The guy in there today was horrible. Didn’t help at all and barely spoke, made me feel very uncomfortable. When i asked a question he gave me a funny look. Definitely will not be returning

My go to place for juice and coils. The staff always greets me as soon as I walk in. They are knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to juice flavors.

* Pricing is good* They have pool lounge for their customers* The salesman was so honest and friendly, he actually advised us against buying a pod on his display saying that this model leaks yet didnt push anything else to us and kept his cool answering our questions.* The place needs to be tucked and organized more neatly-- RECOMMENDED --

Staff was great and helped me out. They get three stars because there wasnt a huge variety of vapes, the prices were average (order your vape stuff online). The thing I really didnt like is that the entire store was filled with vapor. I have no problem against vapor, except that it is completely unprofessional.

Amazing place. The guys in the store are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable they took the time to describe the different vapes as well as the juices. The atmosphere is great there. You cant go wrong visiting this shop.

I usually go to the same vape shop in Richmond by my house. I was in the area and needed some coils and juice. Im very glad i stopped in and met these great people. Friendly kind and educated in their product. I will be back

My significant other is trying to get off tobacco completely, so he decided to get vape juice! We got one free, and 3 for $20 for the happy hour! Hes super happy we made this stop and well be back whenever he finishes all this juice!

Great deals on their flavor! Highly recommend going here. Their staff was very accomodating and friendly while I was choosing my flavor and they have testers available for them as well. Ask for Fluffy if you go.

Always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Even though the staff are all young enough to be my kids they are still wonderful everytime I go in. I have experienced other shops that treat me weirdly because Im and old lady....Civils employees never have!

Been in there a few times. Today I went just to get my battery rewrapped and get a bottle of juice. The guys there seem to know what theyre talking about, and have great attitudes and the prices are very competitive with other vape shops and online shops

Gave this place five stars but changed to 1 star after the new staff members they hired. Ask for Brent or Dustin, they know what theyre talking about and they wont try to upsell you unnecessary items.

This shop didn’t impress me four years ago during a visit. I gave it another try recently and it seemed like the selection was even less. Limited mods, pods, and e-juice.It’s not just a near miss, it’s a pass.

Purchased some cheap tanks from the location in Casselberry Florida that did not last then spent 70 dollars on two nautilus minis which were great until I needed new coils and they have been out for 3 weeks. Last Sunday I purchased an innokin itaste vv v3 battery and the charger only lasted 5 days. They must not be an authorized seller of this product because innokins website states All Authorized Innokin Vendors are expected to fulfill our 3 Month After Sales Service Warranty The store employee said he cant do anything so I am stuck with a worthless battery.

Good pricey selection, faulty equipment and wont even replace a tank that cracked after one day of use that wasnt from foul play. and ive gone through like 3 with these guys.
