Even though it is in a very busy location, once you open the door, you are transferred to a place of peace. The front desk staff is always friendly and ready to assist with anything you may need. Erika, my massage therapist, is the best. She is very professional. She knows exactly what to do to get the best results from whatever service I requested. Her recommendations are spot on for me. I cant wait for my next appointment.

OH MY GOODNESS, Angela is AMAZING at Massage Envy at 1430 Six Pines. I love my massages and so I’ve been experimenting with the different therapists at different locations and Angela has squashed all competitors. I even went back again just to confirm my experience and still it was an extraordinary encounter. My #1 Massage Envy Therapist award goes to Angela Kinney; hands down. I HIGHLY recommend her, you will not be disappointed and may even find a new home!!!

Highly recommend Casey! He is perfect. I have been going to Casey for 3 years and I even drive further to see him after I moved away because I can’t find another near as good as he is.Every session he greets me with a smile and a great attitude! He asks me what I want to focus on and delivers on exactly that and more. I can tell he is fully present and cares about providing the best massage every single time. He knows my body better than I do in the fact that he’ll catch areas that are tight and ask me if I want them worked more even if I didn’t mention it at the beginning. We always have a great conversation and he’s got an excellent memory of details in my life which makes me feel heard. But there are some days we barely talk which is also great because he gauges the conversation based on my input. Some days I want more conversation than others. He’s also very respectful and ensures that I am always comfortable. I only have great things to say about Casey, I wish I could give him a million stars!!

I love everything about this place. Scheduling is super easy, the people working at the front are really friendly. LaQuetta gives the best massages. I’ve seen her several times. Today I came in with a headache. I had it all day. Just like the last time I went in with a headache I felt so much better about half way through the appointment. She friendly, caring, and a massage expert.

This location notifies you of an upcoming appointment the day before the appointment via text. They do not send out an email nor a calendar invitation. Nor do they send a reminder the day of. However, if you cancel the day of you will be charged 50% of your service fee and 100% if you cancel within an hour of your appointment or are a no show. I know there are many professionals who likely use this service, so I think this is important to share. Message Envy should consider sending emails and calendar reminders and not just texts. European Wax Center does an excellent job in that regard.

Strictly reviewing for my therapist Yessica. I have seen her every 2 weeks for the past few months and she is just amazing. She can really do any pressure, but my preference is firm to deep and she does it well. She is very friendly and professional. Throughout the session she is very attentive and communicates well. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

My hubby bought me a membership for our anniversary. I have been twice now. First massage, I think it was Aubrey, did a great job - I just prefer a stronger heavier hand. So my second I requested Mr. Casey. Perfection. The store and rooms are very clean, the staff is very friendly & the service is exquisite. Thank you Massage Envy for taking care of me.

I just left my massage there and Im torn. It was the best and worst massage Ive ever had. I booked a 90 minute which gives time for a full body massage with extra time on an area. When my therapist asked at the beginning if I had any focus areas, I said yes, my neck is sore from looking at my phone but I still wanted a full body. I also stated to avoid my scalp since I didnt want oil on my hair and since I would be face up on the 2nd half (her choice), I didnt want it to be greasy. Well the neck is usually focused on while youre face up. I was face down for the entire time except the last 4 minutes. She then said sorry that she spent all the time on the back and there wasnt much time left. She proceeded to spend half of the 4 minutes on my neck and the other 2 minutes on my scalp which at that point I was just so annoyed I didnt say anything.Im just frustrated because 90 minutes is definitely enough time for a full body and if you specify you want something worked on, that should also be done. Instead I got neither. I was torn because her hands are magic. It just wouldve been nice to get what I asked for. Time management need to be stressed more since the client has no clue until flipping over how much time is actually left.

Extremely effective massage. My therapist was knowledgeable and alerted me of things that I wasnt aware of within my muscles. She was just a little too chatty for a relaxing massage.

I have had a membership for well over a year. All the staff here are friendly, kind, understanding, and have a smile! All the therapists are professionals and treat you so well! I have had 1 issue in the past year and it wasnt the staffs fault. I had booked an hour and a half massage, and the computer systems shut down. I lost a half hour of time. Other than that, I am always pleased and very happy when I go!

