I have nothing but amazing things to say about the service we received today in the hair salon. From the moment we walked in until we checked out we were cared for and listened to. Our stylist Bri educated us on which would be the best products for mine and my daughters hair. She explained in depth how to take care of the new color so that it wouldn’t fade quickly! You are in good hands here!

Ugh where do I start?! From the initial phone call, to the warm welcoming from the front desk, to the comforting reassurance & super sweet personality of the physicians assistant (sorry i’m bad with names & new to this so forgot her title)… but overall this is the place you want to go for any and all aesthetic & wellness treatment/education & mentoring! Those that know me, know that I can be extremely critical, having worked in the medical field myself for some time now - especially when it comes to customer service & meeting the clients needs. I am so happy and grateful I chose this practice for my first ever aesthetic treatment (lip filler)! The practitioner Ms. Lauren way exceeded my expectations & couldn’t have done a better job at meeting my vision & goal for outcome. I will definitely be back to see her again & I love and appreciate how educational she was, she truly taught me so much and has phenomenal chair-side manner! I can’t wait to return for 1 on 1 consultation & skin care treatment with their aestheticians & other wellness services!10/10 recommend! 🫶🏼

I went to the Radiance Salon for the first time today and had such a good experience with Bri. I usually dread going to salons but the atmosphere was somehow luxury and laid-back at the same time. This is not the type of place that will pressure you to get certain products or services—everyone just wants clients to be happy. I felt very comfortable, and most importantly Bri listened carefully and understood exactly what I wanted—hair that still looks like “me” but just a little better. The communication was effortless and my hair (color, cut, and style) looks even better than I’d imagined going in!

Loved this place! I came in for lip filler with Holli and was very nervous but when I walked in, I was welcomed with a warm friendly environment that was very calming. When I got called back the MA did an excellent job explaining on how it was going to go. Holli did an AMAZING job. I love how they turned out and have got so many compliments since. This is by far the best MedSpa facility I have ever used. The staff are all experienced and absolutely lovely. My skin has never looked so good. My treatments and facials are always the highlight of my day. Highly recommend.

AVOID THIS PLACE! They dilute their Botox. Lasted 7 weeks before completely wearing off. Had 54 units which is plenty. Holly is condescending and refused to admit that 7 weeks is not normal. Radiance used to be a good place, looks like they’ve succumbed entirely to chasing profits over client satisfaction.

Holli T, RN was so amazing and listened to what I wanted and advised me very professionally. She was so sweet and patient and actually knows what she is doing. I had a facial with Kacey and she was super informative and I learned a lot about caring for my skin. Highly recommend!

Ashley has been amazing at making my skin glow. She’s one of the best in the biz. She makes sure you know what you’re in for, how to prep, and she always follows up to make sure everything went well 🙏. Not to mention she’s always so positive and when I doubt the process she calms me down. Remember the process, and all things take time.I’ll also call out she does a great job planning for the future of my skin! I’m a planner so I love that aspect. We want to do just the right amount not too much where we’re spending money too early and needlessly, and also not too little that it gets away from me. Also, I’ve never had acene but lately have seen more and she’s helping me through that which I greatly appreciate 🙏🙏🙏

I came with someone else and neither of our Botox treatments ever firmed up. Even once it was at its peak, it lasted maybe 2 weeks. Typically my Botox lasts longer than average (like 5-6 months), so this was for sure bad material. I also hated how this salon tries to push every sort of product and service on you—can barely get through the door without the full sales pitch. Won’t be coming back.

Val was AMAZING! My massage with her was divine. Its been a while since a massage has clear stress from my body and mind- she knocked it out of the park! Sweet personality, incredible technique-I was very impressed.

