Online scheduling is easy to navigate from the website. Once you schedule you receive email that has link for intake forms which is preferable to filling out paper forms upon arrival. I went with with 60 min plus revive essential oil. Very quiet and convenient location that is not on a busy street. Parking is available on site next to the building. Catherine is very welcoming and talks through intake form and areas of concern to focus on. Throughout massage there is appropriate communication for comfort and pressure levels. The massage was just what I needed and helped work out tight areas and left me very refreshed.