Do not sign up for Massage Envy!Recently I lost my job due to COVID layoffs, so my wife and I decided to cut all discretionary spending. I tried to cancel my massage envy membership before I was charged for additional services. I filled out the form and the desk clerk let me know it would take 10 days for it to process. I was charged the next day...I have been a member with massage envy for 5 years and mostly enjoyed my experience. Staff is always friendly and scheduling at different locations is typically easy despite limited time slots. HOWEVER, I will not recommend massage envy to my social network nor family.Thanks, one less present under the tree.Merry Christmas

Been a member of ME for over 4 years now and have tried the Woodlands, Conroe and 1488 locations. My wife and I keep going back to the Woodlands location because the Management at this location just seems to be more interested in keeping the quality of service up to higher standards. Parking can be difficult to find on the weekends when there are activities going on.With so much competition in this industry, ME needs to do what they can to keep good Therapists on their staff. Weve seen a high turnover at times and weve lost good Therapists. I believe most customers are willing to pay a little more to keep good Therapists from leaving so I hope the Management will do what they can to keep the best from leaving.Suggest that the Management ask for some customer feedback so they can address concerns.

I had an appointment scheduled today at 10:00am and I called multiple times beginning at 9:17am trying to reschedule my MOTHERS DAY massage appointment due to unforeseen personal reasons. The supervisor SHAWN had horrible customer service and insisted that it’s their policy to cancel and charge for the full price of my massage. This was my Mother’s Day gift and I’m extremely saddened that this is how MESSAGE ENVY treats their customers especially when this is something I have been looking forward to since MOTHERS DAY ADDITIONAL HOUSTON weather has been extremely bad THIS WEEK. I can’t believe this. What happened to good customer service?

I’ve been a member of ME for 13 years. Seven of those years have been at this Market Street location. I am crazy about the massage therapist Meg. She can apply deep tissue pressure without causing me to be sore the next day. She is able to identify tension areas and carefully work through them. I’ve found the staff and management to be competent and friendly.

This place is great! They have a wide range of therapist so you can always find someone to suit your needs. Also, the front desk is so understanding that every client has individual needs so they work very hard with making sure you have a excellent experience and leave feeling brand new. Staff was very efficient, seems I paid a little much (150.00 total) for what I got. Still sore as I was when I walked in...mehhh...nothing will come of complaining. I see in the reviews if you leave a good review they say wow thank you blah blah blah...but leave a not so good review and they say call this number or go online to further address the issue. Not the way to handle it. Sorry

I’ve had good experiences with the massages but before you get a membership, KNOW that you cannot get out of it for 12 months. If you need to cancel the membership, you have to pay for the remaining months left on your membership. I’m sure it’s in the paperwork you have to sign but it would have been nice to be told that up front.

I booked a 1 hr. massage treatment with Nancy a real life “award winning masseuse”, and wow so great!!!! She specializes in trigger points, deep tissue and Effleurage techniques that worked absolutely amazing on my knots and inflammation. Great work Nancy!

I have never been here before but I went in today and was appalled by the process involved in just getting a simple back massage. First of all, every time I tried to talk the front desk lady would not shut up, trying to sell me slyly without all the information she was supposed to give me if she was being honest. I asked in question form everything she should’ve already been telling me. The part that pisses me off, is the fact that they “need your phone number” in case your therapist “doesn’t show” and they also need a card on file so they can charge you if you don’t show 100% of the price. I wonder who this company is selling our info to? It’s very strange that a therapist can “not show” and they need our phone number, but if we also don’t show they need our card to make sure we get charged completely. Regular prices are actually basically $100 for 60 minutes but they try to make it sound low but placing the numbers $60 first saying it’s a “trial” doesn’t a “trial involve a series of tests? This place is dishonest and manipulative and I just got so angry they wouldn’t simply take my money, with my name or at most an ID. No, they need all the methods in order to harass me by phone, or steal my money without authorization. BAN from Market Street!!!

I was member of Massage envy for 7 years before i moved out to UK. Ambience at Massage envy, market street is good. For me, it has been very relaxing experience. Hepzi was my massage therapist for 3 years and she has been exceptional in making it a great experience. I would recommend her for her dedication, skills to make it a rejuvenating experience!!

Gave my husband a deep tissue massage for Christmas and he booked through the online site. When he got there they told him he was booked with someone who didn’t do deep tissue and it must have been a glitch in their system. They canceled his massage. They said that we were just lucky that they did not charge a no show fee, as they normally do, and that was there way of fixing the situation. They said next time don’t book online if we did not want this issue to come up again. Poor customer service as the error was their online issue. Will not be recommending or returning.

