I have frequented Skin Retreat in The Woodlands since 2020 and their professionalism, quality of products, and estheticians are phenomenal. My skin leaves feeling amazing. I have had many of the organic facials to the HydraFacial (which come with a little arm and hand massage, unlike other places). Emily was my esthetician for my recent HydraFacial and I could not recommend her enough! If you like facials, this is your place.

For someone who definitely is late to the party regarding skin care , I couldnt have asked for a more professional and amazing experience from the moment I entered the doors. The atmosphere was beautiful and calm and the detail was perfection! I recieved my facial and wax care from Caitlyn who btw is just an amazing person to be around! She was honest in what I need to work on without making me feel insecure. The entire experience was wonderful and the price was definitely doable!

I am going here for a while now for waxing and facials. Wonderful and extremely relaxing environment the moment you enter. Girls at front desk are very polite and always smiling. Getting appointments is very easy. I always see Mallory. She has the most gentlest hands ever. Very hygienic, clean and refreshing waxing procedures. Best Facials Ive had so far. You get recommended new products but never pushed or rushed to buy them. So far very pleased with this Spa. Already has recommended my friends.

The spa is wonderful. The ladies are so friendly and helpful. I love their amenities such as facials, waxing and product offered. Brooke is my aesthetician and she is just fabulous.

I have been coming here for over 2 years. I have the Wax Me membership and love it! Mallory is the absolute best! I have seen a handful of others but have never had as good of an experience as I do with Mallory. She does a fantastic waxing job and makes it painless. I would recommend Faces365 and Mallory to anyone in need of great waxing services!

From the moment you walk in you begin to relax. Located in the heart of the Woodlands, the space is designed with the high-end finishes and colors one would expect. The staff is friendly and attentive and you immediately feel welcomed. Today I had a full body massage performed by Stacy. She used just the right amount of firmness and I left feeling like a new woman. I highly recommend Faces 365 and will definitely be back!

First, Brandy is absolutely beyond amazing! She is kind, informative, patient and gentle. My first ever body waxes were performed with ease. She made sure I was properly covered and comfortable the entire process. Will be adding waxes by her to my hygiene regimen. Talk about a confidence boost (all smiles). Daphany at the front desk was uber welcoming, kind, professional, informative but not pushy as well.

I recently moved to The Woodlands from Greenville and was looking for a new place to get my eye brows waxed. The people at faces 365 are very sweet but I didn’t like the outcome of my eye brows. I’ve had a perfect shape that I loved for years. Now I have two completely different eye brows. Very upset, my eye brows are very important to me sad they are ruined. Now I’ll be having to fill And basically make my eye brows look somewhat similar!

After receiving a lovely $70 facial, I was treated to a free wax, which was a promotional and therefore free with the facial. The woman who did my facial asked if I wanted some cleaning up or re-shaping. I CLEARLY said that I wanted light cleaning up. She waxed off 80% of my eyebrows. I had VERY FULL eyebrows that were only waxed twice a year and very rarely plucked. I have NEVER had to fill them in. After telling the receptionist and my waxer that my eyebrows were unacceptable, I was told that my eyebrow waxing would be free, WHICH IT ALREADY WAS. I was also offered another free eyebrow wax for a later appointment, which seems a little stupid to me. I requested the manager but she was not there and I have been told she would call me. I shouldve known not to get my eyebrows done there, since every woman who worked there barely had any. Facial was excellent, eyebrows are gone.

Christy is so professional and very nice!! God bless her she has been helping me so much with my skin I feel so confident and radiant everytime I come out of that spa!! I am so happy to be there!! I recommend this spa 100 percent I’m 20 years old and my skin has never looked better. Thank you to Christy!!

I had a great experience, every employee was so friendly and my esthetician was really sweet and helpful. Also it’s really nice inside. I purchased a membership cause I’m definitely going back.

I’ve very picky about my eyebrows but I was so happy with how they looked after coming here. I had Mary grace and she was so sweet and did them perfectly.

This place is heaven sent! From the receptionists to the estheticians, everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. The owner is wonderful, too!
