Honest opinion, I would not come back. Yes they are nice ofc to bring customers in but they do not know the language. Basic English is fundamental. I had a man do my massage it was painful. He was way too rough and used only his elbows, mind you I’m a female. I let him do his job because I figured maybe that’s his technique but I had to speak up after I felt more and more pain. I told him to please be less rough. He still continued to be rough and I just could not enjoy the massage. I still gave him a good tip because he did his job but I personally would never come back. I felt more pain after and did not feel relaxed whatsoever.

Went to get a 20 minute foot rub but they talked me into 30 and then tried 40 . The women without asking rubbed some oil on my far head and near my eyes as well as my head while my feet were in the solution. Then she tossed a towel over my head and began rubbing me feet. The foot rub wasn’t bad but when I left I felt very disoriented and strange. 2 hours later I still feel off. I washed my face when I got home and will never go back.

I went there for my back pain in my lower back. I guess the person was too rough on the upper part of my back in the middle. The lower back is fine. But I have a lot if pain in the top of my back right in the middle. I woke up and the intensity and pain did not go away from last night. Plus $71 after taxes for 1hr. I am happy I didn’t leave a tip. I hope my pain goes away. Really I feel worse than when I went in. 😞

New chairs are terrible. If you have limited mobility dont bother going unless you can get the only old chair near the window

David did a superb massage on my sore shoulder & sore thumbs. He made sure that I was agreeable when he performed deep massages. He did not try to upsell me. I will return soon!!

I go a few times a month! They are very nice. Im always a walk in and are never to long! They always help my neck pain. One even rocked my son in his carriage so I could enjoy my massage!

Usually decent but seems to have gone downhill big time. They don’t seem to be able to grasp what deep tissue is. IGuess it depends who you get but my last one was so bad I got up half way through it was so bad. Plenty of better places that are better.

They don’t understand English when you ask for the old personnel or manager- but they do know how to ask for a tip- stopped coming here due to pandemic and went back yesterday with my friend- this is my experience:-The smell in the place was bad,-while giving the massage she had to stop to answer phone, take care of register.-Ask for a deeper massage, ever happened-cut massage short 5 minutes-massage women ganged up to count the tip in front of us.-the way the “clean” after each customer isn’t the right one.Will not return to this place.Wish I could give ZERO STARS

I showed up in the early morning without an appointment. There were two female workers that were busy with two other clients. I was told to wait approximately 25 minutes, which turned into 35 minutes. When the employee finished with her client, that’s when two other people approached her asking her for two 1 hour sessions each totaling 2 hours. When she told the two they would have to wait, they both replied and said they had somewhere else to be and could not wait. The employee decided to take the two people for an hour each rather than commit to me for a half hour worth of service. she knew she would’ve lost money by taking me and letting the other two walk. She was not fair and was dishonest by having me wait a half hour only to take two other clients due to the difference in money. That is terrible customer service and above all dishonest. It was very disappointing, and I will never go back there to give them my business. She should’ve been true to her word. And to add insult to injury, they both were laughing while talking in Chinese as if they were goofing on me. The bottom line is that this business is not trustworthy and they will look to get over on you if they can.

I used to really enjoy going, but unfortunately my favorite person (Jessica) didn’t return after the reopening. It is hit or miss, to be honest. Sometimes the experience is good, others they try to rush you, or have conversations while standing over you. I had a newer guy do my chair massage the other day, and I could tell he was not a professional. I wish that there was someone available to translate.. I guess you get what you pay for.

Had my full body massage last week and the massage therapist was good but the massage was not done completely because she ran out of time so she didn’t get to massage my feet. Massage was great though but the place had too much noise and talking including the staff and the clients. There should be a rule that cell phone conversations are not allowed and phones should be on silence once session starts. The staff kept talking loud in Chinese and it’s very disturbing.

Good but too noisy. The Workers/Massage Therapists should NOT be talking to each other while doing massages!!! Turn Off!!! Also, they push for more services for better tips!!!

You can definitely get a good massage there. The service is good. I wish prices all across the board for massages were less so I can definitely go more but they do charge industry average. Average place.

I made the unfortunate decision to stop in for a massage before work, due to my schedule I went with the 30 minute massage. The woman massaging me must have asked me at least 6 times during the massage to.add another 20 or 30 minutes, which eliminated any chance of me trying to relax. Towards the end of my sessions, she put her elbows into my upper back and the pain was excruciating. Two weeks later and I still dont feel right.

I Did the combo special with chair/foot massage. The Chair Massage was just ok, she only did my neck and shoulders.. & barely got the rest of my back..then with the foot massage she had the nerve to shorten my time over 5 min since it was 5 min b4 closing time... then had the nerve to lie while she tried to show me the timer. Would not recommend!

Very loud. Its kind of expected & its inside the mall, but the employees chat all the time and this really takes away from otherwise just an ok massage.

Im a teacher who badly needed a massage. The lady performed scraping on my back and put steaming hot stones on it immediately after. Right away I made an AR! sound. The lady said: of course the educated people are delicate. And now I have abused you.

DO NOT GO HERE! My husbands been coming here for a while and never has a problem. He went recently and a new worker decided to try and touch him inappropriately while giving him his massage. He told the manager and was told she’d be fired. We went back yesterday and she was working. Disgusting !!

Amazing and wonderful first time experience,my new obsession! Will definitely be back! Very clean, professional,fair prices but most of all relaxing!

Yes, I must agree with you Allan. I loved the massage but they had a chart for tips. That was the only thing that turned me off.

Had a great reflexology massage. I only gave 4 stars because its seems that my wife who got a reflexology massage as well had better service from another provider.

Very busy station...I like their chair massage 💆‍♀️ techniques...if u wanna just 20 or 30 min quickly this is the place ...but not for relaxation their in the mall and its very noisy

The hygiene here is so bad. I saw other people didnt disinfect the chair backs after cleaning. The bed in the room was even worse. I lay on my back and it smelled bad. If you look carefully, there were lipstick marks on it. The sheets covering my body were very oily. I didnt know how to do it. After a few people passed by, there was no change. The door was very noisy and the employees were still chatting there. It would not be a bad experience again.
