I shop at pineapple express, probably about twice a week I’m a regular, and I use the geek bars which are excellent and I buy them four at a pop.Sky the best employee they have, I just met here today lol. Sky, who is phenomenal help me out because I got a defective one and it freaked out when I put it on the charger first one ever done that and she went over and above for me and she’s a stellar employee and she should be Receiving an accolade for her customer service

EDIT: Dropping to 1 star after purchasing $50 Geekvape Hero that was a dud & does not hold a charge. As a recurring customer was hoping theyd at least let me swap for a working unit, but basically told me I am SOL.Madison is very nice - but this is a garbage policy from leadership. Stand by your products! I am out a vape and 50 bucks on July 4th...

USPS is taking forever with my Kratom order so I was desperately trying to find some real Kratom to tie me over. Haley was super helpful and recommended a good brand with great pricing. Came in on 12/11/23 to buy a battery for a cartridge. The lady was very kind and helpful and helped me pick out a battery that I was told would fit a 2 gram cartridge. I get home and it did not fit my cartridge. I ended up having to buy a different one from a closer smoke shop and went back on 12/12/23 to return the battery I was given false information on. It was the same lady that helped me the day before and she proceeded to call her boss and tell me they won’t return it and only give me store credit. It was a $40 battery and because they told me false information about the battery and what size carts it held I am just completely disappointed in the lack of customer service and am in shock they wouldn’t accommodate a refund for me since it hadn’t even been 24 hours and was never used.

J is great. This dude knows about pretty much everything in the store. He took time to show me product as well as made sure I was stocked up on anything I needed. Great products, great staff.

Best price on hookah coals in the area! Ive been coming in for six months or so to get hookah stuff and disposables, but I finally went ahead and looked around at everything else. Ended up finding some awesome name brand glass pocket pieces for cheap. I highly recommend this place, Madi and Moose are both super friendly and knowledgeable. I was really surprised at all of the good deals that were hiding away!

This is my fav smoke shop but double check your purchases. I asked for 2 disposables of the same brand and the guy didn’t inform me they were 2 different types of vapes and he didn’t even know until I pointed out the boxes were different. not my mistake but they still wouldn’t exchange the wrong one because I opened it even though you’re promoted to try them before leaving. I even used my reward points and there’s “nothing” they can do. Waste of money and rewards points. Staff should know what they’re selling

I came in at night about an hour before close and both Rich and Sebastian were extremely helpful and they also seemed happy to help as well. They gave me awesome recommendations in order to help me save some money, which I greatly appreciated. This is definitely the smoke shop you can become a regular to because of the amazing prices and excellent customer service.

The 4.9 score is FAKE! I have been a loyal customer of this location since I moved here in january, spent thousands of dollars on puffco products and vape accessories/disposables here. I began working as a sales associate in June. First thing the 2 managers (Niel and Moose) had me do was write bogus 5-star reviews. I was hired here in June and gave up a 17/hr job to work here because I was told the highest paid employees make 15-17 per hour. I wasnt exactly lied to, but it was left out that nepotism is the key to success with this company. After needing to take a day off for family emergency, I was punished by having my weekly shifts reduced from 5 to 2. The lack of any professionalism whatsoever caused me to walk out in a rage. Dont give this place your money, they only have low prices because their employees foot the bill. Go to Bahama mama. It might be more expensive, but at least theyre actual people and not money-hungry robots

Spent over an hr with Moose educating me on EVERYTHING. No rush. Passionate about the items they sell and go out of the way to find what youre looking for. A rarity these days to find folks like Moose and Tanya who go out of their way to please the customer.

I’ve been here a few times and it’s a nice place but I had one bad experience. I bought an esco bar and after a few hits I noticed it tasted weird so I came back to the store 2 days later, and spoke to the guy to see if he was willing to help me out. He tried the esco bar for himself and admitted that it tastes weird. I understand all sales are final so I wasn’t asking for a free one I was willing to pay for another one with a reasonable discount. Usually they’re $19 and he offered it for $17…. Literally only $2 off whereas they have a deal 2 for $32, he couldn’t even give it to me for $16. I am a repeating customer and now they just lost my business because this is poor customer service.

I have been coming to this store twice a month at least, no issues.2 days ago I bought a new brand of electronic cigarettes, opened one and it worked. It was never suggested or have a sign to check them before leaving.I opened the second one and the battery was completely dead, no charge port or anything. Today I went to exchange it, I wasnt asking for my money back, different flavor or anything, just to give me a product that I paid for that works.Girl at the shop gave me lame excuses why I couldnt exchange them.1. You should have called, well I opened the package after you were closed.2. We suggest to smoke all of them before leaving....well it wasnt suggested, it is not anywhere in the store written to do so.Product was never used and you can tell, it is only 15 bucks, not a big deal but the lack of customer service and her attitude is the main reason I am not coming back to this store and leaving a bad review that they deserve.

I have been coming to this smoke shop for a while now. Never had any issues. However, I went Sunday 02/19 at around 8pm and told the manager the Stokes bar I have bought have been having issues. I only smokes Stokes and they usually last 5-6 days. Recently I noticed they will last no more than 2 days. I expressed my concern that the battery on the Stokes appears to be faulty and asked if anyone has been experiencing the same issue. He advised I only have 24 hrs to come back and return it. Well, I bought 4 Stokes bars and one of them did the same thing, dead after two days. This is very frustrating as I had mentioned to him at the store that one of the bars felt defective (hits slowly, barely any smoke.) He didn’t offer to replace it then and there. I like this location as it is near my boyfriends house. Unfortunately I couldn’t go back to replace as I only was given 24 hrs. This is the second time the Stokes bar does this.

They know their product. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Clean and so easy to get to. Wish it was closer to me, that’s all. Open another store up N of ya.