I absolutely love Radiance! I was so nervous to receive botox and lip injections, but Monica made me so comfortable, and, she did a excellent job. Its a little ways from where I live, but, I wouldnt think of going anywhere else! The staff is amazing and so welcoming, and Lauren was an absolute delight also! I came across a instagram that stated offering new Radiance clients their first treatment of Botox for only $99” there was no specific amount of Botox listed on the advertisement. I went to their link to redeem my coupon, and they reached out to me in a text message to schedule an appointment. I replied yes, I would like the full treatment of Botox that was offered. They replied back to me that it was 20 units and one specific area for $99. I replied back to them and stated That is not what you advertised your Instagram post. I asked them if they were willing to honor the special that they advertised on their Instagram well as letting them know that the advertisement was misleading. They did not reply to me until I asked to speak to a manager. I did receive a call back from the manager. I stated to her my concerns about the Instagram advertisement post. She stated that she was going to contact her advertising management to get clarification on the Instagram post. When she called me back she stated that when you click the link to accept the offer it tells you what you will receive for $99. In fact, it does NOT tell you anything Specific that you will receive With this offer, other than a full treatment of Botox. I asked her if she would you please email me that information so I can see that I am wrong and said she would, but did not do so. I asked again if she was going to honor their advertisement that was posted and she told me NO and that I can take my Service that I am requested Elsewhere meaning a different business. I have proof Emails and photos of the advertisement That did NOT clarify specific details on special advertised. Only that it was for a full treatment of Botox for $99. I asked SEVERAL times if I could speak to someone higher up and she refused my request and then hung up the phone on me, I have now reached out Some resources here in Texas that are willing to help me address the situation. Please note they are not willing to ADMIT to There mistake , or take care of their mistake, even though The proof is on paper. If they are going to treat a new client, this way, I would very concerned about receiving treatment from them. Their mission and values statement on their website does not reflect patient satisfaction.

I LOVE Radiance! Ive had facials there in the past and loved the experience and results. Ive had a basic facial as well as the all mighty Hydrafacial! The Hydrafacial is pricey but worth every penny! It cleans your skin out and makes you feel so refreshed and youthful afterwards. ✨They even have these comfy robes to put on before your treatment so you get the full luxury experience! I highly recommend this med spa.

Holli T is the absolute best injector I’ve ever had. I traveled from Oklahoma to use her. She has the precision and artistic skills I look for. I did three BBL treatments with Ashly to correct both reds and browns in my skin. Although the treatment is not what I would call comfortable, she made it fast and upbeat experience and kept me educated throughout the process. Im very happy with my results. Just look at this! Do bother coming here. Its a waste of time and money. I felt like I was wasting their time as soon as I arrived. And this is the first time after getting Botox that I bruised and got the massive migraine. The vibe was just horrible and Im really sad, because Botox is normally something fun and relaxing I do for myself. Just find someone who actually wants you there. We just moved here and its been hard enough finding places that want your business.

No wait to check in, refreshments available while I wait, and Valerie was ready for me before my appointment. The massage was amazing, and the hardest part was not falling asleep! First, the staff is amazing! My appointment was booked incorrectly and they still were able to fit me in. The practitioners are very personable and kind.However, Im pretty disappointed in my service. Ive been getting the same number of units of Botox for a long time in my forehead. This was the first time Ive ever had bruising. I had two large bruises, one in the middle of my forehead that lasted for a week.. The main reason I get botox is to lift my brows in order to have symmetry. Its been 2 weeks and my brows havent raised at all. Ive never had this issue happen either. I used their $99 special and maybe that was my mistake!20 units at $99 + 10 units @ 12.00 per unit still feels like a waste of money

Everything is great for the last two years. I missed an appointment when my dad died and I had some things come up with work. I also had a panic attack frightened of how much it was going to hurt and had a hard time making myself go in. They give discounts for preset appointments, so I always try to get them. I called this morning I got called in to an emergency at work. There is a 48hr no show policy in place now. Their no-show fee is $200 for Botox. To cancel their beauty bank it’s another $250. (It’s supposed to give you a discount and you give them money every month) I don’t know. I get no show fees for doctors… but are you asked to add tips at your doctors office for the service like this place? This is not the place to go if you already have low self esteem. I spent so much money here, have money in that beauty bank and another cool sculpting session. I am just going to part ways. I left with uneven eyebrows last time, and the cool sculpting did not work for me. I just don’t have enough money to keep dumping here because I don’t like myself. Just be aware of the high fees and don’t forget about them.

