I got a massage and facial package today for Mother’s Day with Candy!! Candy is amazing this is my second time coming here and I love how friendly and comfortable they make you feel!!I definitely will keep going back!The manager Cata is awesome she gave me a Mother’s Day gift ,essential oil, and entered me in a drawing! 😄👍

A hidden gem . Very happy with my experience here last week . I had one of the best massages I have ever got from Ana, it was a quick massage (I was on a time crunch), but it felt amazing ! I cannot wait to go back and get another massage and try a facial as well.

My husband and I absolutely LOVED the experience we had at this spa!! It was our first time getting a couples hot stone massage and facial. The ladies were extremely nice and provided a wonderful service. I highly recommend this location to anyone .

Today as I waited for my appointment I was greeted by a very friendly staff member that put me with an amazing message therapist.This experience today is worth sharing.Definitely got my Zen today. .As bonus this gem is having an event today with drinks, appetizers and doors prizes for all their client’s and guests from 4 pm to 6pm.

I have been coming to Europa Skin Care & Day Spa for 9 years, yup--9 years! Does that not say it all?? The staff is amazing, they are attentive, personable, they care to know you and what you need, and their services are of equally great quality and care. You wont be disappointed.

Wonderful treatment will be coming back! We didn’t expect such fancy treatment. We were given our own private room and the women were so kind. We felt like celebrities! They have so many treatment options for different types of skin.

Today I had a 90 minute sports massage with Catalina. It was an incredible experience. There is a very attentive staff, I arrived with a spasm in my back. She was very professional and worked and focused on my back. I will definitely return, she was very helpful.

What an amazing experience. They not only got us in on a same-day reservation, but were able to accommodate nine of us to get massages, and to make our soon to be bride, feel fantastic. All of the staff are kind, courteous and thoughtful, and truly made the experience for the bride and the whole wedding party memorable! Oh my goodness, this place is hands down the BEST SPA Ive EVER BEEN TO!! I was feeling stressed and decided to treat myself to their ultra detox body treatment, and I was speechless. Such an amazing experience! This has become my go to spa from that day forth. I received a gift of a spa day from my husband and signed up for package #5. Ive never had a spa day before. The ladies were extremely kind, walked me through everything, and made sure I was comfortable. The experience was very relaxing because I caught myself falling asleep a few times. After it was all finished, they handed me flowers and a balloon because it was my birthday! I was very happy and appreciative of the experience. Will definitely recommend and come back. Thank you!

I have not had a professional massage and facial since BEFORE the Covid pandemic. Since then, Ive changed job roles, gained additional responsibilities and stress, and Im finishing my Masters degree in Nursing. I knew that I had some tension and stress but had no idea that my shoulders and back were SO bad. I booked a 90 minute massage and facial with Ms Ana Ganderilla and she found and tackled every knot and my skin is glowing!!! I immediately booked an appointment to return in 2 weeks! She is the BEST!!

I had a fantastic full service on their number four massage. It was 3 hrs of glorious bless. Started with Gloria giving me a emu oil rub and a sauna tent. Then salt rub all over getting old skin & cells off. Then Stephanie came in and gave me my massage that was wonderful. Follow up with Gloria coming back in and giving me a facial to complete the blissful session. I hope to do this again.

I took my mom to this spa for her birthday and it was our first ever spa experience and Ms.Ana really took care of my mom and she had a great time! She got the Spa package 1 and loved it! She’s still talking about it, we will definitely be back! Thank you Ms.Ana!

The service was amazing!!!! I had a facial done by Catalina, and not only was it relaxing but she made me feel welcomed! Will definitely recommend her to anybody wanting a great facial, and I will definitely come back.

This place is hit or miss. One time you get a great massage and the full time but most times they cut your time off by 20-30 minutes.Once I got a 2-hour massage and they finished in one and a half hours today I got a one and a half hour massage and she finished in 1 hour and 10 minutes.This place is not cheap but you should at least get what you pay for the full time would be nice.

10/10 recommend. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I feel right at home.

I just had a facial with Ana. What a wonderful experience! My face is soft and glowing! The scented hot towels were heavenly! The mini massage has my shoulders feeling like butter! She’s my go to person from now on!

Went here Valentines Day for a couples package that was booked well in advance. Got here on time package was supposed to be 3 hours long we were done in2 hours and 20 minutes and that includes all the long waiting time they had us sitting. My massage felt like my 9 year old did it and even when I asked the lady to go a litter harder she ignored me . Massage was supposed to be 1 hour only got 30 minutes . Then the lady had the nerve to try to give an explanation of why out time was shorten by still wanted us to pay the price we booked. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

Great experience I loved it , it was my first time ever going to a spa . Me and my husband did the couple spa, he loved it as well the ladies there are very nice and respectful. Definitely will be coming back in the future for another spa day . I loved that they also take care credit not a lot of places seem to.

Ana was my esthetician. Even though I’m not new to microneedling this was my first visit with her so she got to know my skin first which I appreciate it. She started off with a light peel and a more mild microneedling. Even though it was more of a mild treatment I could already see results. Amazing after only 1 treatment. I’m super excited to see what the other series of treatments is going to reveal. I highly recommend Ana.

