I went in earlier today in search of a thinner juice to hopefully solve a problem I was having with my device burning out within a day or two. I explained the issue I was having, and he knew immediately that I had bought the device here, but also asked if I had bought the pods there as well. I had. He immediately offered to give me a different and completely new device for free because he wanted to make sure I was happy with the product. Honestly, having shopped at so many different vape stores before, this is my favorite for this interaction alone. We already shopped here regularly because they have the best selection on a variety of products, but this interaction has sealed it as the only local shop for me. Thank you very much for such kind and considerate service and care.

Love this place. Staff always greets you upon entering and asks if you need help. First time I went in I had questions about the Delta 8 products and they were extremely helpful. Now that Im a regular they still greet me every time. Store is very clean and organized, friendly and helpful staff. Definitely check it out if your new to the area.

I’ve been here one time. I went with my boyfriend, who was the one who wanted to buy something.When we got to the counter I was asked to show my ID as well, in a very rude and condescending way. Then the staff member continued to talk to my boyfriend about how rude I was being when I went to go get my ID from the car.Manager with glasses, I don’t know his name, but he is not a very nice person.The situation with the ID was weird since I wasn’t the one buying something, but the way it was handled by the staff is unacceptable. Just be nicer to your customers.Once again, the main issue is your customer service. But thanks for responding

Love the company, just not this location anymore. The new manager (kid w/ glasses and the only person that is wearing a mask) has no clue how sales works. It went from a great store and it honored its customers to a cattle chute. It makes me sad to see one bad apple ruining the whole basket.

Best Vape shop hands down. This is a great family business that treats its customers with the utmost care and respect. The prices are amazing and the knowledge that they all have about the products they sell (and don’t in some cases) is about the best you are going to get. I used to go to a myriad of shops, even going to Nashville to get some things. But now I don’t have to go to Nashville to get good service and the best prices. Thanks to all of you!

They have an amazing variety of different kratom extract shots and the sorts. Its hard enough finding places that carry kratom extract but I was blown away by the selection. I have been here in the past for vaping needs and they also carry ejuice that I cant find anywhere else. Old School Vapor is always very friendly and helpful. I dont usually like OTHER vape shop employees... from my experience they are condescending and unwelcoming and just want to hang out with thier regular customers/friends that loiter in the store. Thats the not the case here so if you have bad social anxiety going into vape shops, then give Old School Vapor a try. They wont judge you, even if you are new to whatever youre looking to try.

They had exactly what I needed Delta 8. The gentleman behind the counter with the beard was very helpful and informative but there have been days where he wasnt so nice. We all have bad days
