Was not properly informed all sales are final and was not able to do an exchange on non-perishable item after coming right back to fix the mistake. They dont care about satisfying their customers, and sales attendant had poor attitude. Be careful when picking out items here, and make sure its what you want.

Total smoke strangely is my goto for Kratom. Once in a while, Ill pick up a vape there usually out of convenience, I can get in and out quick, its nice to not be bombarded by a hundred differnet options just to find yourself waiting in line for twenty minutes while a customer inquires about 40 different kinds of vapes and flavors. The woman who works there is super chill and very knowledgeable about their products. A side note, there is a sign posted when you walk in stating, we do not accept bra or sock money. I find it funny every time.

I absolutely love this smoke shop and the employees! I drive about 20 minutes out of the way to come to this specific shop. The quality of the products paired with the knowledge the employees have made for a great overall experience! Love getting my kratom from here, hands down the purest around town. Great prices on glass, kratom, and smokes. Highly recommended

Sells broken glass. Not even gonna call because they have a sign that says no refunds. Just wasted 100 dollars on something that cant even hold water

I have been in there a few time and have always been treated well. The store is very clean and they have respectable prices. However not the always the lowest prices as stated on the front, They are usually very close.

Ive had both good and bad experiences here, but today was probably the best visit Ive had. I didnt catch her name but she was very helpful, smart, and helped me out quite a bit on what I was looking for, and i will definitely be back to this location

Came in and purchased 2 bottles of ejuice. I was given menthol and that wasnt what I asked for. When I got home I realized what the lady had given me. I called in and explained that a mistake was made and that I would please like to exchange them for the non-menthol. Both are brand new, unopened and I had the recipient. I was told that they couldnt do anything for me. Pretty disappointed that I was given the wrong product and they wouldnt make it right. Kinda sad when stores dont take care of customers during these hard times! GO ELSEWHERE!

Most unprofessional store I’ve ever walked into, on top of that don’t bother calling for inventory inquiries they have a voicemail set up bc their workers are too unethical and unprofessional to have the know how of customer service to answer a phone and do their jobs and be polite. Every time I’ve ever walked in there whoever that blonde chick is the owner has run the store is the rudest person behind a counter I’ve come across in awhile and has no reason to be either bc it’s like good for you you’re a cashier at a head shop and gone nowhere in life 😂

Great selection of glass and possibly the only place in Spokane to get a proper bubbler😝 i cant get enough of this shop. And their prices are considerably lower than the flashy, understocked headshops.

Decent selection, but staff is incapable of converting grams to ounces, and if theyre out of something they will not sub. or honor the old price on a sim. item. Nobody takes responsibility, poor CS.

Really good quantity of pieces, but most pieces here have blemishes and pre-sale cracks. So just be careful and make sure you check everything twice before purchasing.
