Green Light Smoke Shop Vape & CBD

I recently visited this smoke shop and was genuinely impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly, offering helpful recommendations without being pushy. Their assortment of products is impressive, catering to both newcomers and seasoned enthusiasts. What stood out most was their competitive pricing; they offer better deals than many local competitors. Overall, a fantastic experience with great value for money. Highly recommended!

There’s tons of tiny white pieces or something I’ve never seen before. My experience is limited by a year; however I see nothing online explaining it’s normal, why its there and what it is. Kinda weird, opms has this place on their official website so it’s definitely opms, I think. Something about it is unsettling.

Recently there’s been a bunch of white chunks in the opms gold shots. Looks like milk that’s been out for a couple days. I’ve been taking these for 5 years and have never seen this until recently.This is my 3rd shot like this here, Keep in mind it’s extremely hard to see what’s in the bottle unless you remove the outside wrapper. Sometimes you check the bottom but its not the best indicator as you can see.Since its my 3rd shot wasted, I decided to swing by and discuss it with the employee. My first time doing so, the guy working at 6am says it’s normal and no else has a problem with it, its only me, which is simply untrue.A few days ago a different employee told me they had a whole case returned because it looked like the picture. That multiple customers came in complaining about it. Obviously the middle age man claiming it’s normal is lying.NOWHERE online does it say these white chunks are normal. Opms doesn’t even mention it on their website. You’re going to tell me after taking 500+ opms shots that those chunks are normal.I’m not going to consume something that’s a mystery. Am I supposed to assume that this white stuff is harmless like the employee suggested. Like he lab tested it himself and determined it was good. He can’t say what it is, opms won’t answer my emails and multiple others trying inquiring about it, something is up. I don’t want to potentially threaten my health because opms and a smoke shop refuse to be transparent.Won’t even have a discussion, didn’t even ask for a refund. Guy barely looked at my opms shot, complained that I opened the outside wrapper and it cant be sold. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on these shots and the one time I come by with an issue I metaphorically get spit on by the employee. Asking me why’d I buy it if there was white stuff.Every other employee there is amazing and informative. Honestly hope that guy does well in life. Maybe he was having a bad day, only god knows.

Have been coming here for about three years now the rewards program actually rewards you with big discounts. On top of all this, every every worker in there, including the manager all the way down to the boy with long hair is super respectful and knowledgeable about what they’re doing. Over priced for there 7OH and kratom tablets. They don’t do price matching. I asked, I was able to sign up and use my 10% discount.

Green Light is the spot!!! Is it lt past 12a.m. and your vape went out at the wrong time? No problem! Green Light stays open 24 hours!!! They got what you need. All sorts of different flavors for your vapes. They got hookahs, tons of tobacco products, and lots of other items that you just need to see for yourself. The staff is friendly but also very knowledgeable in so many ways if you have questions about their products. I highly recommend this place as a go 2.

They don’t do refunds. Watch out for any vapes anywhere just cause they say the corner store has defective problems doesn’t mean they don’t too! I’m stay going up the street to SMOKE SCREEN THEY CHEAPER AND GOT THE BEST EVERYTHING EVEN BEST CUSTOMER SERVICES .

Best customer service and anything you need or need to know they don’t sugar code and are very direct and usually have whatever you need.

Gotta say, one of the best shops Ive been to in awhile. Great customer service, very helpful. Also gave me $10 off my purchase with two 10% offs the next visit. I purchased a water pipe and the packaging was awesome. Placed with styrofoam inside a box not just some bubble wrap in a plastic bag.

These type of shops are on virtually every corner at this point but these guys are great. Family owned, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, competitively priced with a loyalty program. I’m glad I happened upon them. Store is clean and well organized with a good variety of interesting things. This is the best smokeshop in Texas and I rarely write good reviews. No other smokeshop compares to the prices and quality they give you here. I have never gotten anything that was fake or broken. Also once you start coming in they will treat you like family and take care of you and everyone there is super knowledgeable on anything in the shop you won’t go wrong with asking them for a suggestion. Shoutout to Tommy for always taking care of us at night he is always there with the best suggestions and friendly service even when it’s 3am. If you are needing a new smokeshop or just want to try a new one I promise that this place won’t fail you.

