With four locations, they still dont have the best prices. Guy behind the counter might let you know about sales or promotions if you catch him on a good day.

Been going here for years, and it used to be great. I dont like leaving bad reviews, but lately you had better hope you get a friendly person. Never have I seen someone so annoyed that a person was trying to buy products from them. I walked out after buying less than a third of the products I was planning on getting because I was getting death glares for asking if things are in stock.

They have a lot of options, not a small collection. Large, plus lots of disposable flavors. Check them online

Great Vape is one of the most organized, upscale smoke shops i have ever patronized.

I had an issue with pods that I bought, however miscommunication was the cause. I did speak to another employee at San Jose branch and he was very nice and helpful. Way better customer service experience. Thanks.I recommend if you need knowledgeable questions answered about your vape supplies.

Recently had a bad experience here, but lets hope it changes for the better. I come here often and it’s usually very convenient for me. Wouldn’t sell a single coil and I had to visit there second location where I was unsuccessful in purchasing a single coil.Edit :I went to 2 different locations in the same day because they would not sell me a single coil and BOTH locations were extremely rude. One employee snarked “ you know, it’s just easier for us to sell you a pack than one coil.” I glared at him and just wanted out of there he acted as he was Boss and what he said goes . Look Chris I don’t WANT to leave bad reviews . And I don’t want anything free, I have money and are quite willing to pay for whatever, but rude employees I will not tolerate when I’m spending money at an establishment! Thanks for your fast reply and will consider going back to elcamino location as you guys are the only one that has the coils I like .Sincerely,Brandon

Theyre good people. My friends and I came in and the employees/regulars were all very personable, they helped us with our tricking and offered new advice about builds. All this and the only thing we bought was soda-- these people arent in it for the money.

The employees are really helpful and things are well stocked. Prices are what I expect vs. Online distributors but there are occasional freebies with my purchase which usually makes it out worth coming in.Quite pleased that there are locations next to work and at my home.

Staff was very friendly and helpful despite my inexperience in vape products. The prices were also very fair. Ill definitely be back.UPDATE: Been back about five times. These guys are the most helpful Ive encountered in a long time. They happily help with any questions or concerns. Theyll have my business for a long time! Already bought two rigs from them.

Guy was super nice. A tad bit over priced but he threw in a free one. So it was worth it.

I gave three stars because I have been in here previously and had great customer service. The employee Tommy Excels in customer service and product knowledge. Employee today (dont know his name) needs to work on customer service when his boss isnt around. Couldnt engage in any conversation with him at all due to him being occupied with his friends. Do not come over on a Saturday night, wait until the daytime. On another note, their bar looks good and is a clean shop. Their prices seem on par with other vape shops around here.

Saw a lot gd review so decided to stop by. It was Sat, no one in the shop and I had a few questions to ask the young staff about vape pens. He was so impatient and rude, and I wonder where is the gd recommendation coming from??????? last time for me to visit.

Knowledgeable staff, excellent selection of juices, just about every kind of coil in stock.I didnt stop at the vape bar, but it seemed clear that there are regulars here that come just to hang out and vape.The atmosphere was chill—pleasantly hazy, low light, EDM playing at an audible volume but quiet enough that conversation was easy.

First no one paid attention but once I started looking lost someone came and helped me immediately even offers items for free. And I paid 10 for ejuice which had me wondering why I pay 20+ for mine. Which they do have smaller and bigger sizes and they vary price wise but overall great prices

I have been to a half dozen places around the south bay. Overall rating: Good on a scale of 1-5 = 3 to 3.5.Three separate visits. One employee excellent, the rest need more polish in human relations (includes owner/manager). Establishment layout--4 1/2 Star. Large juice selection but very very weak with tobacco type flavors available for testing. Equipment to test the juice--average-barely adequate, bring your own dripper(s) and water bottle. Low end juice available for free test, ok but did not ask to test the premium. Premium juice is pricy-true for all other sellers.Club iness--Big plus, did not feel that regulars were getting special treatment--refreshing.Vape knowledge: good.Human relations: need more ambiance warmth/welcoming and low end juice needs more improvement (on the dry side and kind of muted same taste flavors).Worth a visit. The staff recommended me a dangerous battery for my rig and an inflated price. Not recommended.They also open late and are quite rude. Go elsewhere for your nicotine fix.Heres what the owner said after I gave them a second chance to gain my business.Mr. Webb, why would you write a one star review and then continue to frequent the establishment? Do you vape for attention? Are you looking for someone to care about you? Is that why you vape? We feel bad that your life is filled with such negative energy. Hope youre able to get out of it!!

This place is legit, I go here for all my hardware. The customer service is top notch. Every employee Ive met there has been friendly and super helpful even if you are not yet a hard core vape bro. The first time I came in I knew nothing about vaping; J explained everything to me and was cool. I bought a vape and it had some manufacturer hardware issues; Sean tried to fix it for free. Now theyre loaning me a vape until mine gets replaced by the manufacturer. This is a welcoming atmosphere, you should check it out.

Horrible experience here. The clueless employees never asked me what kind of device I have and never suggested the right juice for my device. They didn’t have any sample bottles of vape juice to smell before purchase. Most vape shops that I have been to let you smell the juice before you buy. In addition, the employees were rude and short.

The worst customer service! Maybe the guy had some knowledge but it was like pulling teeth. If you dont like your job then get a new one!

A wonderful Vapor Shop in Sunnyvale that has any juice you could ever desire. The manager Shawn was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. He taught me about vaping without being mr. know it all, and made me feel very comfortable in the shop. They have many devices that can fit in anyones needs, and they do an excellent job there!

Although the customer service/recommendation was good, there were people hanging around who didn’t have face masks on and were actually vaping! I’m not sure if it’s legal to vape indoors, but I find it ridiculous they would allow mask-less and vaping inside the business! Very disappointed by their policy and practice.

Horrible customer service from chubby Latin man. Now I have to call my bank because they charged me twice and will not refund me. These people are thiefs

Great customer experience, handled well by the staff and made my simple mind feel not so lost as I was purchasing a vale device for the first time. Definitely plan to return either to chill or re-up on juice.

Came in today a total noob, Mike was wonderful and took all the time with me to answer all my questions and find the perfect tool for me. He was super helpful and now Im vaping like a pro. So many flavors and a great selection of equipment.

Stopped in for the first time ever because the photos online seemed like they had a nice selection, my friend and me waited about 5 minutes while the people working there just chatted it up with what seemed to be regulars. This is more of a vape bar than a vape shop. Made me feel weird there was a little kid in there too.

Went to this shop a couple of times with my girlfriend to get her a new vape as well as to get supplies for her vape. Very good professional service. They helped us exchange a defective device and they were fast. Totally recommend it!

The whole entire vape crew are AWESOME! Everytime I have been in for supplies and needing help fixing or operating my vapes they have been nothing but overly helpful. I only shop here bc they make you feel at home and welcome. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Never buy disposables here. I got one for almost $30 it was supposed to last 3300 hits but stopped working after 2 days. They refused to refund/replace because it wasn’t the same day

Vape bar! There you can try juices before purchase. They will give you 0mg to try, and aftery you can buy same thing with any mg you need. So you cant just go and get your nicotine for free)) a lot of vapers chilling inside just for fun, they have sofa and games