My problem with this place is that you book and pay for a 60 minute massage and end up with 50 mins as they let you change for about 5 mins at the beginning (takes 30 seconds but left waiting) and they end early to get you changed and out and room ready for next client. I’ve had about 15 sessions here all well short of an hour. I’ve now gone to three other spots and all are an actual hour massage. Makes a big difference and is a complete rip-off

Johnny was amazing!I’ve never had a firm pressure massage, and was a little nervous that I might be sore afterwards, but Johnny used the exact amount of pressure needed. He knew what areas needed more work just by feeling the muscles. I will definitely be seeing him again.

Massage Envy is a joke.Apparently I forgot to change my Massage Envy card on file and update it when my new ones came in earlier this year and I thought they just quit charging with COVID since I wasn’t using it and I got a letter saying I had till the 3rd to pay all the 3 months that I didn’t get charged or they are cancelling ALL the membership including all the ones I already paid for. I am NOT happy. That is BS. The ones I already paid for should have nothing to do with the upcoming ones I do pay for.

The massages are a good price but the front desk can be incompetent. Several times my massage has been scheduled with the wrong person at the wrong time and wrong date. And I dont find out until they call to confirm the wrong appointment! Which means I cant see my usual massage therapist because Ive already booked a babysitter for my kids.

Kaylee and the owner of this location do not care about customer satisfaction. I scheduled a couples massage and when we first got there we selected the areas we wanted massaged on the IPad. When we get to the rooms the therapist shows me the IPad and asks me of these are the only spots I want massaged I said yes, he said ok. None of the spots on my neck and shoulders were worked on! The therapist massaged the middle of my back, my calves, and my hamstrings which were not marked on the IPAD. Not to mention I kept feeling him breathing on my back. I told Kaylee I was not satisfied at all and she said she would talk to the owner and contact me back. When she contacted me back the only thing the owner offered was for me to go back to this location with a different therapist and get the enhancement that is 10.00 for free!! REALLY?! I did not get up and tell the therapist to stop because I did not want to embarrass him in front of the other therapist or interrupt my husband’s session. Kaylee blamed it on miscommunication between the therapist and I. Kaylee was supposed to contact me back and it has been weeks and I have not received a phone call.

The staff was very nice. The guy that I had my time with was nice enough.Im not sure why he asked what I wanted in the beginning, when he didnt listen. I made it very clear i was there for a particular part of my back. I had a 90min session and the last few min I finally asked, are you going to address the part of my back that Im here for? I got about 2 min of work on it after that. then it was over...I asked for firm, told him my job and that Im in Martial arts, I had a light handed rub. I kept thinking it was a warm up or something, I wasnt sure, Ive never been. He asked if the pressure was ok and I took it as yes its fine it doesnt hurt...yet. I didnt think I had to help him with what firm meant. I said FIRM several times so I figured I would get firm.I was a first time guest so it was $83. If not it would have been $143, that being said when I was checking out not only did I have to listen to 5 min of sales talk I was asked if i wanted to add gratuity to the bill. Seriously??I really think you guys should stop asking that. Its so tacky. If someone wants to tip they will. Its rude to put ppl on the spot like that and force their hand. Then to not even have it where they can type it in or write it down, you have to call out what you want added, and it forces you even if you didnt feel the tip is warranted.This is not a restaurant and tips shouldnt be something expected. I went to the woodlands thinking it would be a classier place than most. That question just cheapened the whole experience.Ill be going with an individual in loo of a franchise next time.Edit: it’s been several hours, and my back still hurts and I can’t even tell I received a 90 min massage today, except that there is a new spot in my back that hurts. I’m so disappointed and so let down.What a waste of 100 dollars. I was in such need of a good massage, my body needed it really bad and like I said, complete disappointment and let down.I’m literally sad.I wish I had that money back to go somewhere else.

I thought this place and tech would have me leaving this place feeling great even though I specifically put on the form to focus on my neck but nope. It was horrible. Tech Laquetta kept talking and had long nails pinching my skin. I wasnt able to relax either because I can hear a bunch of noise (doors opening and closing) and they had repair men fixing a dryer which they were talking so loud and making a lot of noise. Left there tensed and stressed. Never ever again.

This particular Massage Envy has been really good for me. I use them to recover from muscle tension I accumulate in sport skydiving and they are very good at releasing even bad lasting tension in short order.

Market street is a great place to hang out, shop, eat, and people watch. There are many restaurants, stores, and trendy boutiques. Theres even a Cinemark movie theater and a Hyatt hotel right in the center of it all. Parking can be a little tricky if youre trying to park at the street level, but theres also free garage parking with plenty of space.
