They didnt have root beer, so I ordered a Jack and Coke and they used so much Jack you couldnt taste the Coke. Everyone else in my group said their drinks had the same problem. We left without finishing our drinks.

Didnt tell me I couldnt wear a hat until I got inside and already payed for entry. Went outside and I said you didnt tell me no hat and he said oh I forgot. Do your job better guy

Never made it past the front door. A no hat rule in Syracuse is ridiculous. Get over yourselves. Ended up spending my money elsewhere.

This place is okay, both times I went it only got full real real late at night. The drinks are very very strong so if you are looking for a nice tasting cocktail/mixed drink dont come here. The music is alright it was a bunch of dubstep mixed in with old pop songs it just wasnt for me. I personally think there are other better lounges in the area, HOWEVER if you just wanna drink chill and chat then this place is alright

Orbis a great bar for people who want to list to song they can sing along to and dance. They have hella security with makes you feel safe going alone as a girl if you wanted and the people are nice. The music is great too. The crowd doesn’t get big until after 11:30pm so don’t expect anything fun until then. The drinks are yummy and strong and I think it’s great for a night out.

This place was great! Awesome music, great cocktails, and very friendly bartenders! The head bartender Tashina was super nice and made the experience! Friendly, outgoing, always had a smile, told us where not to go because the areas were unsafe since we weren’t from the area and even gave use a water bottle to take. We will come back just for her!

Way too over priced for the quality of drinks. Bartender charged $30 for ONE DRINK. The drink was a single whiskey and coke. Not that hard to put in your little system for one drink. But clearly, they found a way.Also, their dress code policy is EXTREMELY sexualized. They’ll allow women in with barely anything on….but if a man has a single rip in their jeans, they aren’t allowed to go in as it’s “too much”.This place is stupid and not worth ANYONES MONEY. I suggest NEVER going to this awful place.

I think this is one of my favorite stops when Im downtown. Only recently have I discovered they make amazing food. Some of the appetizers exceed the expectations for a place like this. Almost something youd find at a fine restaurant. The bar is aesthetically pleasing and the lounge area offers a private intimate setting to strike up a conversation. Teamed with occasional live entertainment this place wont disappoint.

I had a horrible experience. I just turned 21 so I had a horizontal ID but I was clearly of age to get in and the bouncer said no then I offered another form of ID that he allowed for 3 people before me but said no to me. Then wasn’t aware there was any dress code for ripped jeans so my 2 friends couldn’t get in with their ripped jeans even though no skin was showing.. horrible experience it ruined my birthday mood.

Wasn’t allowed entry, even with a 20$ cover because I “was wearing a sweatshirt” but there was a guy right behind me that also had a sweatshirt and got in no issue.

Usually go when DJ Cassidy is playing her music is awesome and on point, she really sets the mood. I’m sure the owners know this!

Great place, classy atmosphere, professional service, and nice staff. I went there on a Friday night and a Saturday night, the place was packed and they had two different DJs on Friday and Saturday. Music was super cool.The world map and skyline art are phenomenal.I highly recommend this place if you like to dance and listen to good music.

Had a very beautiful time with my friends here at the Orbis Lounge, we really enjoyed the service and the atmosphere was breathtaking. Everything was in the moment of lots of happiness and joy. I definitely recommend coming here if you were looking for something different. DJ played the right music and everyone was having fun dancing. The Moscow Mule is fantastic.

Its a great venue but the same old DJs everytime I come by and just hope to hear some more talentIll keep checking in and update this post when possibleGreat people and a lot more potential with new DJs

This place took their islamaphobia out on my sikh friends. The bouncers wouldnt let one in because he wouldnt take his turban off. They chased one of my other friends around the bar demanding he take his turban off or leave. Not ever going back

Best dance club in town

I have heard only fantastic things about this place!! I haven’t been there but I can tell you I know the chef Jae and he is a terrific chef with lots of enthusiasm, creativity and food that is out of this world!! Over the top review!!!

The bartender was nice and we enjoyed our night but 3 days later my card was charged for a “tip” I didn’t authorize & then when I tried calling to figure out why they would do that there was no answer

Crazy that a shirt with no sleeves is against dress code, but yet absolutely no dress code for the females, And if there was then it can only be something crazy that a female wouldn’t even wear in public

The club is an okay size, however my aunt rented the vip section and we had about 8-10 people and we didnt fit . plus the vip section right next to the bathroom so like i previously stated it was small we couldnt take pictures in the section so ppl kept walking by (to the bathroom) while we were trying to get a good group photo 😟 music, service and food were good tho 👌🏼

No clear call to dress code AT all. Not somewhere I’d recommend at all unless you wear something the bouncers thinks is “cool”.

Owners and bartenders are racist will tell some guys to take their hats off in the bar but won’t tell any other race to take there hats off if there is a dress code enforce it for all races not just one there is better bars in this city avoid this place…
