Although he is new, Sam was helpful yesterday. We hope “just opening” discounts take a long time. The prices are really really competitively low anyway, but they apply extra B4G5 these days! Incredibly amazing. Quality service, inexpensive+convenient prices.

Based off reviews, I don’t think Arnold was in the store today. Came in and wasn’t really paid attention to which was odd being the only person in there at the time. When I had questions, the gentleman seemed new, but answered them. I was purchasing a last minute gift and needed some accessories for cigars. I wish I had done my research on accessories because it is very expensive in this store. It is what it is since it was last minute for me but disappointed in the high mark up for a cigar case.