Man, Steve and Tommy are awesome. They make you feel super welcome in their store. All items are super responsible priced too. Vape juice have great prices on them as well. I had previously shopped with them a while back. I had to return an item because it was defaulted from the manufacturer. Not only did they except my return (most places wont) but they gave me a free item of my choice under 10$. Thats what customer service is. These guys are the best at what they do in this area! Super helpful and welcoming. They truly care for their customers. My husband came in with no knowledge of CBD or Delta8 products and they walked him through it with the utmost patience. I was also a beginner myself in vaping and they put me on to some great products. My days of smoking cigarettes are way behind me and my husband got just what he needed for his anxiety.

Was a cool spot due to being open 24 hours a day. Iwent in last week to get coils for a nord vape and wastold they were starting to become scarce due to mehaving an older model. They recommended it was timefor an upgrade to a newer one with more readilyavailable coils and parts. I took the salesmans adviseand purchased a brand new vape on the promise Iwould have no trouble finding coils. Just went In todayto get the first pack of replacement coils and was toldthat they dont have them and arent carrying any.Offered no alternative solution and took noresponsibility for pushing a sale under false pretenses.If your looking for vape juice at 3 am then I guess its ok.But if youre looking to make a larger purchase I wouldrecommend Bahamas mama right down the street.Super friendly sales staff and had the coils I needed aswell as plenty of coils for my outdated model as well.Guys as green light were obviously just Bing me tomake a little commission but lost a long time customerin the process.

The venue is spacious and clean, well staffed with knowledgeable employees. We were quickly helped. I got everything I needed quickly, so I had time to buy I few things thought caught my eye. They have high end smoke equipment for lots of product lines. I got replacement parts for my PAX 3 on a whim. Very impressed.This is my preferred store by far.

First off, they are open 24hrs a day. When you run out of coils and your regular vape shop doesnt open til 4 hours from now. Called Green Light and Paul was so helpful in getting me the exact same coils. Huge selection and fair pricing. Thanks for being my 6am hero!

This place is awesome. They are super friendly and they have a wide variety of products from pipes to house blend kratom. I buy the house blend green malay and I keep going back because that blend is the best. Its a clean feeling. Thank you guys for all you do for us.

I am very bothered by the 3 star review that was left because of their 24 hour service! This place is hands down one of the best smoke shops I have ever been to in texas and a big reason is the people. They are newly 24 hours I believe, so I think it’s a little unfair to leave a review like that when I think that’s safer and probably more reasonable considering it is when most people aren’t awake. I would think most people at that hour aren’t trying to have a look around. Common sense not so common huh. Anyway this place is really great and I’ve been meaning to write a review for awhile now. Always so happy to help and knowledgeable about anything I’ve asked. Great products. Lots of cool cbd options. The vibe is super chill and welcoming in my opinion. Most shops I’ve been to I can’t say the same.

Out of town on a family vacation, accidentally left my vape juice at the house 300 miles away. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Let me check out a few different juices and really listened to my preferences, found a great juice I’m happy with. Great experience. Wish these guys were closer to home!

Just moved here and decided to get another vape. Tony was GREAT! He was patient and me look at all the vapes and had the knowledge for all of my questions. He even set it up for me and let me try the juice before I left. Highly recommend this place!! Ask for Tony, you won’t be disappointed!

It was the only place open 24 hours in the N. Spring/Woodlands area, and close by at the time of the morning I went today. I have to say that I dont like at all that its 24 hrs but you cant enter in, you order through a window & so you really cant see whats all to offer. It is a hassle having to get the guy to go back & forth to get stuff & show you. They are decently priced on some things, yet over on other things. Its an ok place, probably not going to return.

I have been in this shop a couple times, the range of product is amazing. They have everything from the basics to artisan glass. The staff was very knowledgeable. I went in yesterday looking for a dry herb vaporizer knowing basically nothing about the product, the staff was patient and knowledgeable walking me through the ranges of product. I selected the Pax 3, when I got home, started checking online reviews and videos, I could not have been happier with my selection, the product, and the guidance that was provided. As a bonus, they followed masking and COVID precautions well.

This place is out of the way for me and there’s plenty of closer shops for me to go to but I will drive all the way over here every time because they have the nicest and best customer service I have ever received in my life. Im not sure what his name is but there is a guy that works the 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. shift and he was very helpful the last few times that Ive been. He was very knowledgeable about products And when I accidentally dropped my tank on the ground trying to get a new coil he quickly suggested a plastic screw on top to replace it. He deserves a raise!!