I received a Swedish massage from Ana. I highly recommend her, she focused on the areas I needed, and definitely knew the right pressure points and what she was doing. The customer service was also great!

This place it’s amazing!! The atmosphere, the staff, the services, everything it’s great! I had a hydrating facial and a chemical peel done by Ana who was very nice, friendly and professional. I have to say that I absolutely loved the facial and the peel. My face feels like baby skin, it’s so soft and vibrant!

I went to Europa and had a wonderful experience. The asmosphere was very relaxing and you can start your experience with your favorite cocktail in their beautiful bar. The staff were so friendly it felt like family.Facial from Audra, Pedicure from Nina and massage from Ray,the owner,wonderful.I am so looking forward to my next visit.I cannot imagine anyone complaining especially after having a massage or facial. If you are unhappy then why complain afterwards.You have a choice to stop and leave. So looking forward to my next visit!!!

It was a great experience, however, misunderstanding happened when we booked an couples for 3 hours. After the procedure they charged us 600, even by the phone told 300 total.

I went into this spa a few days ago. I went all out I had a massage, a facial, and a manicure & pedicure. First I loved the relaxed atmosphere plus they have a full bar. I was offered drinks which were free. I will be back soon. I will recommend this spa to anyone looking to relax and just get pampered.

Need to unwind and treat yourself, well this is the place to do it, I personally love it, every time I go, they make me feel at home, the girls are so nice, and they treat you like family. Best Spa to go and really relax. 100 % recommend.

The massages at this place was wonderful I will definitely recommend it …. the deep tissue got all your knots and kinks out…..there friendly staff was great, as soon as I walked in they made sure I was comfortable offered me glass of wine. This was the best experience I have had in a long time and wow that says a lot because I’ve gone to many places to get a wax, but this by far is my favorite place. I totally recommend this place if you want to try something new they also have facials and do massages as well, I absolutely love it!

3-28-14 - went for a day of pampering with my 2 daughters, 465.00 later and we all had very different experiences. First off walked in 4 people at front desk no one greeted us, this is until I finally spoke to them. A little odd. Took the 3 of us back for our first treatment, massage. Myself - not great, diffently not trained in masage, only massaged one side of my body most of the time. At one point she lifted my leg and placed it across her leg (she had blue jeans on) felt weird to say the least. Also kept, running her hand down my body as she walked around the table, that she kept bumping into, tables were cheap and wobbly. The linens were thin and not of a good quality. Daughter 1 has similiar experience except a bit more professional, Daughter 2 had a better massage. Meet back out in waiting room for next treatment. Daughter 2 was given a robe to wear for the day, Daughter 1 and myself nope. She felt uncomfortable and went to change. Next treatment were Facials for everyone, they were okay, Myself and Daugher 1 liked them, Daughter 2 was not told what they were doing when Hot Lotions or Oil was placed on her face etc. Last treatmetn was a shampoo and blow dry, which I was looking forward to because you always leave the spa looking like heck. This was BAD. They did not know what they were doing. My hair actually smelt like it was burning at one point, pulled my hair just simply inexperienced. Per person was to be 130.00 was charged 405.00 plus asked if I wanted to leave tips for each person. There were 6 different people that worked on us. This place needs training. Little creepy with the open bar, I wonder if they have a license for that. Lots of Men frequent this place. We wont be back ever.

You are pretty much put on a pedestal and pampered from the time you walk in the door until you leave. The prices are extremely reasonable and the service is excellent. I will be going back!

I normally love this place for a mens pedicure but today was not impressive at ALL. Water wasnt close to warm or hot. Room temp at best. Asked the woman who was working on my pedi cure why the water wasnt hot. No response! Seemed like she wasnt sure of much. Very disappointing service. They dont have those massage chairs like some other spas do and never offered me water or anything! Will find someplace else to go

DO NOT purchase gift certificates from this place! I got a gift certificate at Christmas and just found it after moving earlier this year. I called on 9/20 and said I was making an appointment for a gift certificate from Christmas. The person who answered said ok and made the appointment. Upon arrival today they told me that it was expired and I cant redeem it. I told her that gift certificates are for good 5 years from issuance. Cathy got the manager Nina who still refused stating that the purchase signed an acknowledgement. I told her they cant make rules to supersede the law and she could either honor it, reissue it or refund the money. She still refused and said shed honor 50%. I told her she has to honor the full amount or I would report her and she told me to go ahead. I asked for the owners info which she refused to give me. When I asked for their names Cathy didnt even want to give me their names. Bad business practices! If they are issuing gift certificates, they should know the applicable laws. Dont give these crooks your business!

I went there last week to have my full day spa treatment (facial,massage,manicure n padicure) Ana did a amazing facil, Isabel gave me the BEST massage EVER..and Ninas manicure and pedicure was the greatest. The staff treated me like a Queen. I highly recommend Europa.

To Mary Kawar. Your expiration date is printed on your GIFT CERTIFICATE. The five year expiration is for GIFT CARDS such as Visa-MasterCard you might purchase at Kroger. Even those can expire after one year if it hasnt been used. Please get your facts straight before you go to a business and make threats at the top of your lungs which was very disrespectful to the other clients trying to enjoy their Day Spa day.
