The owner here keeps up with the latest and greatest of everything, and always has what I need in stock. I like his shop better than the other big ones in town. More person to person sales and they actually remember who you are.5 stars all day

Theyre very friendly and have a great selection of vape juices. The sale prices are a little high but, the discount table is very reasonable. They also sale kratom and have a good selection.

I bought a mod from here 2 weeks ago that started auto-firing 2 days after I bought it. I went in to get it exchanged or get a refund, but the employee told me I have to wait on the owner to get back from out of town. When I asked him to call the owner, he wouldnt. I called the next day to try to speak to a different employee, but I think I got the same person... and he told me to call back next week.The mod I bought was NOT sealed - so I have no idea if it was broken to begin with or what.I paid $85 for this paper weight. I want a refund or my mod exchanged for a new one that is NOT opened.Why do I have to wait for the owner to figure out a viable solution? All the other vape shops have a 2-week return policy for MODS... but I feel like Im being scammed out of my money for a product that is faulty.VERY disappointed with my experience.

So the fact I just moved from California. Am part of the military. I know how a disposable vape works. When I go to a store and the guy tells me that he cant help me because 3 of the vapes I got continued to pull long after I had stopped. Then, saying the safety auto stop means it works after it pulls for 3-5 seconds after the fact of me being done. This is very disrespectful for me to be sold a vape that doesnt work correctly and being told. There was no more he would do, or he would lose his job.

The staff is always very friendly, but the prices are quite a bit more than anywhere else in town. The variety of juice is good. If you dont want to or cannot venture out of the area for your vape, this is a really great place to buy and the vibes are excellent.

I love this place! They are one of the only shops that carry a rare coil for a tank I love! They are always overly kind, never rush me (and sometimes I take time making choices :p,) and just provide a chill environment with expert information! So thankful for locally owned businesses where the owners and staff care about the customer!

The younger gentleman is always incredibly knowledgeable. Always incredibly friendly. If anything needs fixed or replaced they work with you amazingly. However as much as I wish I would remember his name, the younger gentleman is definitely the source to speak to when going in.

This shop was recommended by a friend after some bad experiences at other vape shops. Top Line was a great experience from the start. I was greeted immediately, Gary was great to work with,he was friendly and knowledgeable, the store was stocked with what I needed and it was super clean! Prices are crazy!!!!!!!!! $32 for a rechargeable esco bar!!!! A mile away from this store they are $25!! They are $21 where Im from in WI, and in Ohio they are $18, so this place is a scam!!!! Employee was very cool tho!

I had heard good reviews on the vape juice so I decided to come in and try it. Gary helped me out a tone! The service was excellent and he knew about the flavors. They only had the 3% juice in stock that I wanted so he made sure to hook me up with a nicotine additive to make it the 6% that I usually use. Over all really happy with the experience and will be back!

Don’t buy a disposable from here. Claims a dispo that continues to fire after a pull is “normal” and will not allow you to try other disposals to find one that doesn’t continue to fire. A disposable that continues to fire will burn or quit working after a few days when they are supposed to last at least 2 weeks.

This vape shop has a great selection and great customer service. We will be returning! 😃

I only buy from Gary,got a great new mod last week,thanks man! The Kratom really gets me jacked too,I talked with this sky god guy trippin on it last time,and then woke up in my bath tub covered in pudding with a goldfish in a bag,idk what happened,I love the Kratom though

This is my main source for vape supplies. Gary is great at telling you like it is, no up selling. He is informed and honest. I will continue shopping there as long as Gary is there. If you see a moped parked out front, do yourself a favor and check them out

Over priced and spent $26.99 + tax on a re chargeable vape. On 2nd day the juice was leaking all over. Cannot get an exchange or refund because the owner is never there. I have stopped by a half dozen times. When I ask when the owner will be on site, not one employee can tell me what day he will be there. Terrible customer service.