Excellent customer service as they got exactly what I needed for both myself and my roommate! I should also note they have amazing covid policies in place at the moment! They have a window and speaker with a drop box similar to pharmacies and it honestly made me feel so safe and thankful! Granted you cant go in and browse around they offer Facetiming so you can see their selection and they do let you see the products up close so you know what youre getting. Ill be back when I upgrade my vape mod!!!

Was a loyal customer until today.was sold an expensive vape yesterday, that I was talked into, and I dont like it and it doesnt work properly.asked if i could exchange for two cylinder batteries and was told “ all sales final”.i wont give them another penney of my money.so, i went back to Legends Smoke and Vape where Shirish fixed the vape that Greenlight sold.It looked like remnants of weed were inside the vape where the pod sits. so it was cleaned and still didnt work.... thats because Greenlight sold me a vape with a bad coil. shirish replaced it for me free of charge.Legends Smoke and Vape is the place to go for quality products and great customer service.so, dont waste your hard earned noney where you are NOT appreciated

They provide fantastic, helpful, friendly, enthusiastic customer service. The store isn’t gaudy, or cheap-looking; also, blissfully lacking that familiar reek of stale incense, a sickly amalgam of clashing “fragrances”, which is all-too-expected in your average smoke shop, I’ve noticed. Their establishment is CLEAN, they offer a wide rage of products for a range of needs, and the best part? They are wonderfully well-priced!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! First time customer. Went in to buy a disposable vape, asked if I could try it after purchasing and he said “yeah go ahead.” I took two hits and it already tasted like coil and burnt. I let him know and he says he can’t help me. I asked if I can get a new one or a refund. All he offers me is 20% off on the next vape. So basically I paid $20 for 2 hits of a vape and 20% off my next purchase. I asked to speak with a manager or when a manager will be in and they said they couldn’t tell me that information. Probably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Never seen a first time customer get treated so poorly. I was practically robbed. They obviously don’t know how to run a business. I left the vape too, to let him know I’m not even going to be using it. He still didn’t care.

Theyll sell you an overpriced product and one employee will tell you to hold on to the receipt, just in case something happens and when you come in with said inferior product, all sales are final now lol what a joke. Cant say enough about this place. If youre Military or Healthcare, or maybe even a teacher, THIS is where you want to go. You cant beat this price with the high quality products they sell. Theyve been helping me for months now. They definitely take the time to make sure youre welcomed AND they have a walk up window so you dont have to go outside.

I don’t even like writing reviews but I want this place to thrive because I love it so much. Hands down some of the best customer service I have ever seen!!!!!! If someone asks me about smoke shops, I rave about this place only. I literally drive 20-25 min to go to this place when there is a smoke shop 5 min or less from me. Every experience has been a pleasant one. I wish I lived right next door but I would probably spend half my paycheck hahaha

Very helpful! I went in looking for a good juice and a replacement pod and was not disappointed. It took a little research, and a significant amount of time, to get the correct pod I was looking for but I will definitely be back because they were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to give me the time so I would get what I really wanted. I was about to go buy a pack of cigarettes, after years of not smoking, because I wasnt satisfied with what I was using and now I dont want to. Thank you!

Apparently there is a web site with a similar name . The prompt response from the owner had me check my review again and delete it , I retract everything I posted. The web site is gone all I get is a 404 notice. I made a mistake because of a bogus website, lesson learned. Apparently the owner is a attentive and honest business person. The prompt response reflects very well on how their business is run.

Green Light is run by brothers, they are always so helpful, nice and happy all the time. This is by far my favorite smoke shop. They have hundreds of Juice flavors. Their vape mod selection is growing. Plenty of glass to choose from and they have all kinds of CBDs. Overall this is a great store with great selection and great customer service if they dont have something you need just ask theyll get it

Walking into the store is calming and with the incense in the air its peaceful. The staff was super cool and put me at ease as I am a first time CBD user. Nice selection. Theres alot to choose from. Me and my boyfriend went and got a bong for 50 dollars and its a nice one. They have a lot of accessories, like RAW cyclones. They have a lot of good deals, and they sometimes raffle off glass pieces.

Greenlight has a great selection of quality CBD products Id previously only been able to get online. Green Roads is a great CBD brand and Greenlight carries thier various products (edibles, CBD infused coffee, oils, Vapes, ect...). The staff is always attentive and friendly. Never had a negative experience. Will continue to go to Greenlight for my CBD needs.