Typically I do not like to leave negative reviews. I am new to TX and reached out to Radiance to try their $99 new client Botox special and had my 11 lines done on my forehead. Staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable. As far as the Botox - I barely saw any results! I called Radiance, sent text messages and even pictures after only 6 weeks!! They responded and said a technician will contact me. 2 weeks later…still no communication from them! I am in my 50’s and have NEVER had Botox results as disappointing as this!

I had my first coolscultpting experience today at Radiance. I was so nervous but my technician Valerie was superb. She put on a netflix show for me and the time went by super quickly. Everyone go see Valerie for your cool sculpting needs.

I was a loyal customer at Radiance for years, specifically for HydraFacials. However, after purchasing 3 sessions of Microneedling with Radiofrequency, I wont be returning. The treatments were excruciatingly painful, leading to panic attacks before each session. Unfortunately, I experienced significant volume loss in my face and cheeks, which I later learned can be caused by overly high RF settings, and it is my assumption that perhaps the technicians were not properly trained on settings for different skin types. When I discussed my concerns with the owner, Lauren, she dismissed them and denied responsibility. The before photos were taken under normal overhead lighting, and the afters were taken with a ring light, altering the image results - it was extremely deceptive and dishonest. There was no offer of assistance or treatment options to address the issue. Im heartbroken by the painful experience, the results, the wasted time and money and the lack of accountability from Radiance.

My sister came here to get Botox done and let me just save you time and money, DO NOT GO HERE. They will ruin your face. I recommend Medical Aesthetics of the Woodlands, they are much kinder and do not try to trick you into getting all these random extra things that make you look like a plastic doll like the rest of them. I am a dentist myself with my own practice and would never approve of the way their staff acts towards customers. Disrespectful 0/10

I have been going to this spa for years but just experienced the hair salon and I’m so thankful I did! Hanna was great and did exactly what I asked! She took her time and explained everything, making sure I was comfortable with every step. I asked for a multi-color balayage with red, and I completely realize that’s not easy! I’ve asked for this at different salons in the past and walked out less than satisfied. I would recommend Hanna to anyone looking to get the best treatment and wonderful results. My mom and I had a very good experience here. The last place we went to we paid the same and after weeks of waiting to see the results, we barely saw any (we are thinking they diluted the Botox too much, it’s the only real explanation as to why the same product worked here and not so much there). After having her Botox done here, my mom started seeing her results within a week, and I saw mine within 2 weeks. Everyone here is very kind and professional. My mom was being a little difficult (she was traumatized from the last place we went), but they remained very polite and took the time to explain everything to her in detail, and reassured her that she would not have the same experience here. Today was our follow up appointment and we are genuinely happy we found this place, we will definitely remain loyal clients here. The owner Lauren who did our Botox is very polite, professional , and knowledgeable. I completely trust her, and would trust anyone working for her. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for any services offered here. I would also recommend to stay away from lifespan euro med spa in Conroe. That was literally the worse experience my mom and I ever had anywhere. Trust me when I say Radiance med spa is definitely one of the best places to go.

I have NEVER felt so beautiful and confident in my own skin. Holli is the absolute best at what she does. I finally look like the person I have always wanted to thanks to her and Radiance. I will be 51 in two weeks. Full transparency, I do have permanent makeup on my eyebrows and lips that I got after the “before” picture.

So I had a bad day, the kind where everything you touch goes wrong. I was horribly late to my appointment and being a new person there I was so embarrassed because usually thats not my style. When I walked in the staff was super friendly and Jessica greeted me with a huge smile. No one made me feel bad for being so late. Jessica took her time with me not rushing at all. She was absolutely a blast to chat with while I was there! She was the sunshine I needed in my day and I left feeling so happy with my hair. Trust me, for the first time in 3 years of living down here, shes the first person to really listen to me and give me exactly what I wanted. Nailed it! However, I would not sign a cancelation policy that they required. Keep in mind that my haircuts were 40 dollars. The Cancelation policy was 100 dollars. I asked to make a 40 dollar policy, and I would sign it. They said I could no longer come back. So they lost my 40 dollar haicut a month and my wifes 500 dollar budget for all her things. Hope the owner reads this and realizes the manager needs an adjustment.GOOD NEW FOUND ANOTHER MEDICAL SPA AND THEY WHERE THRILLED TO HAVE OUR BUSINESS.

