and calm. You dont feel like you are just a tip to hurry and finish. And they are easy on your nails. I had the best experience here.

When Carole completes my waxing and tinting, I am ready to face the world with a smile on my face!The whole experience is delightful. She respects my time (shes on time!), does everything she can to make booking appointments easy, expresses interest in whats most important to me, and delivers great service. She loves doing what she does - and it shows. I have sensitive skin - and even right after an appointment, my skin doesnt look like it has been worked on - it just looks great!

Staying at a near by hotel and needed a pedicure. Called this beautiful place based on the environment (pictures) and reviews. What a delightful place and Candise was wonderful! She sterilized all her tools before beginning and made me feel right at home. The pedicure was fantastic and my feet looked great and I was recharged! Thank you so much!!

I love going here for my regular wax with Carole. It’s been about five years now? She’s quick, clean, safe, and so kind! It’s also really easy to schedule and park.

I recently started going to Pure for waxing and have had great experiences every time. Carole is super nice and very efficient at what she does! Full leg wax, Brazilian, underarm and lip waxing all in 1 hour. If you are considering waxing pure salon is the place. I love that you can book appointments online through their website as well.

The waxing was great, my daughter and I went together and it was a wonderful experience ! I would definitely recommend for waxing ! ALTHOUGH THE PEDICURE WAS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE!!! I would give the pedicure a STAR (1) the girl was friendly but time spent for the $$ was RIDICULOUS! My daughter , myself and her daughter to be went for pedis! Our appointment was for 2:00, I knew their was only two chairs. BUT REALLY!!! We were done and out the door by 4:00! To the tune of 45.00 EACH! Sorry ladies but you need to work on your pedicures!!!

The BEST Brazilian I have had so far, and Ive been getting them since high school. Fast and painless compared to the usual, and very good results. I would highly recommend this place for everyone, first timers and vets. Carole knows her stuff.