I see Jessica Baughman to get my hair done. She is amazing. Ill just give an example of many reasons why shes so fabulous. I have a pregnancy condition that had kept me from seeing her for 7 months. I was STILL getting compliments on my hair like I had just got it done. She really talks to you about what you want. I have fine/ thin hair and she didnt push anything that would kill it for the sake of making more money. I could not recommend her enough!!!

Save yourself time and money and go to a real Dermatologist. Do NOT go here for Botox. Trust me it’s not worth your time or money. Again, go to a REAL dermatologist. They’re always short staffed, don’t know how to properly put Botox, communicate poorly with clients, and priced the same/more than dermatologists who are much more qualified and educated. Again, save yourself time and money and go to a dermatologist for Botox.

I always go to radiance for a relaxing and most enjoyable couple hours out of my busy hectic day. I try to go every couple months or as often as I can. The minute I walk in the front door the ladies at the front desk make me feel welcome and walks me back to the dressing room. I usually sees Valarie for my massage which is a relaxing, heavenly experience!!! She is amazing and always makes me feel appreciated and treats me as if though I’m the most important client of the day. I always feel stress free on my way out the door.I leave thinking about my next visit every time. And will definitely not go anywhere else!!!!

I have been seeing Helena at Radiance since the beginning of this year for facials. I got married in March and she brightened up and refreshed my skin for my big day. We formed such a great relationship and Ive loved the results so much that I continue to see her once monthly. I can always make appointments when I call and theyve always been courteous. $440/month for compounded Semaglutide injections is highway robbery. There are multiple weight loss clinics in Houston that offer it for $150-200/mo depending on dose. In response to the owner’s reply, $150-200 isn’t a cheap imposter price, it’s the average price around the entire country. I even looked up the price at clinics in Denver, Miami, and Seattle to compare. You guys are over charging.

I really liked Lauren. Unfortunately - I came in for Voluma. I was quoted $900 and Lauren injected me without telling me the cost. When I came to the desk to pay it was $2300. When I told them how disappointed I was - they gave me a $200 discount. I was a regular customer - coming to them every 3 months for nearly two years. Unfortunately they chose one transaction over a long term relationship. I highly recommend Medical Aesthetics in The Woodlands. They don’t upsell and they are up front about cost. They even try to save you money if the procedure does not need to happen yet. Super disappointed this is how Radiance chose to handle this as I really liked going there. To top it off - my wedding was two months later and she knew it. Weddings are not cheap. They put me in a terrible place. Just be careful here and know they assume everyone in the woodlands is rich. Ask for cost before you let them do anything. Such a huge bummer and I won’t go back. Hope they will choose long term relationships versus one transaction in the future. If they made it right - I would still be a client.

The business have a system that automatic collects from my bank account a set amount of $100 every month. Since last March due to the pandemic I lost my job and immediately contacted the business to stop collecting those payments, they stop for few months and continue collecting payments. I sent several letters to get their attention and finally cancelled the account, but I have a credit amount of $485.00 that they need to refund back to me and they refused. They have no legal rights to keep the money that I have saved for future services. I want my money back

Excellent place for care. Estheticians are very professional and kind. The facility is extremely clean and also decorated with good taste. Staff at front desk are very nice! The skin and makeup products they sell are very good! They also offer hair and nail salons in the same building.

I wrote a negative review from my experience last week, but deleted it because there is enough hate in the world. a week later, I cannot remain silent. I have eyebrows that move up and a frozen forehead. It makes me look like a clown anytime I speak to anyone. ill be wearing hats for months. Im humiliated by the experience and have cried daily since having the botox injected thursday 7/23/20. they tried 3 days later after I posted the initial bad review to make it right but there is no way im letting this lady touch my face again. This facility has horrible customer service. I could never get the doctor nurse to give me a straight answer about the cost of the treatment. I was using insurance from a wreck I was in t0 fix a scar on my face. I tried to contact them for several months and just kept getting a response that was always several weeks later that said, I will forward this email to the doctor. I would never trust anyone or any facility that cant even have to decency to have the doctor call and explain to me if there was a reason that I cant get a price for the procedure. I will never go to this facility again and will make sure if anyone I know is looking to have any procedure done here I will let them know my horrible experience with the facility.
